위치는 좋은데 나머지는 다 별로입니다. 오늘 아침은 특별히 좋지 않았습니다. 나는 여러 번 여기에 있었고 이번 방문은 지금까지 최악의 방문입니다.

편리한 교통, 편리한 여행

Staffs are friendly and good breakfast meal buffet. However, the wifi is unstable and the telephone is not working at all. If you want a quiet stay, I must say that there's a loud background noise if you open the window here since there was under construction on going beside the hotel. Overall, staying is hassle free and fun.

Service was good overall, although there are things left to be improved. Room was comfy but for some reason, the fan is slow, which matters since there is no air conditioning. Breakfast is good, too. Location is walkable from SM and Session, which is good. A bit of noise from the construction site nearby and Baguio cathedral bells but nothing disturbing about it. It's a good budget hotel. One thing though, when we got to the hotel, the staff said they are not affiliated with Trip.com so our booking was rerouted to Agoda/*******, which was weird. We had to call Trip.com customer support to check.

The hotel is in a great central location for seeing Baguio. The hotel is looking a little worn but it is clean. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is Filipino style.

Service was great as the staff were accommodating especially the security guards. Toilet needs some upgrading as the pressure isn’t great.

I did not enjoy the breakfast AT ALL - there is not enough table for everyone and when it’s my turn at the buffet table the food is already gone they had to refill and took about 20mins

Good location + affordable

Elevator unreliable, slow, out of 3 elevators only one is working at a time. Carpet on stairs need replacement. Breakfast is below average. Staff are friendly. Location is centrally located in the city, very convenient, close to everything.

Terrible Check in and check out, front desk bad in customer service. Noisy, no bidet, 1 elevator working. Big room, good breakfast.

I would definitely stay in this hotel again the next time I visit Baguio. The place was very clean. The staff were all courteous and very pleasant. The free breakfast buffet was very good. They have a good variety of food. We were there for 4 days for breakfast and we didn't get tired of eating there. The rooftop where they serve their meals was very cozy with fresh breeze. Just make sure to have a sweater on when you go up there because it's quite chilly in the morning but I loved it. Im talking about January weather. They have a very enjoyable freshly brewed coffee to kee you warm anyway. The only couple of things that I didn't like was the noise from the building construction next door which I know is just temporary until the building is finished and also it's just during the day not at night so that was not a big deal. The other thing was the sound proofing of the room was not that great. We could here the other guests when they're talking in the hallway. Also we had a loud group of people staying in the room next to us. It sounded like they're drinking and partying. When we called the front desk to complain about their noise, they right away notified that room and those people got quiet. Kudos to the front desk for their quick action. Luckily for us, that group was only there for one night. Overall it was a great stay!
