Guy at reception was helpful in getting three rooms near one another. Sorted out a problem with the rooms TV swiftly. Ordered food to the room late when the restaurant was quiet and it was excellent. Breakfast was great, everything well stocked and clean. They let us bring our dogs - booked online and then phoned the hotel directly to book in two dogs. £20 extra

The hotel was situated in the heart of Bradford city, adjacent to a leisure center. The multi-story parking facility was very convenient, as it was only a three-minute walk to the hotel entrance, and the overnight fee was just £1.50. The breakfast provided was good, and the room was clean.

This hotel is in a nice rural part of Bingley, and has a pleasant outdoor garden, bar, event and conference space. It's very large and has a classic look. Room was spacious and featured, although I found stains on the sofa and worn leather on the chair.

The apartment was very clean with large shower room and comfy bed. The communication was great and the snacks and tea making facilities were spot on. The only problem we had was the light outside our apartment 34 was not working which left the steps dimly lit and had to use phone torch to open door with the key when returned from evening out. Would definitely stay again though. Thanks

The bathroom could do with a bit of TLC, door wouldn't close properly and the paints coming off. Other than that was okay, as expected - although no bacon at breakfast.

Hotel was a great location to the station. Room service took over an hour for just some chips and onion rings. The tv only had terrestrial tv as none of the casting options worked. Disappointing considering it’s 2025. The hotel had a strange smell at the entrance on arrival which was off putting.
