리리뷰어체크인 과정은 사전 지시 없이 고통스러웠고 체크인하는 동안 프론트 카운터에서 보증금을 지불하기 위해 에이전트를 불러야 한다는 것을 알고 있었지만 에이전트는 많은 전화를 받은 후 전화를 받기 때문에 에이전트를 부르기가 어려웠습니다. 전체 체크인 과정은 1 시간 이상 걸렸습니다 😡👎

리리뷰어The apartment is incredibly spacious, with very comfortable beds—perfect for a relaxing stay. The facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool, which is ideal for families with children. We did encounter a minor electrical issue, but the customer service team resolved it promptly after we contacted them.
A few small improvements could enhance the experience: the floors and bedsheets could be cleaner, and replacing the older linens with fresh ones would make a big difference. Additionally, providing basic toiletries like shampoo and body wash would be a thoughtful touch for guests.
Overall, my family and I had a wonderful stay.
