I have traveled to many places far and wide, and NEVER expected to have one of the finest hotels I have every stayed in be in Mongolia! As part of my Mongolian Luxury Tours, I had THREE opportuinities to stay at the Blue Sky (arrival, return from Gobi desert, return from Western Mongolia) and each time was superb. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms, service, and friendliness made each stay very wonderful and welcoming. You can not go wrong with this hotel. It is GREAT!!!

My friend and I recently travelled extensively across northern and central Mongolia. It was a jam packed trip with several internal flights. We stayed in excess of 4 nights at the Best Western and at all times the entire staff have been very accommodating. They have always been willing to assist with requests large and small. I’d particularly like to mention Davaa from Reception and Gerelee his supervisor for their exceptional service. I would highly recommend this central hotel by the city square for its comfort and well trained staff.

This hotel does not meet the standards of other Kempinskis. My family and I travel a lot, like A LOT, and we've been to many Kempinski hotels. The problems started with our booking, which we made directly through the hotels' website (not a 3rd party). The booking states a 12:00 check in, but the hotel told us this was a mistake and their check in time is 2:00 pm. They allowed us to check in at noon without a fee, but it took series of emails in advance. We also booked the breakfast meal package through the website. On our first morning in the breakfast lounge, we were told we didn't get breakfast because we didn't have the meal package. Once again, I had to pull out my reservation receipt and prove (in front of other guests) that we had paid for the breakfast. They of course accepted the receipt and realized they made an error, but it was another hassle we shouldn't have had to deal with. The day before our departure, we requested the hotel have a cab ready for us to catch our early flight (we needed to leave the hotel around 3:30 am). The young man behind the desk indicated he would do so and that we could expect a 100,000 tugrik (about 29.00 USD) flat rate for the taxi ride (this is also what we paid to get to the hotel). After spending the day on the town, buying souvenirs, and spending our local currency (but saving taxi money), we returned to the hotel. I double checked with a different guy at the desk that we would have a taxi waiting for us. Afterall, as the evening Front Desk Receptionist, it would be his job to call the taxi company. It was good I double checked, because the other guy hadn't taken action and hadn't passed along the request. Moreover, when the taxi arrived in the wee hours of the morning, we were told by the Front Desk Receptionist that it was actually a 200,000 tugrik charge (double!). We were also told the first ”receptionist” we had spoken to earlier in the day was actually a Bell Hop and we were informed that he wasn't even supposed to be working behind the counter. As a result, we had no choice but to withdraw additional local currency (taxi couldn't take a card) from the hotel Front Desk (for a nice fee) in order to pay the taxi. What's particularly irksome is that we had plenty of cash which we would have saved if we had simply been told the correct amount. There were other issues, but this review is already lengthy... Overall, we had a less than stellar experience at this Kempinski. If you're going to Ulaanbaatar, I'd recommend you stay elsewhere. If we ever go back we'll probably stay at the Shangri-la. It's closer to the airport as well as the heart of the city.

중앙 광장에서 도보 거리에 있는 훌륭한 위치에 있는 멋진 호텔입니다. 시설이 완비된 넓은 객실, 훌륭한 서비스, 1층의 훌륭한 바. 단점으로 나는 욕실에 비데 샤워가 없다는 것을 언급할 것입니다. 수영장은 좋아 보이지만 약간 얕고 물이 몇 도 정도로 차갑습니다.

영어가 그들의 모국어 중 하나가 아니라는 점을 염두에 두고(확실히 내 몽골어보다 훨씬 나음) 직원들은 나와 함께 할 수 있는 한 도움이 되고 참을성이 있었습니다. 나는 비즈니스를 위해 일주일 동안 호텔에 머물 렀습니다 (1 월 -25'C 날씨 - 첫 번째 선택은 아닙니다!). 직장과 가깝기 때문에 나에게 이상적이었습니다. 내가 정말 좋아했던 것들: 온열 욕실 바닥, 욕조 / 샤워 옵션, 큰 수건, 객실의 편안함 수준(호텔에서 춥다고 느낀 적이 없었고 놀랐습니다), 체육관 및 아침 식사 매일, 필요할 때마다 직원이 물을 가져옵니다(수돗물은 마실 수 있는 것으로 간주되지 않음). 공항 픽업, 샌딩, 작업장까지 샌딩을 이용하니 가장 편했습니다. 위치가 당신에게 적합하다면 여기에 머물기를 고려하는 다른 사람들에게이 호텔을 추천합니다.

