A great vibe among the team leading to a friendly, professional and courteous guest experience from arrival and check-in, to dining, evening of drinks around the real fire and a beautiful breakfast following a comfortable restful night in a clean room and lovely freshen up shower in the morning. A lovely stay with an upgrade to a cottage, all quickly and efficiently arranged. This was a trip in honour of an annual expedition for my late wife Caroline and I to the Pitlochry area for autumn. Caroline always wanted to stay in the lovely cottages so it was fate and her sparkle that helped with the upgrade. Food is incredible and a wide selection of choices along with fantastic, friendly service and drinks. Very good to eat and sit by the river in warmer times. Terrific breakfast too. The cottage was spacious and kept warm. Very comfy. They are not new so you must allow for some quirky spaces and layouts. It was lovely to have that space to relax. Port Na Craig is a 10/15m walk from the town over the suspension bridge or the dam. It's a beautiful walk but be careful near water. Pitlochry is a beautiful town that Caroline and I have enjoyed for years and I'll continue to honour her by visiting. Thanks to the Port Na Craig team for making me so welcome and for the prosecco for toasting Caroline. Much appreciated.

Kenmore is a beautiful location and the area is a stunning area of natural beauty in Scotland. That said, having stayed at this resort before, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of not only the lodges but the leisure centre. The lodge itself had peeling wall paper and chips around light switches and old frying pans, all things which are easily maintained and/or changed. The pool area is lovely but pool was cold and one of only two showers were out of order due to a cracked base in the ladies. This was a relatively cheap break but despite this I do feel the Kenmore club is looking a little shabby and in much need of an overhaul or at least some renovation to keep up with the neighbouring hotels and lodges which are more modern and well kept

The pitlochy hydro hotel is located higher up the hill. The room are well kept and maintained. Walking down the street need about 10-15min. The hotel has a large carpark. They have waiting area (also smoking areas) they have pools for u to enjoy as well

A very beautiful house and garden located right in Pitlochry. I was car free so it was a bit of a walk to get my cases there but once you’re checked in you can come up from the bottom of the garden which is very handy for exploring the town. The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was extremely delicious and Greg was a wonderful host - always checking in to see how to help make my stay more comfortable and helping with local information. I cannot recommend this lovely stay more highly! It was easy to catch the bus to The House of Bruar and to Blair Castle located nearby. Oh and at the bottom of the garden is where Heather Gems -you’ll see in gift shops all over Scotland are made!

Location was perfect to our needs and all staff extremely pleasant and couldn’t be more helpful (Only very slight negative was that TV in our room had no reception - we didn’t advise staff since we were only staying the one night so had minimal impact)

Unglaublich freundlich. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Öffentlicher Parkplatz keine 3 Min Fußweg entfernt. Über Nacht auch kostenfrei. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat dadurch auch einen gewissen Charme. Leider etwas hellhörig, bei dem Preis aber auch ok.

더블 침대는 한심한 매트리스였습니다. 이 날과 그녀의 편안한 침대는 기본입니다. 우리 롯지에서 램프 음영이 깨졌고 카펫을 교체해야합니다. 501 호실 거실 강한 나쁜 강아지 유형 냄새가 있습니다. 우리는 거실에서 휴식을 취할 수 없었습니다. 그것은 깔개나 소파에서 가져온 것입니다. 이 롯지는 피곤하고 업데이트가 필요합니다. 욕실은 거무스름합니다. 침실은 조명이 약하여 어둡습니다. 좋지 않다!

Not the easiest to find if not using satnav but in a very tranquil location. Large carpark. Nearest shops about an 8 minute drive away. Very nice hotel but rooms could be done being modernised. Bed a bit too firm for us. Very welcoming staff. Very good breakfast with a good choice and made to order hot food. Did not have dinner. Can go for a quiet walk along the river.
