The hotel is conveniently located on the 3rd floor of an old central building right in the middle of Split. About 30 minutes from airport but do note taxi can only drop you of nearby. Cost with Uber about €30 there is also bus.
The rooms are clean, large and the service waste great. Lovely bed. The room has kettle and fridge which is helpful. Short walk from the harbour and sights which was nice in evening before sleep. Bed comfortable. Overall high standard feeling.
Breakfast and meals can be had in surrounding area, do not lot of places wanted cash only which I found annoying and the costs of food and drink were much higher than expected. That is nothing to do with the hotel but worth mentioning as increased have been steep after introducing the Euro two years ago.

Reception staff was lovely and friendly, very helpful. The restaurant in the evening time, the food was excellent. The cleaning staff was excellent. The hotel was very relaxing and quiet. The morning breakfast lacked variety, food was quite cold only fault to the hotel.

Excellent location and only about 3 minutes walk away from the Old town area.
This hotel is very new and the rooms are spacious (for Europe standards) and very clean/modern.
They have a nice bar area downstairs and the breakfast buffet is excellent as well.
Its right on the waterfront so you get some great views of Split.
There is also underground parking at a reasonable price per night.

매우 좋은 위치, 사무실 건물 14층에 있으며 기차역, 버스 정류장, 부두 및 고대 도시에서 도보로 15분 이내입니다. 방이 매우 넓고 깨끗하며 전망이 매우 좋습니다. (전망대의 수준은 누구에게도 뒤지지 않습니다). 그런데 문제는 씨트립에 있는 호텔의 연락처가 잘못되어 있고(이 호텔이 아닌 럭셔리 산하의 다른 회사의 전화번호입니다), 호텔에 프런트가 없어 연락하는데 시간이 오래 걸렸습니다. 체크인할 호텔. 댓글 사진 3번이 정확한 전화번호입니다.

Gorgeous apartment with large sunny balcony. Staff were amazing and lovely breakfast in outdoor sitting area, made to order plus continental buffet. Short walk to main areas in Split. Thank you for a lovely stay

Honestly, the breakfast is terrible. There is no any option just the eggs and cheese and I don’t eat that because I’m diabetic type one I requested at least smoked salmon and some Roca salads or some other options healthy options on the day. It was really not delicious at all other than that everything else is good. The gym is really smalland the room surface is not really easy to reach. I ordered yesterday at dinner salad. The price is €18 then they charge me €10 to bring it to my room which is crazy.

1. This room has two windows, one is in the bedroom and this one is on your picture, Second window is
In living room and has a direct sea view, no wall view.
- This is not a sea view. This is a view with a little bit of water in it. I ask you to visit rooms with true sea views and you will notice the difference. The people viewing reviews online can judge for themselves.
2. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception.
- There are c. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night.
3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass.
As you came on Sunday evening to the reception and claimed about bell ringing it was explained it to you that on Sunday the bells ring a bit longer during the day.
- it was explained after check out. I advise you inform guests prior to check in.

- I use these words cautiously - whoever informed you of this has lied to you. We were not offered ear plugs. In any case ear plugs would have made no difference. I advise you make this clearer on your website.
5. Our receptionist offered you twice assistance with the luggage wich you refused as well.
- I would not have provided this feedback if it was not true. It appears that you are calling me a liar which I take great offence to. No assistance was offered. I am appalled that this is your reply. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance.
I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. Your email has magnified what are glaring inadequacies in your offering.
Thank you for taking the time to reply but I find your reply totally inadequate and inaccurate.

- 직원이 매우 부재했고 호텔과 객실에 들어가려면 열쇠가 필요했습니다. 우리는 객실에 열쇠를 잊어버렸고 저녁 식사 후 오후 11시경에 깨달았습니다. 직원들은 오전 3시까지 호텔에 있어야 하는데 아무도 없었습니다. 전화로만 연락해야 했지만 캐나다인이라 작동하는 전화가 없었습니다. 우리는 거의 밖에서 잤습니다. . 우리는 이웃 식당에서 도움을 받았습니다.
- 직원이 오전 7시에 다시 일해야 했지만 우리는 체크아웃하지 않고 8시에 떠났는데도 아무도 없었습니다.
- 제 딸이 우리 객실에서 EarPods를 도난당했습니다. Apple 앱으로 찾아서 정확히 어디에 있는지 확인할 수 있었습니다. 다시 호텔에 직원이 전혀 없어서 청소부가 도난당했다고 말할 수 없었습니다. (우리는 그들이 방에서 나가지 않았기 때문에 100% 도난당했다고 확신합니다. 우리는 전자 제품을 어디에도 가지고 다니지 않았고 그들이 있던 곳은 호텔에서 7km 떨어진 곳이었고 우리는 그곳에 가본 적이 없었습니다.

