Welcome to Pickleball Paradise in Kanab, Utah! Enjoy your visit in our beautiful area while staying in our BRAND NEW two bedroom (third bed available), two bathroom duplex. Each bedroom has a king size bed, TV, convenient charging outlets, and a closet. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (queen size). There is a door to allow for additional privacy separating the sofa bed from the other two bedrooms for more comfortable sleeping arrangements.Each unit has access to their own private courtyard which includes a hot tub, outdoor table and chairs, grill, and cornhole set. This stay also includes shared access (with the other duplex unit, and one other property) to a private professional pickleball court! The pickleball court is also ready for a friendly game of basketball. The court has professional lighting to allow for evening games after you spend your day enjoying the local attractions. (Pickleball equipment and basketball provided.)High speed internet is included with your stay. 1024 mbps speed internet with hardwire connections in each bedroom. 500 mbps wireless service across the property. Fiber optics are connected directly to the property. Each unit has private access with a keypad door lock. You are just a few blocks from restaurants, shops, parks, hiking trails, our city swimming pool and more.Getting Around:From the home, you can walk to anything downtown but of course, you'll want a vehicle to visit the parks and all of the exciting things to explore here.Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.Other Things to Note:Kanab is known as the "Hub of the Parks', and is the gateway to three national parks, Zion (30 Miles), Bryce Canyon (70 miles) and the Grand Canyon North Rim (70 miles). Visit the Grand Staircase - Escalante Monument, Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, The 'Wave'/Paria Wilderness, Pipe Springs National Monument, Kodachrome State Park, Cedar Breaks and Cedar Mountain.
