Later that day, I got lost near Alewife Station while trying to walk back to the hotel, so I called the front desk for assistance. She repeatedly told me to take the bridge, which appeared to be a highway bridge intended for cars rather than pedestrians. She insisted on this direction and then hung up. In reality, I should have turned left toward the park well before reaching the bridge. I would rate the Sunday night staff member 5+ stars and the Monday morning employee 2 stars.