This is not like a hotel, more like a villa, the security of it is not very high, as it has 2 entrances.
The entrance from the pool, anyone can access it without a problem.
The swimming pool was quite dirty, it has a lot of bugs floating, and also it has not been regularly cleaned by the staff.
It has a lot of restaurants nearby, and the quality and the price are better than those tourist meals in the old town.
The lift was broken on the first day, second day they informed us it is fixed. But it still has a little bit sudden sinking issue.
I guess Croatia does not have regulation of fix term lift checking, as it does not have any certificate in the lift inside/outside.
If the hotel showed 3 stars and the price is lower. I would rate
The right side of the balcony has a big tennis field on the 2nd-floor level, it is very close, and it was quite annoying that people can look over easily.
The suite does not worth 4 stars. The rug is super old, it has some stains on it.
The Front door lock is looking new, it is safe, but some electricity installation was not installed properly, it looks like you can pull them out easily.
The Electric Safety box is not working with the password, the hotel left a key in there for use.
Breakfast arrangement is well managed for guests with early tour, they could arrange breakfast box including 1 fruit, 3 breads, and 1 yogurt at 06am to 07am.

리리뷰어Fantastic hotel, 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal and bus station. The resort is small but makes for a quiet holiday which is exactly what we were looking for. We were upgraded to the harbour suite which is a stunning room, although no balcony, didn’t bother us, just to make others aware. Shower gel and shampoo are Ritual branded and smell lovely. The food is fabulous, breakfast is buffet style and dinner (for half boarders) is chosen off the menu. Really high quality and believe they were Michelin recommended for 2024. They even gave us a breakfast bag as we were checking out very early.
The staff are fantastic, very friendly and can’t do enough for you. This was the case from reception, restaurant to the roof top bar. All were great.
The rooftop bar was a brilliant place to sit and watch the sunset and the ferry coming and going.
The pool is covered and heated with a separate area for sunbathing. There’s also a couple of saunas you can use. The smallest gripe, it would be good to trim the top of the trees which blocked the view from the sun terrace.
Would absolutely stay here again for a chilled and relaxing holiday.

리리뷰어We had the most delightful time at the Apartments Cordis. The staff bent over backwards to help us with late check in, directions and recommendations. The pool was a real treat, usually all to ourselves and surrounded by fresh fruit growing and hanging over the pool.
Our apartment was lovely, very cool from the A/C and filled with lots of of kind extra touches. The bed was brilliantly firm and so comfortable.
The only downside to our stay was that the shower leaked into the bathroom a lot. The space between the toilet and shower was very small, not great for tall people. The floors needed more cleaning. And the WiFi was a bit patchy.
The neighbourhood was conveniently located with a bus stop and shops 5 mins away. It’s close to the new beach and the centre of town. We enjoyed browsing in the Thrift store round the corner.
All in all a great stay that I would repeat.

리리뷰어호텔 위치가 저희 일행에게 완벽해서 2박 더 묵었습니다. 공용 공간도 넓고 객실도 넓었습니다.
그런데 엘리베이터 바로 옆방에 묵었는데, 옆방과 문이 있어서 전날 밤 옆방 소음이 꽤 거슬렸습니다!
그리고 조식은 그 정도 급의 호텔치고는 좀 실망스러웠습니다. 스플리트에 처음 왔을 때는 작은 4성급 호텔에 묵었는데, 조식이 훨씬 맛있었고 카푸치노도 맛있었습니다.

MMediratta호텔은 기본적으로 세미 기능 쇼핑몰 3 층에 있습니다. 위치는 훌륭하고 Split 해변 선의 모든 주요 명소에서 도보 거리에 있습니다. 식당, 빵집, 쇼핑 장소는 모두 도보 거리에 있습니다. 위치는 또한 주요 버스 정류장에서 도보로 가까운 거리에 있으며 공항 버스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 트리플 룸은 거대했고 우리는 유지할 것입니다. 침대는 편안했습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 경험. 욕실의 허영심의 다양성과 품질은 제 제안에 개선되어야합니다.

LLC678Good location in the palace area, but it could be very confused because the hotel has different annex which is couple minutes walk apart. And it could be difficult to find the location of the annex, for the one I stay in named Villa Donbric couldn’t be find in Google map. Besides, since we have couple of large luggages, we look for hotel with elevator but the annex I stayed didn’t facilitated one. (I am not sure the other annex has one or not) The room is smaller than I expected, it’s a bit messy when we open up two luggage together. Other than that, it’s a cozy place to stay with helpful staff. The breakfast is served and good, with different options of eggs. I suggest extra attention is better when booking the hotel about the location and concern with luggages. Or I will suggest booking their optional pick up service.
