The location was excellent for our requirements- the receptionist was very welcoming and the room was very clean and comfortable - when dining the young lady who took our order was very pleasant and professional- a credit to the company

This hotel has gone downhill. We’ve stayed in this hotel a handful of times and never had a problem. Free parking, good location… something has changed with this hotel but I can’t put my finger on what it is. Carolanne on reception was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Shame about everything else.

I am overall not impressed especially staff. One lady in particular named Lianne had very a poor attitude and made me feel unwelcome. Although the rooms were well kept and sanitary, I will not be returning to this hotel, purely based on staffing issues.

Three visits for work – it’s a classic basic Premier Inn – you know what you get before you even arrive. Whats good here? The staff are lovely. Friendly and listen to requests – Top stuff well done keep up the good work. Will stay here again when in Wakefield

Amazing service from arrival Jane gave us the quickest and friendliest check in, with the lovely touch of complimentary drinks on arrival. The room was clean and the bed comfy. A continental place to stay to visit family Thankyou so much can't wait to come back

Jane on reception was very professional and polite always willing to help at any time she is a tropper she work some amount of shifts in the hotel The rooms were fantastic and very quiet They were all tidy on arrival Would definitely stay again

From the very first cheery hello, we enjoyed our stay here at the Premier Inn Wakefield - the staff were super frineldy and helpful, the beds comfy and the breakfast was filling and plentiful! What more could you want?

Excellent room for 2 night stay whilst visiting family. Great location, friendly and professional staff. Very comfortable bed, pillows. (extra pillows provided, sealed for approved cleanliness). Enjoyed the tea and coffee supplies and the great shower, toiletries, with large clean thick towels. Overall, very good value and comfortable stay.
