A very good hotel to stay in when you are in durban .surrounded by nice resrurant and close to the mall I Had one of the best breakfast buffet and they make the best currys

A good place to be with a beautiful view.... ”The View” as its name . Closer to a shopping complex , gas station, 5min drive to the beach, closer to the beach there also restaurantswhere you can dine whole having the beach view, Toti Beach. its also closer to galleria Mall. The place is too steep so be ready for that... Their food is delicious, we had dinner there at their restaurant called Giorgios but its expensive I must say. Not sure about their breakfast and lunch though. Staff and reception is just ok. I had requested them to add a crib bed for a child and upon arrival they told us that the storeroom is closed because we arrived at 6pm so it's too late. We then asked them to give us atleast a bedsheets or any linen so we can make a plan for our son, they said ok but never pitched , nothin, not even getting back to us to say what could be the matter. We asked again the following day, they took four hours to bring a bedsheets. Bottom line is if you have a child do not, I repeat DO NOT book that place because they will lie straight to your face saying they could not reach you since you booked via an APP. I'm not sure whetherI want to talk about their kitchen in the rooms. You will have to call them now and again to bring things and they take 3 to 4hours just for a simple thing like a spoon. One thing I can say is they don't listen and listening means you respect your business and your clients I flew from overseas to rest and have a good time and have treat ourselves since they have a spar but I ended up canceling my plans for a spa because I didn't want additional dissapointments. The rest I don't even want to mention...and that is my experience after paying so much Money and looking forward to a good vacation 😌 BUT...

Housekeeping is efficient, and our room was kept spotlessly clean. The range of bathroom toiletries are Eveleyn & Crabtree. They are a real treat to use. High quality linen, and towels provided are of exceptional quality. The design of the room is modern and carefully planned to make your stay comfortable. There is a vast choice of different types of food for breakfast including many health choices. Their food is world class. A well designed gym with high tech equipment, towels, and fresh water for guests. There are also washing machines at your disposal! Staff went out of their way to assist us. The staff at reception and room service are attentive and efficient too. We felt extremely safe, and they also had emergency drills of which the staff had to follow. It is my number 1 hotel to go to in Umhlanga.

Beautiful hotel and great food. The bed was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. I would recommend this for business or leisure. There is a desk to do work if needed and also reception is quite quick with requests. We had made a last minute booking but they were able to assist instantly. When calling call a few times because the hotel does take a long time before answering they phone, I had to call over 4 times to get through to the hotel.

The accommodations were highly satisfactory, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The housekeeping services were exceptional; however, a minor concern arose regarding the cleanliness of the bathtub. Aside from this isolated issue, the overall experience was very positive.

I love this place. It is simple and clean. Nice they have tables and chairs outside by the pool to chill at night. Location is great! It is near Florida Rd. So this place is surrounded by restaurants. The staff is super friendly. I forgot to take photos of the room. The room is clean and I love the room design. Great value for money too! Will definitely go back.

Safest street and neighbourhood. The beach is a stone throw away. The establishment offers great customer services. Everything is excellent customer service. The host was the best; offering chats, good breakfast and cleaning service. The host gave us everything we needed, even extras. It was a great experience, the room was warm; smart TV included and also an honesty bar.

Location is 10/10. Down the road from Florida Road where all the food hotspots are! The place could do with more frequent discarding and replacement of linen. Sheets looks worked out. Staff is fantastic. Secure parking. Rooms a bit tight, but travelling for work it served its purpose perfectly. Water pressure in the WC is great!

I booked a vacation for my family. It was a great time for them. They loved everything, the room, the interior, the service from the staff, the facilities, it was more than a great experience. Breakers Resort, thank you for hosting my family!
