무료 와이파이 시설을 갖춘 영국 도싯 호텔

'Great location, first room was clean but very dated with no window. Moved to another room but not the greatest standard with spilled drink still all over the table. Wouldn’t use again.'

'Had a lovely stay at Hilton Bournemouth. The hotel, spa and room were really nice. The only downside was the service at breakfast. It took 75 mins for them to prepare an omelette and even that was the wrong order.'

'Stayed here in March 2026 with my family. Overall below average experience. There was only one passengers lift which was out of service and service lift was very small for a stroller and everyone staying on higher floors were struggling. Outdoor pool was closed due to season but heated pool was also not functional. Staff was not rude but they were not Marriott level, most of the requests were declined without any work arounds. I booked a sew view room and it was very compact, other things were manageable but toilet seat was not. It had very less space that you couldn’t sit properly to poop :) Breakfast options were good. Based on my experience I didn’t feel it like Marriott and I would not be able to recommend this to anyone.'

'호텔 전체가 매우 훌륭하고 적극 추천됩니다. 가족여행으로 패밀리룸을 예약하면 침대 2개가 있는 스탠다드룸 가격은 0.9달러입니다. 가장 중요한 것은 호텔 옆에 중국 음식과 다양한 버거를 포함한 음식 거리가 있다는 것입니다. 13세 미만 어린이에게는 조식이 무료로 제공됩니다. 주차는 하루 15파운드로 편리합니다. 해변까지 도보로 15분 정도 걸리며, 그리 멀지 않습니다. 가장 중요한 점은 해변에 가려면 내리막길을 내려가야 한다는 것입니다. 아, 그리고 그들은 아이들에게 양동이와 비눗방울을 주었는데, 이는 매우 드문 일입니다. 모래가 너무 고와서 백악절벽 가는 걸 포기하고 이틀간 해변에 머물렀어요'

'I was taking a short beach walking break and was happy with the room overall. Points lost for the toilet paper which began to shred as used, and the frugal supply of tea, coffee, milk and poor signposting so that you cannot see the building until right in front of it. The windows could not be opened and staff need to check regularly the toilet near reception. I would repeat my stay despite those issues.'

'우리는 기념일을 위해 특별히 이 호텔을 예약했고 그들은 좋은 터치인 꽃잎으로 침대를 장식했습니다. 호텔 자체는 매우 좋았지 만 객실은 약간 구식이었고 화장실은 더러웠습니다. 우리의 짧은 체류를 망친 꽤 많은 단점이있었습니다. 우리는 주로 자쿠지 수영장을 위해 스파 시설을 위해이 호텔을 특별히 예약했지만 우리가 거기에 도착하기 전에 이것은 고장 났고 우리는 이것에 대해 알리지 않았습니다. 그렇지 않으면 다른 곳에서 예약했을 것이고 전체 체류 기간 동안 고정되지 않았습니다. 수영장은 괜찮았지만 수영장 바닥에서 흙을 느꼈기 때문에 가장 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 우리 마지막 밤에 우리는 물이 떨어졌고 아내가 임신했기 때문에 야간 포터에 가서 매일 무료로 제공하는 물 한 병을 요청했지만 그는 나에게 물을 줄 수 없으며 바에서 하나를 팔 수 있다고 말했습니다. 우스꽝스러운 것을 발견했습니다. 방에 냉장고가 없어서 물을 사서 시원하게 유지할 수 없었습니다. 주차는 숙박에 포함되어야 한다고 생각하는 하루에 £ 10였습니다. 호텔 직원은 그 외에는 친절했지만 다음에는 다른 곳을 찾을 것입니다. 우리가 지불 한 가격에 대해 나는 호텔에서 훨씬 더 많은 것을 기대했습니다.'

'The cleanest hotel I’ve been to in Bournemouth, reception was fantastic, we came from a very long travel and arrived earlier than expected and they allowed us to check in, also their breakfast was very good.'

'A very nice hotel. The room was very well maintained and the bathroom was gleaming. Air conditioning was fab in this warm weather. Excellent parking opposite the hotel. The staff were very pleasant and polite. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to everyone.'

'Booked this hotel as I stayed before in some Ibis hotels. When came to check in the person from reception asked us to wait until he checks the room.( it was around 4pm)? I assume room was meant to be checked before. Took him about 10 minutes or so. Took the keys room was nice, comfy, minimalistic If i can say so.(i would have a mini fridge). In about 20 minutes while we weregeting ready to go out AC stared to lick quite badly. When went downstairs told the same person at the reception he only nodded ( I mentioned as its for the interest of the hotel as everything is geting wet, floor, wall). After we came back, enetered the room was quite hot as the AC was off. Couldn't turn on, tried to contact reception through the WhatsApp number that is offered in the room ( saying phones are such a 1980's), no one answered after about half an hour tried to call the same number, again no answer. Tried to call the hotel, went through the AI. Went downstairs in the end to ask how to turn on the AC. Person at the reception said it is off from them and he can turn it on for me, which he did. After about 1 hour i had to go downstairs back to ask to turn it off as the water dripping was getting on my nerves and the AC could not be turned down either from the room. At least I was given a fan that helped to solve the issue, and I was told to complain in the morning if I need. Another thing I want to mention is that therr is no ice in the hotel, as when i went downstairs and asked for it been told they dont have any, neither fridge is available in the room. So my fathers treat away was unfortunately ruined by the hospitality of the hotel. At least weather was good.'
