Lovely spa hotel, the athletics are amazing and very lix feeling. Slightly on the pricy side though.

We were in this hotel two times already and enjoyed our stay in all aspects: service, cleanness, spa-activities. Food was excellent both breakfast and dinner. It’s worthy place 😁

Great spa hotel! Clean, spacious rooms, modern decor. All you need in the room - from dental kit to shoe polish. Amazing breakfast and dinner with huge free salad bar. Great spa offering - indoor and heated outdoor pools, lots of steam, herbal steam rooms, indoor and outdoor sauna, infrared sauna, salt room, etc… Clean, well stocked with towels.

Ottima struttura, bellissima la spa. Buffet ben fornito e molto buono.

We came to Kashmir hotel to have lunch with our 7 year old son. Unfortunately we were turned away before we even got to the door, we were told that children are not allowed anywhere on the hotel complex land. This policy is not written anywhere on the hotel’s website and I was not told this when I called to reserve. Very poor communication.

I really don't understand why the owners don't update the information about the hotel. It is a top 5 stars hotel, not 3 stars as it is written. I've been to 34 countries, and this is the best mountain hotel ever been to. It has also some Michelin accreditations. The service and the facilities in the hotel are the same level as the top 5 stars hotels in the Alps.

Dear future guests of Hotel "Kashmir", Velingrad! With the best of feelings, I would like to warn you about the following: If you are traveling to the hotel with a teenager who on the way to Velingrad had the misfortune of losing or having his card stolen, you have no right to go to the trouble of getting to the hotel. He will definitely show you the way out, because your teenager does not have an ID card, and he cannot prove that he is over the required age of 14 /the hotel is adults only, so there is nothing wrong with it/, never mind that the young man in question is 2m tall, weighs two times his mother's and his chest is twice the size of his father's. But, madam the manager at the reception is iron! If the young man in question cannot prove that he has reached the coveted 14 years, he should go where he came from, and it doesn't matter if you come from 200 or 1200 km. Sympathy and willingness to help is NONE! Madam I merely turn my back on you, and go to her chambers / i.e. the little room next to reception/, proud and pleased with a job well done to offend and drive away the already worried guests. The case was solved after luckily we found a copy of the card in his phone / God bless technology/, and it finally became clear that the young gentleman is 17 years old. By coincidence we are in this hotel and will not repeat.

Great hotel. Its cozy, its quiet, it has very good beds, nice bathrooms, great food. Overall it was nice experience. The spa its quite big and you have huge choice of pools, relax areas, saunas, forest jacuzzis , etc. So no issue getting a pool chair. The service its quite good also. The food is half board, however the dinner is on the menu, meaning that you have salad, appetisers bars open to everyone, and then you order your food on a menu. Food its good quality and presented in a good way. Overall relaxing stay and we would definitely come back.

The hotel is wonderful - clean, luxurious and in the perfect style for its location. The staff is polite and well-mannered - something that it is rarely found in other high class hotels in Bulgaria. The restriction regarding the age of visitors is a big plus for people who come to enjoy a real spa vacation.
