바 시설을 갖춘 뉴질랜드 웰링턴 호텔

방이 상대적으로 작고 시설이 좀 낡았지만 괜찮은 느낌이고 도심에서 매우 편리합니다. 서비스: 별로. 접수원은 인도인이었는데 무례하고 전혀 웃지 않았다. 게다가 처음에는 아침 식사가 포함되어 있지 않다고 했다. 왔다 갔다 확인해보니 배정받은 방이 또 틀렸다. 나는 더블베드룸을 예약했는데 작은 트윈룸을 구했는데 오랜 고민끝에 더블룸으로 옮겼는데 도중에 무료로 업그레이드해준다고 하더군요. 결과적으로 예약 확인하러 방으로 갔는데 분명 이 큰 방을 예약하게 되었어요! 모든 수고가 헛된 후에 나는 그에게 감사했습니다! 씨트립 때문인지 호텔 때문인지는 모르겠지만, 나중에 체크인하실 때 프런트에서 객실 타입을 꼭 확인해주세요.

24 시간 체크인 서비스가 있으며 호텔은 깨끗하고 번화 한 비즈니스 지구에 있으며 카운트 다운 체인 슈퍼마켓 맞은 편에 있으며 근처에 윌슨 브랜드 주차장이 있으며 호텔은 하루에 35 NZD를 지불합니다! 영어 수준이 더 좋은 것이 좋습니다. 뉴질랜드 호텔에는 기본적으로 중국어 번역이 없으며 프론트 데스크의 대부분은 인도 또는 아프리카 인이며 영어 발음이 약간 편향되어 있습니다.

The location is great and very convenient to visit all the nearby sites. Customer service and front desk people were warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and has all the amenities that you will need. The breakfast was excellent and there was a range of options you could choose from. It a great place to stay when you’re in Wellington.

Rooms at end of corridor on other side to China Street appear to be able to connect with the room opposite the corridor. However there is clearly insufficient sound proofing between them. Because I was a bit annoyed to receive a phone call from the desk around 10.30pm to pass on i presume the guests in that room, complaining of the noise from my room. I was alone and watching TV at a deliberately low volume that I simply cannot believe was annoying the guests next door. I could just hear it from INSIDE my room so it must have been barely audible next door. Despite poor sound proofing. But worse than that it seems they also accused me of smoking as the desk also passed on this complaint. However, MUST have been from another room or maybe even from the street if they had their window open. Why? I don't smoke so by definition not me!

비행기가 연착되어 오후 11시에 도착했고, 예약을 찾을 수 없었기 때문에 추운 날씨에 밖에서 거의 1시간을 기다려야 했습니다. 인터콤 통화 시간이 초과되면서 5-6번 전화해야 했습니다. 우리가 반복해서 조언했다고 생각했는데도 말이죠. 우리는 내부의 자물쇠 상자에 대한 코드가 포함된 이메일을 경영진으로부터 받았고, 그래서 우리가 들어갈 수 없었습니다. 그렇지 않으면 호텔이 가격 대비 훌륭하고 아침 식사가 개선될 것입니다.

In Wellington for WOW- just one night. Location was perfect, room was spotless and staff extremely helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

먼저, 위치부터 칭찬하고 싶습니다. 페리 터미널에서 차로 단 3분 거리라 정말 편리합니다. 주차도 간편합니다. 호텔 오른쪽에 시간당 요금이 부과되는 공영 주차장이 있습니다(0~1시간에 8달러 정도인 것 같습니다). 호텔에서 제공하는 발렛 파킹 서비스도 하루 50달러에 이용할 수 있습니다. 필요에 따라 선택하시면 됩니다. 저희는 이틀 동안 묵으면서 나머지 시간은 걸어 다녔습니다. 국립 박물관, 국회의사당, 쿠바 거리 모두 호텔에서 걸어서 15분 이내 거리에 있습니다. 해변은 호텔 바로 맞은편에 있어서 해변을 따라 산책하기에도 아주 좋습니다. 이제 단점을 말씀드리겠습니다. 욕실이 그다지 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 욕실 벽에는 이전 투숙객의 금발 머리카락이 다섯 여섯 가닥 정도 있었고, 카펫에는 초콜릿 얼룩이 있었습니다. 첫날에는 무료 생수 두 병을 받았는데, 둘째 날에는 리필도 없이 치워버렸습니다. 저희는 물을 직접 사서 마셨기 때문에 딱히 불평하지는 않았습니다. 하지만 청결도와 객실 품질은 중국에서 볼 수 있는 것과는 상당히 달랐습니다. 특히 1층 익스프레스 체크아웃 데스크에 계신 연세 드신 직원분과 조식 담당 직원분께 칭찬을 드리고 싶습니다. 조식 메뉴는 다소 제한적이었지만 서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 아이들을 먼저 챙겨주시고 식사 후 트레이도 신속하게 치워주셨습니다. 1층의 연세 드신 직원분은 효율적이고 세심하며 매우 친절하셨습니다. 전반적으로 위생 상태는 다소 아쉬웠지만 호텔 위치는 정말 최고였습니다 👍. 웰링턴에 숙박하실 계획이라면 이 호텔을 고려해 보시는 것도 좋을 것 같습니다.

It's a great experience. The value for money is there and the location is wonderful with next to zero noise at night. Staff is friendly and helpful and daily housekeeping is on point. It would be better to provide body lotion in the room, and TV produce some flashing light from the back after turning off can be slightly troublesome. I also try the food, they have daily deals and happy hours.

The room was neat and comfortable, with a simple but functional setup. Although there weren’t many amenities provided, the room had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the space was well kept and quiet. Overall, the room offered good comfort and cleanliness, making it a good choice for a short stay or for travelers who prefer practicality over extras.

Had an amazing stay .concierge to reception staff very friendly and professional. Wish we stayed longer. Having a pool and gym on site was a bonus, too.handy to restaurants and cafes.
