주차장 시설을 갖춘 브라질 파라주 호텔

호텔은 아직 준비가 안 됐어요. 서두르는 것 같고, 여러 가지가 제대로 작동하지 않아요. 제가 도착했을 때는 시스템이 없어서 계속 위아래로 왔다 갔다 해야 했는데, 도구를 사용해서 열어야 했고, 다음 날에도 또 열었어요. 복도 바로 아래 방에서 저녁 8시 30분에 페인트칠을 하고 있었는데, 페인트 냄새가 온통 진동했어요. 욕실 문이 변기에 닿아서 들어가고 나오기가 힘들어요. 저보다 조금 큰 사람(키가 작은 사람)은 들어갈 수가 없어요. 베개는 뭉치가 잔뜩 들어있고, 시트는 뜨거워지는 인조 섬유로 되어 있어요. 매트리스에도 작은 알약이 가득 차 있어서 굉장히 불편했어요. 아침 식사에는 채식이나 비건 옵션이 많지 않아요(사실 거의 없어요).

A hospedagem foi muito boa. Dois elevadores funcionais, arrumação do quarto e troca de toalhas diariamente, café da manhã excelente com muita variedade e bem preparado, garrafa de café disponível na recepção durante o dia, pessoal atencioso. A localização é positiva no tocante à proximidade com o aeroporto, porém, é um pouco distante do centro/docas e o trânsito na cidade é bem pesado. Há um restaurante na frente do hotel (preço bom) e opções por perto. O único ponto que não foi totalmente satisfatório foi a água quente do chuveiro, que funcionou bem todos os dias.

Due to language barrier, I had a bad impression on their communication as they didn’t respond to my request for checking in much later than the check in time ( 12:00 -18:00 ) stated on the booking. However when I got to the property staff were there waiting to receive me very friendly and checked me in very quickly. The room was so comfortable, clean and beautiful especially the cute round bed that the first time I have ever seen in my life. The property is within walking distance from the tourist attractions.

I was likely given a very poor room because I arrived quite late. Although the room had a window, there was almost no natural light, and it fell far short of the ”city view” described. The overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to what was advertised. I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and ensure that all guests receive a stay that matches the description, regardless of their arrival time.

le petit déjeuner est toujours excellent et incontournable toutefois le réseau wifi ne passe pas dans tout l'hôtel et est très instable. Obligé d'aller au Lobby pour connecter son portable ou ordi portable. J'avais déjà eu ce problème au mois de Mars et le problème n'est toujours pas résolu. Attention la Cop 30 arrive avec beaucoup de voyageurs d'affaire. Faudra résoudre ca rapidement et dans tout l'hôtel. Sinon c'est un hotel que je recommande particulièrement

O preço não estava muito bom , por causa do jogo que teve, além do valor estar acima do acostumado não teve café da manhã incluso , duas camas de solteiros ao invés uma só de casal . Mas hotel bom .

친절하고 도움이되는 직원이있는 깨끗한 장소와 버스 정류장이 호텔과 가깝고 정말 좋고 맛있는 아침 식사

Das Hotel liegt sehr sehr nahe am Airport und eignet sich gut für einen Zwischenhalt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und erfüllen alle Wünsche. Lediglich die Verfügbarkeit des Internet/WLAN ist verbesserungswürdig. Ich hatte erhebliche Schwierigkeiten, mich mit dem Router zu verbinden. Er musste mehrfach neu rebootet werden. Auf dem Zimmer war während der gesamten Aufenthaltsdauer kein Internet/WLAN vorhanden.
