GARBAGE & TRASH: Do not place garbage or trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Garbage & trash attract wildlife, which could endanger you & damage the property.All garbage & trash is disposed of into trash bags, placed within the animal resistant trash bin, & with the lid securely closed. Excess garbage & trash, where the trash bin lid cannot be closed securely, must be take the Massanutten Property Owner’s Association Community Trash dumpster located at 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840. If there is loose garbage &/or trash within the trash bin, a surcharge fee of $35 will be charged to the guest. 14. CHECK-OUT: Late check-outs cannot be accommodated due to the time conflicts of our cleaners servicing many other properties. If determined that check-out is after 10:00am, a surcharge of $70 will be charged to the guest for every hour after 10:00am that check-out does not occur.15: NOISE: Noise that is unreasonable in the judgement of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. Go-karts, miniature golf, skiing, golfing, indoor/outdoor waterpark and hiking are just several adventures only minutes away. If you would like to venture further out, there are caves to explore, vineyards to visit as well as the breathtaking Shenandoah National Park; all of which are less than 25 miles. We also offer access to the Stonewall Terrace pool with our pool pass. There is a small fee of $6 per person, kids 5 and under are free. The main level features a large living room with a comfortable sectional couch, electric fireplace, 55” smart TV, kitchen, balcony with seating, large 10-seat dining table for family dinners and game nights, and 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, 43” smart TV, dresser, office desk, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Additional bedrooms include queen beds, dressers, and brand new 43” smart TVs.The lower level features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a family room with a ping-pong table, 50” smart tv, dining table set, full-size washer/dryer, microwave, and giant bean bag. The garage features a pool table and an electric fireplace.There are 3 full bathrooms with shower/tub combos, one is in the primary bedroom and two are split between upstairs and downstairs common areas. Body towels, hand towels, bathmats, and hairdryers are provided.The patio is accessible from the family room on the lower level and comes complete with patio furniture for outdoor lounging, a gas grill, and a 4-person hot tub.There is plenty of parking in front of the house (2 cars), side patio driveway (4-5 cars), or even in the resort. Parking on the street is not permitted per resort HOA.Guests should park on the driveway in front of the house to access the code-accessed front door.
