This allows us to keep your costs and add-on fees to a minimum.*Heating and Cooling (HVAC's) - There is a thermostat on each floor. We ask during the daytime to keep the temperatures set to 72F and not to go below 68F at night. The Florida heat and humidity can be brutal and we want the air conditioning running as efficient as possible. Please ensure all windows and outside doors are closed to ensure efficiency. During the Summer months, keeping the blinds and curtains closed during the day will help keep the temperature inside the house comfortable.