우리는 6월 초 몽골을 방문하는 동안 Holiday Inn UB에서 매우 편안하고 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 우리를 따뜻하게 환영해주고 도착했을 때 원활한 체크인을 도와준 호텔 프런트 데스크 매니저에게 많은 감사를 드립니다. 그들은 우리에게 도시의 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있는 9층의 훌륭한 방을 제공했습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗했고 새로 가구가 비치된 것처럼 보였습니다. Wi-Fi와 수압은 매우 잘 작동했고 침대는 특히 UB로의 긴 비행 후에 매우 편안했습니다. 이 호텔은 Gandeng Monastery 지역 근처 중앙에 위치하고 있으며 State Dept Store 및 Shangri-la Mall과 같은 인근 명소까지 도보로 15분 거리에 있습니다. 근처에 24시간 편의점과 다양한 식당이 있어 음식과 생필품을 근처에서 구입할 수 있어 편리했습니다. 호텔 2층에는 매우 훌륭한 레스토랑이 있으며, 저렴한 가격에 매우 훌륭한 몽골 요리와 세계 각국의 요리를 제공합니다. 조식 뷔페도 2층 레스토랑에서 열립니다. 음식과 음료를 잘 선택했습니다. 우리는 (다소 유감스럽게도) 2박 숙박 후 시골로 여행하기 위해 체크아웃했고, 보관을 위해 프런트 데스크/컨시어지에 짐을 맡겼는데, 그들은 훌륭하게 해냈습니다. 즐거운 숙박을 제공해 주신 Holiday Day Inn UB에 다시 한 번 감사드리며, 다음 번 UB 방문 시에도 이곳을 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, checking in late on the first night and leaving very early in the morning off the second night. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with decent wifi. The staff were excellent - helpful and thoughtful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. If i am lucky enough to get back to Ulaanbaatar I will stay there again. There was one person in particular - the lady that worked the front desk on the night of Mar 7th into early morning Mar 8th (I didn't get her name unfortunately) - that stood out. She was an outstanding member of your staff and a wonderful ambassador for Ramada Hotels. Keep up the great work!

숙박은 평균이었습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 좋은 영어를 구사합니다. 나는 1 월 말에 방문했다. 방이 너무 따뜻해서 잠을 잘 못잤습니다. 겨울에는 에어컨이 작동하지 않으며 온도를 낮추는 데 영원히 걸립니다. 더위를 식힐 수 있는 유일한 방법은 창문을 여는 것이지만 공기 질이 매우 나빠서 권장하지 않습니다. 위층 아일랜드에서 룸서비스를 주문했는데 거기 아저씨 영어를 잘 못해서 호박국 대신 고기크림국을 먹었습니다. 내가 좋아하지 않았고 준비된 회의가 있었기 때문에 아침 계획을 망쳤던 것은 오전 7시에 시작하기로 되어 있던 아침 식사가 30분 늦었다는 사실이었습니다. 사람들에게 오전 7시부터라고 말하면 고수하십시오. 다른 불만은 없습니다. 아, 아마도 도시 전체에서 널리 퍼지는 석탄 냄새일 것입니다. 따라서 방에서도 마찬가지지만 익숙하지 않은 방문객은 저뿐인 것 같습니다.

Very clean and kneat hotel. Polite staff. Very good breakfast. İt is located on the highway to the UlaanBaatar airport. I liked this hotel and would always stay there. The price is adequite and quite appropriate.
