주차장 시설을 갖춘 요르단 와디무사 호텔

환경: 아래층은 아카바에서 가장 번화한 상업 거리로 먹고 마시기에 매우 편리합니다. 시설: 조금 낡았지만 주차가 무료이고 자율주행이 매우 편리합니다. 하지만 우리가 머물렀던 이틀 동안 매일 생수 4병이 제공되어 요르단 호텔치고는 매우 훌륭합니다. 서비스: 프론트 데스크 직원과 경비원 모두 매우 따뜻하고 정중합니다! 1층 (길가) 노천 카페에서 커피를 마시고 있는데, 환영 경호원과 이야기를 나누는 관광객들을 만나면, 그 관광객들이 다가와서 정중하게 방해를 해서 불필요한 괴롭힘과 잡담을 피하도록 도와주었습니다. 지나치게 떠들썩한 남자 관광객들이 떠나기 전에 떠났다는 것! 이 서비스 감각은 정말 훌륭합니다!

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com. After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me. After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com. Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking! Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

오후 10시경 호텔에 도착했을 때 시체가 없었습니다. 리셉션이 열려 있는지 또는 체크인을 위해 누군가에게 전화해야하는지 묻기 위해 약국 옆집으로 가야한다는 점을 제외하고는 모든 것이 좋았고 괜찮 았습니다. 약국 직원은 15분 후에 누군가가 들어왔을 때 누군가를 찾기 위해 호텔 사무실에 들어가야 했습니다.

Останавливались на одну ночь. Хороший пляжный отель. Туристов мало, наверное из-за близости Израиля. Свой алкоголь проносить нельзя, у них есть в отеле. Для сравнения - бутылка игристого вина в магазине стоит 12-15 динар, в отеле - 60! Пейте под забором отеля). Договориться можно пронести, но только если у них что-то возьмете. А так -всё хорошо). Завтрак хороший, большой выбор. На ужин ходили за территорию отеля.

전반적으로 여전히 꽤 괜찮고, 가성비는 2000 옵션과 크게 다르지 않습니다! 가장 큰 장점은 서비스 편의성이지만, 사람이 더 많고 광공해가 있을 수 있습니다. (거즈 앱 타이핑이 엄청 번거롭긴 하지만, 그 외에는 크게 문제될 건 없습니다! 계속 후기를 남겨달라고 하더군요! 단점은 현장 예약보다 가격이 비싸다는 점과, 약속된 서비스 혜택이 제공되지 않았다는 점입니다!)

Our stay at Shaheen Camp was an incredible experience, even though we were transferred to Hasan Zawaideh Camp due to the low season. Since the camps are next to each other, and likely have the same owners, the transition was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff made sure we felt at home, offering delicious tea, traditional dance, and live music, creating a truly immersive Bedouin experience. The variety of tours and activities they provided allowed us to explore the breathtaking landscapes of Wadi Rum in an unforgettable way. The food was outstanding—authentic, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every meal felt like a special occasion, adding to the magic of our stay. The only minor point for improvement was the bed setup, as it was made up of two single beds combined, but honestly, this was such a small detail compared to the overall incredible experience we had. If you’re looking for a welcoming, authentic, and memorable stay in Wadi Rum, I highly recommend Shaheen and Hasan Zawaideh Camp. I would gladly return for another unforgettable adventure!

저녁 활동이 없었습니다. 관광객들에게 돈을 훔치려고 거의 노력한 별을 조사하려면 돈을 지불해야합니다! 들어가서 사진을 찍은 후 캠에 너무 지루하고 인생이 없습니다! 음식은 좋았습니다! 직원들은 친절합니다! 돔이 좋다! 그들은 캠프에 활동을 추가하여 활기차게 만들기만 하면 됩니다. 그렇지 않으면 사람들이 여기로 돌아오거나 하룻밤 이상 머물지 않을 것입니다!

이번에 주로 Zid 씨의 도움을 받았는데, 그를 포함한 모든 직원분들이 정말 친절했어요. 좋은 위치에 맛있는 음식도 많아서 만족스러운 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 요르단 와디럼에 오신다면 이곳을 정말 추천합니다!

언니와 저는 요르단을 여행 중이었는데, 둘 다 숙소를 꽤 까다롭게 골랐습니다. 와디룸 사막에서 하룻밤 묵을 버블 하우스 대신 이 호텔을 선택했는데, 욕실이 더 낫다고 생각했기 때문입니다. ✨ 버블 하우스가 과열될까 봐 조금 걱정되기도 했습니다. 🥵 전반적인 경험은 좋았지만 사막의 신호가 너무 안 좋았습니다. 가족들에게 최대한 빨리 연락해야 했습니다. 요르단 패스를 구매했기 때문에 방문자 센터에서 티켓에 도장을 받아야 했습니다. 그런 다음 모자 쓴 남자에게 어느 호텔에 묵을지 말했더니, 호텔이 너무 많아서 전화번호를 물었습니다. 다행히 전화가 바로 연결되었고, 호텔에서 지프차를 준비해 주었습니다. 참고: 이 지프차는 나중에 지프 투어에서 볼 수 있는 것과 같은 차입니다. 너무 더워서 밖에 앉아 있고 싶지 않았습니다. 호텔에 도착했을 때 에어컨이 좀 느리게 식었습니다. 30분이 지났는데도 여전히 섭씨 33도 정도였습니다. 점심을 먹지 않아서 15 JD(디나르 디나르)에 꽤 푸짐한 식사를 주문했습니다. 새벽 5시에 지프차가 사막 투어와 일몰 투어를 위해 우리를 데리러 왔습니다. ⚠️ 무료가 아니니 원하는 투어 시간을 호텔에 미리 알려주시기 바랍니다. 2시간 투어는 보통 35 JD라고 들었는데, 호텔 투어는 좀 더 비싼 것 같아서 흥정하는 게 좋습니다. 가이드는 정말 친절했고, 사막의 샘과 일몰을 감상하기 완벽한 장소로 안내해 주었습니다. 정말 아름다웠어요! 저녁 식사는 깜짝 놀랐습니다! 정말 특별한 경험이었습니다. 모두가 모여 🔛 미식의 밤을 시작했습니다. 전반적으로 아주 호화로운 식사였습니다. 단 하나 아쉬운 점이 있다면? 술이 없다는 점입니다. 원하시면 직접 가져오셔도 됩니다. 어쨌든 정말 후회했습니다. 잠자리에 들자마자 추워지기 시작했어요... 에어컨이 켜져 있었는데, 온도가 좀 떨어져서 18도 정도였어요. 사막 숙소는 보통 아침과 저녁 식사가 포함되는데, 다음 날 아침 식사도 푸짐하고 정갈했어요. 정말 멋진 경험이었어요. 이제 그만하고 사진 보여드릴게요. ⚠️침대 옆면이 정말 넓어요... 이런 건 수도 없이 봤어요. 방은 총 8개예요. 그날 밤 손님은 아마 6명 정도였을 거예요. 호텔 매니저분께서 저희를 만족시켜 주시려고 정말 애써주셨어요. 감사합니다! 🥹
