On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

훌륭한 호텔 아주 편안하고 깨끗한 객실, 풍성한 아침 식사. 호텔은 바다와 슈퍼마켓에서 멀지 않습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 강력 추천합니다.

저희가 스페인에서 묵었던 숙소 중 최고였습니다. 직원분들이 모두 친절하셨어요. 아나스, 라켈, 세바스찬 같은 몇몇 분들의 이름만 기억나지만, 프런트 데스크, 컨시어지, 하우스키핑, 조식 담당 직원 등 호텔의 모든 분들이 저희를 정말 환영해주시고 편안하게 해주셨습니다. 예를 들어, 세바스찬은 저희가 로비에서 짐을 다시 꾸리는 것을 보고는 저희가 요청하기도 전에 가위를 가져다주셨어요. 매일 외출하고 돌아올 때마다 모든 직원분들이 저희에게 인사를 건네주셨습니다. 저희는 그들을 통해 스페인 사람들의 따뜻한 환영과 친절함을 진정으로 느꼈습니다. 바르셀로나의 다른 호텔들보다 가격이 조금 더 비쌀 수도 있지만, 이 호텔을 예약하게 되어 정말 기쁩니다. 하우스키핑은 하루에 두 번 하는 것 같았어요 (매일 저녁 침대에 초콜릿을 놓아두는데 정말 스윗했습니다). 하우스키핑 팀은 저희가 여행에 가지고 온 작은 베개에도 향수를 뿌려주셨어요 (지금까지 다른 호텔에서는 이런 서비스는 받아본 적이 없습니다). 한 가지 더 추가하자면, 호텔 샤워실이 전체 유리로 되어 있어서 프라이버시가 부족했습니다. 이 사실을 미리 알지 못하고 체크인 후에야 알게 되었죠. 아나스와 그의 팀이 다음 날 저희를 위해 프라이버시 필름을 붙여주셔서 더 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 아쉬운 점은 호텔 내 미슐랭 스타 레스토랑이 일요일부터 화요일까지 문을 닫아서 이용해볼 수 없었다는 것입니다. 조식은 매일 같았지만 괜찮았습니다. 바르셀로나에 다시 방문하게 된다면 이 호텔에 분명 다시 묵을 것입니다. 그라시아스 팀 올라 바르셀로나! 100/100

발코니와 침실에서 사그라다 파밀리아를 볼 수 있는데, 정말 충격적이에요! 아래층에는 슈퍼마켓, 레스토랑, 지하철역 등이 있어 어디든 이동이 매우 편리합니다! 사그라다 파밀리아 옆에 머무르는 것은 바르셀로나 최고의 경험입니다!

객실은 예약 페이지에 나온 사진과 거의 똑같았습니다. 사진 그대로였어요. 세면도구와 일회용 슬리퍼도 제공되었습니다. 첫날 늦게 도착해서 물을 살 시간이 없었는데, 호텔에서 물 한 병을 주셔서 정말 좋았습니다! 스탠다드 더블룸을 예약했는데, 수영장과 야외 레스토랑이 내려다보이는 작은 발코니가 있는 방이었어요. 전망이 정말 좋았습니다! 보안도 훌륭해서 여러 날 묵는 동안 아무것도 도난당하지 않았습니다. 또한, 입구의 자동문이 프런트 데스크에서 수동으로 조작되는 것을 보니 낯선 사람이 들어올 수 없을 것 같았습니다.

