두 번째 방문인데, 여전히 변함없이 훌륭합니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안하며 잘 관리되어 있어 첫 방문 때와 비교해도 전혀 손색이 없습니다. 서비스도 전반적으로 매끄러웠습니다. 특히 체크인과 체크아웃을 효율적이고 전문적으로 처리해 주신 Joan 님께 감사드립니다. 신속하고 명확하며 번거로움 없이 진행되었습니다. 위치도 매우 편리하여 주변 편의시설과 대중교통을 쉽게 이용할 수 있습니다. 니시무라에서 식사를 했는데, 아주 훌륭하지는 않지만 믿을 만하고 잘 운영되는 곳이었습니다. 전반적으로, 변함없이 만족스러운 서비스를 제공하는 믿음직한 호텔입니다. 다시 방문할 의향이 있습니다.

방은 잘 꾸며져 있고, 주방은 사용하기 좋습니다. 수저류와 기타 주방용품이 있으면 충분합니다. 멋진 식사를 요리할 수 있습니다. 쇼핑몰은 길 건너편에 있고, 쇼핑몰에는 많은 레스토랑과 두 개의 슈퍼마켓이 있어 괜찮습니다. 이 서비스는 많은 서류 작업으로 인해 복잡하고 중복됩니다. 당신이 차를 운전한다면 그것은 더욱 우스꽝스러울 것이다.

위치는 훌륭하고 직원들은 매우 친절하며 아침 식사는 좋으며 아래층 계단에 아주 멋진 카페가 있습니다. 갤럭시 몰은 차로 3분 이내 거리에 있으며 많은 음식이 손이 닿는 거리에 있습니다. 방은 편안하고 깨끗합니다. 좋은 침대, 커피 머신이 있는 간이 주방, 세탁기 건조기 및 거대한 냉장고. 높은 층을 요구하는 것을 제외하고는 모든 것이 훌륭하지만 가장 높은 것이 3 층이라고 들었습니다. 도로 소음이 살인자이기 때문에 실망입니다. 사이렌이나 시끄러운 모터가 지나갈 때 매우 시끄럽습니다. 잠을 자려면 음악을 켜야 합니다.

최고예요! 호텔 곳곳에 예술 작품들이 있어서 정말 좋았어요. 객실은 넓고 고급스러웠어요. 편의시설은 기본적인 수준이었고, 전망도 괜찮았어요. 침대는 편안하고 높았고, 베개도 좋았어요. 아침 식사는 그저 그랬어요. 종류도 적었고요. 하지만 커피를 두 번이나 주문했는데 20분이나 기다렸는데 결국 아무것도 못 받고 출근해서 아쉬웠어요. 크게 문제 삼을 생각은 없었지만, 커피 머신을 쓰려고 기다리고 있었는데 웨이트리스 한 명이 도와주겠다고 해서 앉을 수 있었어요. 10분이나 기다렸지만 아무것도 없었어요. 다시 일어서서 보니 역시나 엉망이었어요. 저는 구시가지를 걸어다닐 수 있는 툰중안 플라자 쪽이 더 좋았어요.

I stayed here for 3 nights, and this is my honest review. The hotel has recently reopened after a complete renovation and rebranding. The staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Check-in took about five minutes because the staff member assisting me seemed new and was carefully following the procedures. I didn’t mind at all, and I was served a delicious welcome drink while waiting. After check-in, a staff member escorted me to my room. Pros: 1. The rooms have been fully renovated and feel modern. 2. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, even at 26°C. 3. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Everything I tried was delicious, especially the Indonesian dishes. What impressed me the most was that, even though the hotel was still very quiet and there were only a handful of guests during my stay, they still offered a full breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Many hotels would simply serve a limited set menu or deliver breakfast to the room when occupancy is this low, but this hotel maintained a complete buffet from end to end. I really have to give them credit for that. 4. The location is convenient, with Superindo and Indomaret within a 3-minute walk and Pakuwon Mall only about a 9-minute drive away. 5. The lobby is spacious and looks luxurious. Cons: 1. The TV was by far my biggest disappointment. I stayed in a Deluxe Room, and the TV appeared to be left over from the previous hotel rather than replaced during the renovation. It was very small, around 32 inches, and wasn’t a Smart TV, which feels completely out of place for a hotel that claims to be five-star. The selection of TV channels was also very limited, and the picture quality was poor with noticeable static, making it quite unpleasant during my 3-night stay. The Executive Rooms have larger TVs, but based on the information I received, they are not Smart TVs either because I was told that only the Suite Rooms will have Smart TVs, and those rooms will only become available after the hotel’s grand opening. You can even notice that the hotel doesn’t include any photos of the TV in the Deluxe Room images on its booking page, which almost makes it seem like they’re avoiding showing it. Nowadays, it’s hard to imagine a genuine five-star hotel still using a 32-inch non-Smart TV in its standard guest rooms. 2. Soundproofing isn’t great. I could hear noise from the next room and the nearby mosque. 3. The Wi-Fi was very slow, and mobile signal inside the hotel was also weak. 4. The shower area had no shelf or storage space for personal toiletries, and the floor was extremely slippery. I almost slipped several times while showering. This is something the hotel should address, as it could become a safety hazard. 5. The power outlet next to the bed was already occupied by the bedside lamp, so I had to unplug it every time I wanted to charge my phone. 6. Although there were plenty of power outlets in the room, about half of them didn’t work, which was frustrating. 7. I wasn’t a fan of the pillow and bed linens. While the bed itself was comfortable, the bedsheets felt rough rather than soft. I even noticed that the underside of my arms became itchy whenever they rubbed against the fabric. 8. The hotel was very quiet during my stay. It seems many people still don’t know it has reopened, and I haven’t seen much promotion or any soft opening offers on its website and Instagram account. Overall: I enjoyed my stay thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and convenient location. However, the TV and Wi-Fi were major drawbacks, and there are still several details that don’t quite meet the standard of a true five-star hotel. At the moment, I would personally rate this hotel as 4.5 stars rather than a full 5-star property. It has great potential, and with improvements to the TVs, internet, room details, and overall quality control, I believe it could truly live up to its five-star positioning.

브로모세우 놀고 집에 와서 하루 묵었는데 조식이 풍성했어요. 나가서 길 건너는데 옆집이 아니라 큰 쇼핑몰이 있어서 너무 좋았어요! ! 공항에서도 가까우며 택시로 30분도 채 걸리지 않습니다.

이 호텔은 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 쇼핑몰과도 가깝고, 바로 옆에 식당도 있었어요. 안에는 란저우 라면이나 태국 음식점도 있어서 좋았고요. 다만, 가끔 객실 요금이 좀 비쌀 때가 있어요. 제 생각에는 객실 요금이 370위안 정도라면 정말 가성비가 최고라고 생각합니다. 만약 500위안 이상이라면 다른 곳에 머무는 게 더 나을 것 같아요.

인도네시아 힐튼 호텔에 묵은 것은 정말 가성비 최고였습니다. 창밖으로 보이는 전망도 환상적이었고, 쇼핑하기에도 아주 편리했어요. 쇼핑 거리가 바로 아래층으로 5분 거리에 있었거든요. 호텔 레스토랑도 훌륭했고, 다양한 메뉴를 제공했습니다. (음식이 조금 기름지긴 했지만요.) 현지 음식, 서양 음식, 일본 음식까지 모두 맛볼 수 있었어요. 정말 잊지 못할 숙박 경험이었습니다.
