도시는 그리 크지 않지만, 이 호텔은 공화국 광장 바로 맞은편, 중심부에 위치해 있어 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 대부분의 관광 명소가 도보 거리에 있습니다! 근처에 당일 투어 버스와 레스토랑도 많아 교통도 편리합니다! 서비스는 괜찮았고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 조식도 괜찮았고, 주로 서양식이었고, 매일 객실 청소도 잘 되어 있었습니다!

Отличное место, самый центр. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности.Отель современный , чистый. Тихо, удобная кровать, хорошая сантехника.Нам все понравилось. Останавливаемся здесь уже второй раз, приедем ещё.

불행히도 이 특정 호텔을 평가하는 것은 어려운 것으로 나타났습니다. 네, 로비도 아늑해 보이고 리셉션 직원도 친절해요. 그러나 도착하자마자 그녀는 즉시 내 방의 특정 ”파이프 문제”(이는 상당히 일반적인 표현임)를보고하고 비용을 들여 다른 호텔로 이사하겠다고 제안했습니다. 공평하게 말하면 택시비도 그들이 지불했습니다. 나는 편리한 위치 때문에 Yerevan Deluxe Hotel을 선택했습니다. 특히 모든 인프라(레스토랑, 상점 등)가 있는 코미타스 애비뉴(Komitas Avenue)가 몇 걸음 거리에 있습니다. 새로운 나이리 호텔은 가파른 경사면에 있는 단층짜리 개인 주택들 사이에 별도로 위치해 있으며, 4성급임에도 불구하고 정말 형편없는 객실을 제공했습니다. 물론 이것은 완전히 다른 이야기이지만 ...

Everything was great. Very central location, the staff is helpful and speaks English (front desk), descent breakfast. The room is comfortable, just the walls are a little thin maybe.

Останавливались в отеле Blur Inn Gallery в Ереване и остались очень довольны! Метро в шаговой доступности, что очень удобно. Номера чистые, уютные и со вкусом оформленные. Персонал приветливый и всегда готов помочь. Атмосфера в отеле приятная, чувствуется внимание к деталям. Завтраки вкусные и качественные. Обязательно вернёмся сюда снова! We stayed at Blur Inn Gallery in Yerevan and were very satisfied with our stay! The metro is within walking distance, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with great attention to detail. Breakfasts are really good and of high quality. We would definitely come back again!

체크인 할때 따뜻한 쿠키를 주셔서 환대받는 느낌이 좋았어요. 웰컴드링크정도는 받아봤지만 수제 쿠키는 첨이라 색다른 느낌이랄까 기분이 좋아지더라고요~~~~ 깨끗했고요,침대도 넓고 좋았어요.조금이지만 창문을 열수있어서 좋았어요. 메트로도 걸어다닐만 했어요.버스도 삼거리라 가는방향이 많아서 타기도 좋았어요.스파도 무료라 괜찮은거 같았어요~~~제가 원하는 탕은 없고,스팀사우나만 있어서 보고만 왔어요.

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

на 16 этаже в новостройке, рядом одна сплошная стройка, кондиционер очень плохой и туда даже руку не просунешь, номера маленькие, только интернет хороший и балкон! но может быть сного пыли
