The newly built, modern, lovingly furnished apartment NOA 1 suitable for families with children is located in Tar a small town only 10 km away from Poreč. The apartment is located in a residence of 9 apartments located in three nearby structures that together form the residence. In the residences there are available for shared use the pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower, barbecue and garden table with Istrian stone benches, the playroom for children and adults with pool table, flat screen TV, sofas and armchairs. The complex is fenced, and free public parking is located near the residence.In the structure there is a shared space with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.The air-conditioned apartment is on the first floor of the main building, accessible by an internal staircase. Consisting of a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (180x200), a safe and an exit to the balcony with garden furniture. The balcony overlooks the pool area.
