'Positive experience, good stuff nice decoration goodbye for money good location not really anything bad to say highly recommended'

'The pub and the room themselves are lovely.  We were served by a man behind the bar who greeted us with ‘what’s the name?’ He then couldn’t find the booking as he didn’t have the correct apps from which we booked through…continued to say we wasn’t booked even though proof of booking was given.  His approach changed as soon as he realised he was in the wrong, showed us to the room where we found it wasn’t what I had payed for. I booked a king size bed with two singles, was given a room with just two singles. The bathroom had hairs everywhere and hardly any toilet roll. Obviously hadn’t been cleaned and replenished. When we returned back to the room later on in the evening the room was extremely warm, tried to adjust the heating where we discovered it was only able to be changed by the bar downstairs. The bar closed at 10pm to which afterwards there was no staff on the premises. Either be too hot or open the window and have the loud noises from a main road. Couldn’t win either way.  As mentioned very nicely decorated rooms but issues throughout.'

'아름다운 위치. 환상적인 전망이있는 모퉁이에 멋진 방이있었습니다. 제기된 유일한 문제는 화장지가없고 핫 초콜릿 한 봉지와 비스킷 한 팩 만 있었기 때문에 밤에 끔찍한 초콜릿과 비스킷 한 팩을 먹을 수 없었습니다. 다시 머물고 스파 시설을 이용할 것입니다. 수영장과 한증막과 사우나는 완벽했습니다. 음식은 5 *였습니다'

'훌륭한 호텔 직원은 도움이되고 세심했습니다. 매우 더운 날이었기 때문에 에어컨이 필요한 매우 깨끗한 방, 차 제조 시설 및 비스킷도 친절한 제스처로 사용했습니다. 여기에 머무르는 것이 좋으며 의심 할 여지없이 다시 예약 할 것입니다. 바에는 다양한 맥주와 다양한 드레싱 및 선택할 수있는 정신이있었습니다. 호텔 뒤쪽에 충분한 주차장이있었습니다. 체크인시 차량등록을 잊지 마세요. 모두 좋은 숙박.'

'The bathroom could do with a bit of TLC, door wouldn't close properly and the paints coming off. Other than that was okay, as expected - although no bacon at breakfast.'

'Can't fault the location, really handy Motorway links to Leeds just a short drive from Wakefield. Breakfast is really good, well cooked and readily replenished. However, tables were not being cleared, and there seemed to be no staff around to do it. The bedding and towels were clean, but the carpets needed a good shampoo, and the shower floor had hair on it.'
