Serenity resort Amazing hotel - would highly recommend staying here. We stayed at serenity resort for 2 nights on arriving at Koh Chang from Bangkok. The location is so so idyllic and relaxing, absolutely beautiful. We also stayed on the west side of the island for a couple of nights and while it is quieter on the east side of the island (ie, there is no point in leaving the resort in the evening as there is nothing really to do on the east side after dark) this is exactly what we were after. The staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. Food and drinks at the restaurant were great and reasonably priced. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Lovely view. As other reviews have said, if you are staying here you will likely want your own transport so you can explore. We rented a moped from the resort at a very reasonable price. If you want to rent a car make sure you have an intl driving permit (takes a few mins to obtain but must do whilst in the UK). There’s barely any traffic on this side of the island so the drive down to long beach at the south of the island felt very safe on a moped despite the hills (and would be the same in a car). The resort staff recommended us to do this and then get kayaks over to Koh ngam, which we did and was a great experience! The other option is to rent a taxi for a day (we were quoted c2500 baht for 6 hours) and they can drop you wherever you like and wait for you. Thanks again for a lovely stay at serenity resort!!

We had a wonderful stay at The Aiyapura Koh Chang. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized and welcoming. The king room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The resort itself is beautifully located in a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the special arrangements at the restaurant made our evening even more memorable. The view, atmosphere, and overall service were excellent. The facilities are well maintained, and the quiet beachfront setting makes it ideal for couples looking to unwind and enjoy nature. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Koh Chang. 🌴✨

이 호텔은 모든 면에서 훌륭했습니다. 해변은 정말 아름다워요. 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 필요한 모든 것이 다 있습니다. 유일하게 발생한 어려움은 강제퇴거 때였습니다. 객실에 슬리퍼가 없었고, 리셉션에 있던 유일한 매우 불쾌한 직원(다른 직원은 모두 매우 친절했습니다)이 없어진 슬리퍼에 대해 200바트를 지불하겠다고 제안했습니다. 슬리퍼, 칼! 그런데 슬리퍼는 일회용이에요. 하지만...

나는 이곳을 정말 좋아합니다. 돈 가치가 있습니다. 키즈클럽이 있는데 에어컨이 좀 덥네요. 수영장도 있고 워터파크도 있어서 놀 수 있어요. 하지만 수영장 중앙에 있는 분홍색과 노란색 미끄럼틀은 비판하고 싶습니다. 그가 떠다닐 수 있을 만큼 땅이 매끄럽지 않았습니다. 그러다가 엉덩이를 부딪혀서 많이 아팠어요. 그의 발뒤꿈치가 미끄럼틀 바닥에 부딪혀 다시 멍이 들었습니다. 바닥이 매끄러울 수 있도록 개선해 주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Провели на этом побережье 10 замечательных дней и остались в полном восторге! Чтобы увидеть разные пейзажи, жили и с правой, и с левой стороны берега — везде красиво, но везде есть своя изюминка. Пляж и море — выше всяких похвал! Песок действительно белый и очень чистый. Море прозрачное, приятного цвета. Огромный плюс для вечерних прогулок — отливы начинаются после 5 pm, обнажая широкую полосу песка, по которой так здорово гулять на закате. Проживание оказалось очень удачным. Мы остановились на вилле с свежим, современным ремонтом. Всё новое, аккуратное и очень стильное. Кондиционеры работали безупречно в каждой комнате, что в летнюю жару было настоящим спасением. Чувствовали себя максимально комфортно. В целом — нам очень понравилось! Рекомендуем это место тем, кто ищет сочетание красивого моря, ухоженного пляжа и современного жилья. Обязательно вернёмся!

Очень красивое место где расположен отель, завтрак с видом на океан очень вкусный, маленькие компактные бунгало стоят в небольшой затеннености, что придает только шарм, отлив был только утром, но отель расположен так что отойдя немного в право ты свободно плаваешь, приветливый персонал.

이번이 꼬창에 두 번째 방문이었는데, 친구 가족 두 곳과 함께 차로 여행했어요. 호텔 가격도 적당했고, 호텔에서 하루 종일 시간을 보내기에도 충분했어요. 아이들도 정말 즐거워했고요. 다만 아쉬웠던 점은 호텔이 방바오 어촌 마을과는 가까웠지만, 섬으로 가는 선착장까지는 조금 멀었다는 거예요.

방은 매우 깨끗했고 침대와 베개는 매우 푹신했고 직원들은 매우 친절하고 좋은 지원을 받았으며 아침 식사는 매우 맛있었고 방은 해변과 매우 가까웠습니다. 위치는 코창에서 최고였습니다.이 여행은이 섬에 처음 왔고 매우 감동했습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗하고 침대와 부드러운 베개. 친절한 직원, 매우 좋은 서비스, 매우 맛있는 아침 식사. 해변 옆 숙박 시설. 코창 최고의 전망입니다. 이곳에 온 것은 이번이 처음이며 매우 감동했습니다.

Норм отель для тех, кто без лакшери запросов. Заселили в бунгало на первой линии. Небольшой бассейн. Завтраки норм. Минус в том что скучно. После 22 все закрыто и рядом с отелем тоже. Делать нечего

Nice place with a lot of space in the room, a lot of amenities for your comfort, and a cleaning service efficient. What I did not like was the Wi-Fi not working, and it hasn't been fixed during our stay.
