El servicio atento y muy agradable y paciente aparte de dar las indicaciones perfectamente, la habitación tenía tres camas cuando éramos dos , tampoco es que importe , y era amplia , pero necesita una pequeña reforma, por las grietas que tenía, no muy importantes pero sí necesita una pequeña actualización, el baño amplio, con bidé y secador, más bañera, el desayuno pues correcto, embutidos , bollería, bizcocho casero riquísimo, frutas varias , y zumos de tetrabrik, no obstante volveremos

Hotel longe do centro da cidade. Este hotel não tem comodidades para hotel de 4 estrelas. Pequeno almoço muito fraco e nem uma garrafa de água tinha no quarto!!!! Secador de cabelo não funcionava.

나는 아침 식사를 정말로 즐겼습니다. 그들은 갓 짜낸 오렌지 주스, 다양한 종류의 과일, 치즈, 햄, 소시지, 빵 및 과자도 먹었습니다. 또한 훌륭한 에스프레소 및 기타 커피 음료. 방은 좋았고 욕조가 포함되어 있습니다. 모든 것이 세련되고 현대적이었습니다. 서비스도 훌륭했습니다.
주먹은 교통 소음에 대해 조금 걱정했지만 창문은 방음이되었고 교통량이 매우 낮아서 전혀 문제가되지 않았습니다.

La habitación muy limpia y el servicio muy amable.
Lo único que mejoraría por mejorar algo seria la temperatura de las piscinas del spa que estaban un poco frías.
Las señoritas de recepción muy majas y todo el hotel estaba muy limpio.

El Hotel Los Lagos Nature tiene aspectos positivos y otros mejorables. Las instalaciones están en buen estado y la ubicación es conveniente, lo que hace que la estancia sea aceptable en términos generales.

No dispone de aire acondicionado (algo a tener en cuenta según la época del año)
La atención al cliente deja bastante que desear, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante
El personal de recepción no atiende el teléfono.
El servicio del restaurante es muy limitado - ni siquiera preparan opciones básicas como un bocadillo de jamón y queso
Conclusión:
Si buscas un lugar con buenas instalaciones y ubicación, puede ser una opción válida. Sin embargo, si valoras un buen servicio al cliente y flexibilidad en la restauración, quizás sea mejor considerar otras alternativas en la zona.

Destacar la atención del personal que fue excelente. Hotel algo a las afueras de Oviedo pero a 20 minutos andando del centro y con buena conexión de autobús. Buenas vistas. Habitaciones cómodas y bastante nuevas. El hotel se encontraba limpio. Tiene cafetería pero no llegamos a probarla.

GGiacominoHotel con camere moderne, circondato da altri palazzi pertanto nessuna vista panoramica. Parcheggio pubblico a pagamento nei paraggi, camere spaziose dal design moderno ma con colori e luci un po’ cupe dato che non si possono aprire le tende in quanto le finestre affacciano direttamente in fronte all’edificio adiacente.Nel bagno manca il bidet . Buona la pulizia, molto cordiale e disponibile tutto il personale.Manca anche il frigo.Vicino alla zona pedonale ricca di negozi e al lungomare e spiaggia di San Lorenzo. Molto vicina vi è un altra spiaggia

익익명 사용자The hotel is in a very good location, close to the main bus station, city and has free parking around. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are a bit small specially if you get a room on the top floor, they are modern and clean so it's quite comfy. I found that the air conditioner was quite loud and it would randomly start doing some really loud noises after around 20 minutes and would sometimes shutdown with an error E0. It would be nice if they had like a welcoming tray with a kettle and some instant coffee or teas, or even some water.
The breakfast is very good, I found it to be even better than some larger 4 stars hotels.

리리뷰어Even though the hotel is not in Gijon city center, you can catch the train to Gijon that runs every 30 minutes if you don't have a car. The train station is right outside the backdoor of the hotel. Also there is a beautiful park and camping ground near the station.
The room is pretty big and the bed is quite comfortable . Surprisingly, the breakfast has many items including bread, cake, cold cut, cheese, fruits, yogurt, juice and coffee. The dinner is also quite good and at very reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel if visiting Gijon area.

AAlzy32Check in was easy and smooth. It’s an old building and budget hotel which is clear once you enter the room. It has no heating, air-conditioning or fan available in the room. There’s no telephone to contact the front desk either. This can be problematic when the person in the room across from you starts shouting with someone on his cellphone at 23:30 and does not stop for an hour. I reverted to using ear-plugs but it still wasn’t ideal. I didn’t feel very safe and as a result was reluctant to report the disturbance.

This is the hotel I found while looking for a clean and relaxing hotel in the surrounding area. The hotel counter was really friendly.
The hotel room is clean, spacious for relaxing, and a nice room decorated cleanly.
I took a walk around the hotel town in the morning and it was nice. The destination, cudillero was also very close.

NNodynessoWe arrived after midnight but that was no problem because there’s always someone at the reception. The hotel is in the centre of the historical town. Very kind staff. The room was big, the bed comfortable, the bathroom was spacious as well and all spotlessly clean. Pity that it was only for one night. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops & sightseeing at walking distance.

La verdad es que calidad-precio es Excelente.
A 15 minutos de Oviedo, a 30 de gijon y con una conexión con las carreteras principales, magnífico.
Parking gratis en toda la instalación.
Desayuno sencillo pero con lo necesario, pastas, embutido, mermeladas, tortilla casera, pan para tostar, buen zumo y máquinas de café de Nescafe.
Café y té gratis las 24h.
Puedes hacer uso del comedor siempre que quieras para hacer tus comidas o cenas de fuera, con uso de cubiertos, servilletas y demás.
Limpieza de habitaciones muy buena.
Valoro mucho la presión del agua y la temperatura de la ducha, y es magnífico.
La habitación tiene varios enchufes y de tamaño para dos, muy bien.
Y la guinda es que es un hotel amigo de los perretes, y pudimos viajar sin problemas con nuestra perrita y estar en todas las instalaciones.
