Savea Hotel에서의 최근 숙박은 정말 기억에 남습니다. 호텔은 쇼핑몰과 여러 유명 호텔 근처에 편리하게 위치한 이상적인 입지를 자랑합니다. 상징적인 수영장은 위에서 볼 때 특히 멋지고, 숙소의 전반적인 분위기도 인상적입니다. 음식 또한 훌륭했고 기대 이상이었습니다. 제 생일을 더욱 특별하게 만들어준 팀에게 진심으로 감사드립니다. 아름다운 객실 장식을 해준 Richie, 숙박 기간 내내 객실을 깨끗하게 유지해준 하우스키핑의 Ron, 저희 경험을 세심하게 확인해준 Pauline, 그리고 첫날 점심을 직접 가져다주신 여성 셰프님(성함을 여쭤보지 못해 아쉽지만, 합당한 인정을 받으시길 바랍니다)께 특별히 감사드립니다. Riann과 리셉션 팀 덕분에 체크인 및 체크아웃 절차가 원활하고 효율적으로 진행되었습니다. 심지어 터미널 3까지 그랩 예약을 도와주는 등 추가적인 노력을 기울여 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 호텔이 현재 소프트 오픈 단계에 있으며, 당연히 개선될 여지가 있다는 점을 충분히 이해합니다. 조식 선택의 폭은 다소 제한적이었지만, 솔직히 우리가 경험한 최고의 조식 중 하나였으며, 모든 요리가 맛있고 잘 준비되었습니다. 추가 개선을 위해 경영진은 해충 방제, 특히 파리 문제에 집중할 수 있습니다. 개선이 필요한 한 가지 영역은 객실 내 식사 주문 관리 시스템입니다. 시스템 오류로 인해 제 주문이 제대로 반영되지 않아 거의 2시간을 기다려야 했습니다. 아무런 업데이트를 받지 못했기 때문에, 저는 직접 리셉션 데스크로 내려가 주문 상태를 확인했습니다. 아쉽게도 비행 일정과 출발까지 남은 시간이 촉박하여 주문을 취소할 수밖에 없었습니다. 소프트 오픈 기간 동안 어려움이 발생할 수 있다는 점은 이해하지만, 주문 추적 및 커뮤니케이션을 개선하면 고객 경험이 크게 향상될 것입니다. 마지막으로, 제 비행 일정을 이해하시고 무료 늦은 체크아웃을 너그럽게 허용해주신 경영진에게 감사드립니다. 이 사려 깊은 배려 덕분에 출발이 훨씬 더 편안했습니다. 숙박 내내 모든 게 즐거웠어요 ❤️❤️❤️. 예약 절차부터 (정말 체계적이었어요 ☺️) 체크인 시 필요한 모든 걸 친절하게 알려주셔서 정말 좋았어요. 도착했을 때 정말 기뻤던 건 지하 주차부터 짐 맡기는 것까지 세심하게 도와주셨다는 거예요 ❤️. 저희는 발코니, 방 2개, 거실, 인덕션과 온수기가 있는 다이닝룸 겸 주방(전자레인지는 상황에 따라 제공되며, 밥솥은 직접 가져오셔야 합니다), 그리고 화장실과 욕실이 각각 2개씩 있는 주니어 스위트룸을 선택했어요. 게다가, 저희 숙박을 더욱 기억에 남게 해준 건 MOA의 마지막 불꽃놀이 음악 행사의 아름다운 불꽃놀이🎉🎉🎉를 발코니에서 볼 수 있었던 거예요. 강과 디오크노, 마카파갈 거리도 한눈에 들어와요 ☺️❤️ 마지막으로, 위치가 정말 마음에 들어요. 파르칼, MOA, 아얄라 몰 바이 더 베이와 가까워서 너무 좋았어요. 근처에 가톨릭 성당도 있고 산책이나 조깅을 할 수 있는 공간도 있어요 ☺️ 저희가 필요한 모든 것을 도와주신 하우스키핑 직원과 시설 관리 직원분들께도 감사의 말씀을 전하고 싶어요 ❤️ 저희 일행은 넓고 깨끗한 수영장(큰 수영장 두 개)과 아름답게 조경된 정원을 만끽하며 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 헬스장, 농구장, KTV 공간도 마련되어 있어요(조율 후 이용 가능). 체크인 당시에는 레스토랑 공사 중이었는데, 외부 음식과 음료 반입이 허용된다고 하네요. 익스티멜리 스위트, 최고예요! 정말 잊지 못할 경험을 선사해 주셔서 정말 감사합니다!❤️🥰🎉🎉🎉

Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest. Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety. The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided. On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests. The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay.

이곳은 정말 아름답습니다. 마닐라 만을 바라보고 있어 아름다운 일몰을 감상할 수 있습니다. 발코니는 오카다 ******를 향하고 있으며 정원 전망도 좋습니다. 수영장은 마닐라 만을 바로 바라보고 있습니다. 일몰 시간이 되면 하늘이 온통 붉게 물듭니다. 리조트형 숙소입니다. 오카다 ******에는 레스토랑과 바가 많이 있습니다. 숙소에서 도보 2분 거리에 있습니다. 여기에 머무는 것이 정말 즐거웠고 꼭 다시 올 것입니다. 호스트도 매우 응답이 빠릅니다.

제가 머문 숙소는 크고 넓었습니다. 하지만 여러가지 미흡한 부분이 있었습니다. 소소한 문제들도 있는 상태였습니다. 보완이 필요해 보입니다. 헤어드라이기 등 개인적인 준비가 필요해 보이고, 수압이 약해서 불편합니다. 직원분들은 친절했습니다.

We recently stayed at Azure Urban Resort - Santorini Unit 424, and it truly provided the best accommodation. The heightened security measures made us feel safe throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