저는 이 ”4성급 호텔”에 큰 기대를 했습니다. 사진과 이전 리뷰를 보면 모든 것이 너무나 좋아서 사실이 아닌 것 같았습니다... 도착은 보통이었고, 배정된 방으로 가는 길을 물어봐야 했습니다(보통은 적어도 리셉션 직원이 안내해 줍니다) 제 방(104) 1층에 도착했습니다. 문을 열었더니 밝고 통풍이 잘되는 방이었습니다.. 첫 생각은 '이게 참 좋다'였습니다. 짐을 내려놓고 샤워를 했는데, 거기서부터 상황이 나빠지기 시작했습니다... 설명드리죠... 이곳이 5성급이 아니라는 건 알지만, 솔직히 말해서 저는 깨끗한 2성급 호텔에 묵어본 적이 있습니다... 청소원의 세부 사항에 대한 관심은 4성급 시설에 비해 훨씬 낮습니다. 석회질이 묻은 샤워문(팔꿈치 기름으로 쉽게 고칠 수 있음) 샤워문 바깥쪽 가장자리 주변에 곰팡이와 더러운 것(사진 참조) 싱크대 옆 타일 전체에 얼룩 자국(예전 치약 자국처럼) 싱크대가 제대로 물이 빠지지 않음(막힌 듯) 스커팅 보드는 몇 주/몇 달 동안 닦지 않은 듯 모든 표준/기본적인 것들이 모든 호텔에서 기대할 수 있는 것들이고, 특히 4성급 호텔에서 기대할 수 있는 것들이었는데, 제가 너무 까다롭나요? 그런 다음 리셉션에 전화해서 우유를 달라고 해서 커피를 만들었어요(객실에 주전자가 제공됨) 리셉션 직원은 신선한 우유가 없고 제가 먹어본 것 중 가장 맛이 나쁜 우유(아기 우유/일반 우유를 끊은 것 같아요)의 '가루 봉지'만 있다고 했습니다. 분명 레스토랑이 문을 닫아서 신선한 우유를 구할 수 없었던 모양이네요? 리셉셔니스트는 슈퍼마켓에 가라고 조언했습니다..호텔에서 도보로 25분 거리에 있습니다.🤦♀️ 우연히도 리셉션 입구 밖에 커피 머신이 있어서 저는 아래층으로 내려가서 거기서 하나 샀습니다.(가장 편리하지는 않았지만 계속 진행합니다) 광고지에 옥상 레스토랑이 있다고 읽었는데, 물어보니까 더 이상 없다고 합니다. 레스토랑은 아침 시간에만 열려서 음식은 없고 간식도 없습니다. 하지만 룸 서비스라고 광고했는데 어떻게 되는지 잘 모르겠습니다. 야외 수영장은 닫혔지만 괜찮았지만 라운저에 앉을 수도 없었습니다. 그래서...호텔 밖에 앉을 곳이 없습니다. 이런 작은 것들이 쌓여서 4성급 광고 호텔이라는 명성을 잃게 된 건 정말 안타까운 일입니다. 이제 긍정적인 면을 살펴보겠습니다... 방에서 보이는 바다 전망이 아름답습니다. 말 그대로 수 마일에 달하는 모래사장 건너편에 있습니다. 근처에 브런치/저녁 식사를 위해 정오부터 문을 여는 멋진 레스토랑이 몇 개 있으며 가격도 적당합니다. 이 지역 자체는 매우 조용하고 혼자 여행하기에는 충분히 안전합니다.

Todo correcto. El hotel bastante sencillo. Las habitaciones justitas para un 4 estrellas. Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente. La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción. El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

공항에서 L9 지하철을 타고 콜블랑까지 바로 이동하시면, 지하철역에서 나오자마자 호텔에 도착하게 됩니다! 또한 호텔에서 L5 지하철을 타고 사그라다 파밀리아(Sagrada Familia), 성 바오로 십자가 병원(St. Paul's Hospital of the Cross) 등 많은 명소까지 이동할 수 있습니다! 호텔 객실에 생수 공급이 가능하고, 욕실의 온수 수압도 안정적입니다! 방의 청결도는 만족스럽습니다. 다음에 스페인 여행가면 꼭 다시 묵고 싶습니다! 😋

프런트 데스크는 늦게까지 운영하고, 바르셀로나 도시세는 현장에서 지불해야 했습니다. 조식은 8시부터 시작해서 일찍 가우디 투어(카사 밀라, 카사 바트요)를 예약한 사람은 먹을 수 없어요. 하지만 건물 아래에 일찍 문을 여는 카페가 있습니다. 짐 보관은 1층에서 가능하며 2유로가 필요합니다. 방음이 잘 안 되는데, 방 사이 벽이 석고보드라 그런지 옆방 스페인 아주머니들이 새벽 2~3시까지 시끄럽게 떠들다가 아침 6시 반에 또 시작해서 정말 힘들었습니다.
