I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

저희 아이가 호텔 독서 공간을 가장 좋아했어요. 저는 세탁 및 건조 서비스가 특히 마음에 들었습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원분들도 친절하고 상냥하셨고, 손님들의 세탁과 건조를 신속하게 도와주셨습니다. 주변에는 마트, 약국, 음식점 등 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 대중교통 이용도 편리했습니다.

이모, 삼촌, 자매는 매우 귀엽다. 집처럼 따뜻함 둘 다 숙박 예약에 대해 걱정할 필요가 없으며 Chi 이모의 자매와 아이들을 향한 차가 없습니다. 하얼빈에서 스노우토우에 들러 스노우 밸리에 머물기 위해 이모는 맛있는 음식을 요리하여 매우 만족합니다. 아침을 무료로 나누러 오세요, Tang Hu Lu. 매일 무료로 먹을 수 있고 뜨거운 물이 튀고 영어를 잘 사용하며 이모는 아주 좋은 번역을 사용할 수 있습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 돌아오는 길에 이모는 여행 중에 물과 간식을 주었습니다. 붉은 등불과 무대 근처의 숙박 시설, 걷기 쉽고 태국 사람들이 서로 돕고 지원하기를 원합니다. 홈스테이 때문에 마을 사람들은 관광객 때문에 살 수 있습니다.

카운터가 정말 친절합니다. 그리고 미인입니다. 여행 정보를 얻고자 하는 분들이라면 이곳을 꼭 이용하세요. 그리고 교통편이 환상적입니다. 식당은 쉽게 찾을 수 있어요. 시내 중심가여서 방크기가 좀 작지만 교통, 식당, 여행정보 생각하면 모든 것을 다 잊게 만들어 줍니다. 우리는 외국인 3인이 묵었습니다. 만족합니다.

위치가 정말 좋아요. 성 소피아 성당까지 걸어서 5분 정도 걸리고, 번화한 보행자 거리에 바로 위치해 있어요. 성수기에는 객실 요금이 좀 비싸서 시설이나 서비스와 비교했을 때 좀 아쉬웠어요. 호텔 입구가 식당이랑 같이 있어서 좀 헷갈렸고, 프런트 데스크 시설도 좀 허술했어요. 엘리베이터 두 대 모두 작았어요. 처음에 창문 없는 방으로 예약했는데, 나중에 플랫폼에서 창문 있는 방으로 바꿔줘서 트립닷컴 고객 서비스에 칭찬하고 싶어요. 아침 식사는 간단했지만 있을 건 다 있었고, 맛도 괜찮았어요. 애프터눈 티나 의상 체험은 못 해봤어요. 냉장고 자석 하나 선물로 받았어요. 인테리어는 굉장히 복고풍이었어요. 전반적으로 교통이 편리한 걸 중요하게 생각한다면 고려해볼 만해요. 하지만 시설이나 서비스에 대한 기대치가 높다면 좀 낮추는 게 좋을 것 같아요.

작지만 있을 건 다 있는 곳이었어요. 프런트도 넓어서 앉아서 뭘 먹을 수도 있었고요. 전자레인지도 있어서 데워 먹을 수 있고, 하얼빈역 근처 식당 할인쿠폰도 있었어요. 프런트 직원분들도 친절하고 서비스도 좋았습니다. 택배도 받을 수 있었고, 청소도 매일 이모님, 삼촌들이 해주셔서 깨끗했어요. 12월 말 크리스마스 기간이었는데 이 가격에 이 정도면 정말 만족합니다. 기차 타려고 묵었는데 정말 만족스러웠어요. 기차역까지 걸어서 300m밖에 안 걸려요. 다음에 또 여기로 올 것 같아요.

호텔은 쑹화강 바로 옆에 있고, 중앙大街까지 걸어서 5분밖에 안 걸려요. 직원분들이 다들 너무 친절하셨는데, 첫날 도착했을 때 방에서 담배 냄새가 좀 난다고 말씀드리니, 객실 담당 아주머니들이 바로 연기 제거 스프레이랑 공기청정기를 가져다주셨어요. 게다가 화장실에 세탁 세제도 비치되어 있어서 세심한 배려가 느껴졌어요. 식당 아주머니도 아이에게 귀여운 전용 요구르트를 주셨고, 체크아웃할 때는 입구에 계신 아저씨가 짐을 차에 실어주시면서 ”공주님, 승차하세요”라고 말씀해주셔서 재미있었어요.

Harbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

나는 처음으로 어머니를 Xuegu에 데려가이 여관에 머물 렀습니다. 환경이 매우 좋고 북동부의 맛이 매우 강합니다. 사장님의 서비스 태도는 매우 좋습니다. 다음날 우리는 스모그링에 가서 눈놀이를 했습니다. 사장님이 내내 동행해 사진을 찍고 무료로 스키를 가르쳐 주셨습니다. 혼자 플레이한다면 스키장 코치에게 수백 위안을 써달라고 부탁합니다. 사장님은 참을성 있고 전문적이어서 최선을 다할 것입니다. 여관에는 밤에 활동이 있습니다. 사장님이 무료로 얼음에 물을 튀기는 비디오를 찍어주십니다. 이 프로젝트는 Xuexiang에서 촬영하기 위해 돈을 써야 합니다. 나는 또한 그들의 집에서 Wuchang 쌀을 샀다. 일반적으로 Xuegu로의 여행을 추천합니다. 나는 이미 가족과 친구들에게 추천했습니다.
