무료 와이파이 시설을 갖춘 영국 도싯 호텔

'서비스는 비정상적입니다. 가방 보관을 위해 4파운드를 지불해야 한다는 사실에 놀랐습니다. 가방 보관 비용을 지불해야 했던 것은 내 생애 처음이었습니다. 아침에는 바가 열리지 않았고 이 호텔에서 식사를 해본 경험이 없습니다. 방은 깨끗했고 리셉션은 괜찮았으며 복도는 특별히 잘 관리되지 않았습니다. 방에는 필요한 모든 것이 있습니다. 창밖의 풍경은 쾌적하지 않았지만 하룻밤은 괜찮았고 조용했습니다. 작은 수영장이 있고 모든 것이 깨끗합니다. 도시의 번잡함에서 벗어나 바다 주변과 바다 근처에 소나무가 많아서 위치가 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 이상적이지는 않지만 꽤 수용 가능합니다. 직원들이 모든 문제를 해결하는 데 도움을 주었습니다.'

'Had a lovely stay at Hilton Bournemouth. The hotel, spa and room were really nice. The only downside was the service at breakfast. It took 75 mins for them to prepare an omelette and even that was the wrong order.'

'We had a very pleasant stay at the Heathlands Hotel in Bournemouth and would happily recommend it. The location is great, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were very friendly and professional throughout our stay. When we checked out, we asked if we could leave our luggage so we could continue exploring Bournemouth, and they kindly agreed — which was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, a lovely stay with excellent service. We would definitely return. Dijana'

'방은 깨끗했고, 욕실도 멋졌으며, 욕실 용품도 무료로 제공되었습니다. 다만 방에 전기 문제가 있었어요. 도착했을 때 TV, 스탠드, 욕실 조명이 켜지지 않았습니다. 직원이 배전반을 확인해 주니 전기가 다시 들어왔습니다. 그런데 저녁 늦게 주전자를 사용하려고 할 때 또 전기가 나갔습니다. 영어를 잘 못하는 야간 근무 직원이 배전반 스위치를 다시 켜주고 다음에는 주전자에 물을 적게 넣으라고 했습니다. 그렇게 해 봤지만 또 전기가 나가서 방을 바꿔달라고 했습니다. 직원은 마지못해 방을 바꿔주면서 열쇠를 주었습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 숙박이었지만 전기 문제 때문에 아쉬웠습니다.'

'Excellent location right in the centre of Christchurch. Have stayed at the Kings arms hotel several times. The rooms are modern, clean and quiet. Staff are very helpful and go above and beyond to help. Great breakfast and bar. Highly recommend.'

'I had an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful and supportive they also allow me 15 minutes Extra as I was bit late for checking out apart from the issue with wash basin as  instantly they fix it. I am recommending this place.'

'Booked this hotel as I stayed before in some Ibis hotels. When came to check in the person from reception asked us to wait until he checks the room.( it was around 4pm)? I assume room was meant to be checked before. Took him about 10 minutes or so. Took the keys room was nice, comfy, minimalistic If i can say so.(i would have a mini fridge). In about 20 minutes while we weregeting ready to go out AC stared to lick quite badly. When went downstairs told the same person at the reception he only nodded ( I mentioned as its for the interest of the hotel as everything is geting wet, floor, wall). After we came back, enetered the room was quite hot as the AC was off. Couldn't turn on, tried to contact reception through the WhatsApp number that is offered in the room ( saying phones are such a 1980's), no one answered after about half an hour tried to call the same number, again no answer. Tried to call the hotel, went through the AI. Went downstairs in the end to ask how to turn on the AC. Person at the reception said it is off from them and he can turn it on for me, which he did. After about 1 hour i had to go downstairs back to ask to turn it off as the water dripping was getting on my nerves and the AC could not be turned down either from the room. At least I was given a fan that helped to solve the issue, and I was told to complain in the morning if I need. Another thing I want to mention is that therr is no ice in the hotel, as when i went downstairs and asked for it been told they dont have any, neither fridge is available in the room. So my fathers treat away was unfortunately ruined by the hospitality of the hotel. At least weather was good.'
