라스 팔마스 (Las Palmas)의 구시 가지 중심에 위치한 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 스위트는 사랑과 매우 맛있는 가구로 호텔 전체뿐만 아니라 전체입니다. 옥상 테라스는 최고입니다! 직원들은 매우 도움이되며 아침 식사는 호루라기입니다. 유일한 단점은 방의 밝기입니다. 나처럼 가벼운 수면은 침대 휴식의 마지막에 06.30에 있습니다. 그런 다음 모든 구석과 끝에서 집안을 밟습니다.
그럼에도 불구하고 우리는 언제든지 다시 올 수 있어 기쁠 것입니다.

Magnicico albergo in posizione panoramica. Tra i più belli 4 stelle in cui ho soggiornoato. Merita da solo un viaggio apposta a Gran Canaria. Pulitissimo, e arredato molto bene (la mia camera aveva anche 1 belle poltroa un divano. Bellissimo il terrazzo privato panoramico on sedute). Spazi comuni magnifici come il salone con divani e biblioteca, sala ristorante, terrazza panoramica e giardino spa con piscina panoramica. La migliore colazione che ho fatto in vita mia in alberghi di questa fascia 4 stelle! Prodotti locali e non di altissima qualità e cucina espressa la mattina. Salmone servaggio, formaggio di capra locale, dolci di qualità superiore ecc. Tovaglie bianche con il logo della catena Paradores.

Un très beau complexe avec piscine chauffée, si vous avez des problèmes avec les marches ce n’est pas l’endroit indiqué pour vous.
Trop petit parking malheureusement.
Petit déjeuner excellent, immense chambre avec une vue mer malheureusement gâché par un grillage, sinon calme et agréable! La plage est magnifique juste en bas de l’immeuble public mais tellement grande aucun problème de place.

리리뷰어Santa Catalina Hotel is undeniably a historic architectural landmark, but as a hotel experience it fell well below expectations. On arrival, the service felt cold and somewhat pretentious rather than welcoming, with concierge staff coming across as detached and pompous rather than genuinely hospitable.
A key reason for choosing the hotel was the prominently advertised rooftop pool and views, only to discover after check-in that access is restricted to suite guests. The spa is similarly limited unless you pay €15 per person for 90 minutes, which feels disproportionate given the modest facilities. These restrictions are not clearly communicated at booking and leave a sense of being misled.
Several of the lounge and communal areas were also frequently reserved for corporate events and seminars, which further diminished the sense of a relaxed hotel environment. As a guest, it often felt as though you were secondary to business groups and functions moving through the space, even in more personal hotel moments such as walking through common areas in a robe.
In-room entertainment is very dated, with a non–smart TV offering only basic local and satellite channels. Room service carries a €5 delivery surcharge, while on-site dining is largely limited to high-end fine dining with little casual alternative.
It is also worth noting that Las Palmas sits under a noticeably less favourable microclimate than the south and west of Gran Canaria. During our stay, conditions were consistently cloudy, windy, and cool, which further limited the enjoyment of the hotel’s already restricted amenities. For those seeking reliable sun and beach weather, the southern or western parts of the island are a better choice.
Overall, despite its striking heritage setting, the combination of underwhelming service, restricted access to advertised facilities, dated in-room amenities, corporate use of guest spaces, and disappointing weather made for a stay that did not feel justified by the price and is not somewhere we would return to. The atmosphere and clientele also skew noticeably toward an older demographic.

저희는 2.6세 딸아이와 함께 5박 동안 머물렀는데, 아이가 이곳을 정말 좋아했어요(수영장, 실내외 놀이터, 오락실, 매일 운영되는 키즈 클럽). 매일 밤 아이들과 어른들을 위한 다양한 엔터테인먼트가 제공되어 저희도 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 편안한 분위기에 더해 걸어서 조금만 가면 푸에르토 델 카르멘 해변이 나옵니다. 특히 하프보드(무료 조식과 저녁)를 이용했는데, 음식이 훌륭했고 종류도 다양해서 좋았습니다. 강력 추천합니다!

리리뷰어우리는 매우 넓은 멋진 깨끗한 아파트를 가지고있었습니다. 침대는 정말 좋고 매우 푹신하고 우리는 아기처럼 잤습니다. 욕실은 특별하지는 않았지만 가장 중요한 것은 깨끗했습니다. 아침 식사는 약간 비싼 편입니다. (8,- 2개의 작은 오렌지 주스). 직원들은 친절했습니다. 우리는 더 오래 머물고 싶었지만 불행히도 완전히 예약되었습니다. 유일한 단점은 신용 카드가 없었기 때문에 신용 카드로 지불해야하는 100,- borg였습니다. 그러나 우리는 어쨌든 아파트를 얻었습니다. 관광객들의 비명 없이 편안하게 쉬고 싶다면 이곳을 추천했습니다.
관광객으로서 읽으신다면 이 아름다운 섬을 깨끗하게 유지하고 존경을 표해주세요. (우리는 길을 따라 쓰레기를 줍는 빈 가방을 들고 걸어 다녔습니다)

리리뷰어Lovely clean accommodation, and an easy drive from the airport - perfect for a late-night arrival. The staff was very friendly, with biscuits and water refills available at reception. The apartment itself was super clean and felt very new. Our Wi-Fi didn't work the night we arrived, but I think that was just a temporary blip. The bed was nice, and the place felt spacious - a good place to work remotely from with well-stocked cupboards in the kitchen, and a good dining table too. There was also a lovely pool area with plenty of loungers. If you don't mind not having beach views, this is a good sun and pool break option.
