'Check in was a breeze. Room was alright at best. Clean sheets thankfully. But stains on the carpet, slightly damp carpet guessing from the fridge being unplugged, tape holding the bottom of the door together and the printed room numbers held up by packing tape on the door. A little run down.'

Our private suite is in the lower level of our home in the charming town of Kanab. You will have a private entrance next to your parking space. There's a porch to relax on after your adventures to watch the sun glow off the red rock cliffs or to enjoy a morning coffee. You will be close to hiking trails, restaurants, & Jacob Hamblin City Park. Your private parking space can fit two cars; additional parking for boats, UTVs, etc is available. Two separate bedrooms, spacious living area & a roomy restroom. Large, south facing windows provide plenty of sunshine to fill the spaces. Includes 5G fiber internet and a Roku TV to help you stay connected if you so wish. The kitchen is stocked with the a refrigerator, air fryer, toaster, microwave, Keurig with coffee/tea/cocoa and fixings (sugar/ creamer), spices, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, and a 2-burner stove. If there is anything you need, we are happy to provide anything we can.
