더 미라지 리조트 & 스파 후기

매우 흥미로운 장식을 갖춘 전통적인 구식 호텔입니다. 호텔 전체가 앤티크 톤으로 가득 차 있으며, 객실은 이틀 동안 머무르면 길을 잃을 것입니다. 매우 높습니다.

나에게 가장 좋은 곳. 깨끗하고 아름다워요. 물건들이 너무 친절하고 즐거웠어요.

이 리조트는 이번이 두 번째입니다. 주차장은 매우 정사각형이고 보안이 엄격하며 환경은 안전하고 조용하며 매우 편안합니다. 뷔페는 매우 풍부하며 직원들은 매우 친절하고 열정적이며 필요할 때 항상 적시에 도움을 제공할 수 있습니다. 직원분들 모두 영어가 능숙하셔서 의사소통에 장애가 없습니다! 매우 비용 효율적인 리조트입니다. 수영장이 정말 아름다워서 다음번 여름에는 꼭 여기로 올거에요!

매우 멋진 수영장, 해변이 조금 적고 물이 거의 검은색이지만 관광객이 거의 없어 매우 조용합니다. 세련된 장식을 갖춘 아름다운 호텔이지만 개조하고 상쾌하게 지낼 수 있습니다. 청결도는 검토할 필요가 있고, 객실 시트는 매일 교체하지 않으며, 바닥이 더러워져 있습니다... 매일 반복되는 뷔페, 신선한 과일과 아이스크림 부족 엘리베이터가 없어서 너무 짜증나서 아기와 함께 1층에 있었습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮은 숙박이지만 5성급 유럽 호텔만큼 가치가 없습니다.

호텔에 머무는 동안 정말 좋았습니다. 수영장이 정말 훌륭했습니다. 호텔 직원들은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 리셉션의 Mourad, Yosra, Nihel, 그리고 레스토랑 오믈렛 스테이션의 Mohammed와 항상 웃으며 행복한 셰프에게 특별히 감사드립니다. 제 휴가를 멋지게 만들어주신 모든 분들께 감사드립니다. Shaddy Omar

음식은 맛있고 위치도 좋지만 큰 단점이 있습니다. 2층 방에 개미가 있습니다. 친절한 직원은 많지만 사람과 함께 일해서는 안 될 사람들이 있습니다. 제가 아들과 놀러 갔을 때 테니스 코치가 저속하고 충동적이었습니다. 호텔은 직원을 위해 일어 섰고 공식적으로 그는 아무런 처벌을 받지 않았습니다. 풀 바에서 아들은 셔츠를 입어야 한다고 말하면서 콜라를 거부당했고 셔츠를 입지 않은 프랑스 고객에게는 일반 음료를 판매했습니다. 일반적으로 호텔은 프랑스 고객을 중심으로 하고 영국인은 2류입니다. 처음 며칠은 좋은 인상을 주었기 때문에 후회합니다.

The animation team makes it all make sense eventho it was very very cold. But enjoyed every moment. They were very nice very cheerful and very nice people. If I would go again I would just go for the animation team very very nice ambiance and made the trip a 100/10. Thank Yassine, Ahmed & Billy you all are the best. Keep it going!!

We been here for family holiday the hotel was great from A TO Z The member of staff are so so friendly the treat you like family from manager mr kalid and coach AHMED and the entertainer management Dali and kids club HANA all the team I LOVE TO BRING ALL THE NAME I really happy to advise everyone to this hotel ..

We enjoyed the hotel a lot. Clean and spacious rooms with nice furniture. Adding bathrobes and slippers would be a great idea. The beach needs some more cleaning tbh. Great selection of food in the restaurant. The hotel staff was friendly everywhere we went. Special shoutout to Victor and Yacine for keeping the parties alive + Ahmet with his aqua activities. Pro tip: learn some French phrases before going

Visited in May - June 2025, it's about a 50 minute drive from enfidha airport (via main toll road) The hotel appears to be newly purchased by iberostar in that it still have the name 'Mirage' at the entrance. The entrance to the hotel is via a manned large white gate which is manned 247. Car parking is ample and free to the left as you approach the hotel. The hotel staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. The 3 main pools are unheated but given the temperature was high 20s to low 30s this was perfect. There was ample beds so no sun bed wars either by the pool or the private beach. We stayed in the bungalows away from the main building which all had air conditioning which was a god send The main restaurant is in the main building which has freshly cooked food every day with varying themes but they do include quite a selection of authentic tunisian foods, along with pasta and pizza etc. Evening entertainment was lively and also child friendly. Kids club are open from 10am-12pm and 3pm - 5pm daily. The beach was literally empty most days and the waves amazing, they also have a restaurant by the beach for lunch times some days. Overall this was an amazing, safe and fun hotel and we would definitely come again!

Ahmed and the Team at the Mirage we're Fantastic and very helpful. Service was fantastic and so was the FOOD ! Gym was good! But defo could use with some more equipment. 3 Pools to choose from. And lovely Villas to stay in. Activities were also good.
