훌륭함
익익명 사용자이 호텔은 오래된 건물을 개조한 건물입니다. 객실은 크지 않지만 시설은 꽤 새롭습니다. 기차역과 매우 가깝고, 바로 옆에 있으며, 상업가와도 가깝습니다. 호텔이 기차역 근처에 있는 유일한 이유는 호텔 주변이 조금 지저분하게 느껴지기 때문입니다.

CChoi TY호텔은 칼 존슨 거리/벨트의 서쪽 끝에 위치하고 있으며, 올소 중앙 기차역에서 약 8~10분 거리에 있습니다. 왕궁과 아케르스후스 페스트닝(요새)에 더 가깝고 오슬로 오페라 하우스에서 더 멀리 떨어져 있습니다.
레스토랑은 아침 식사만 제공하고 저녁 식사는 제공하지 않습니다. 그래도 도보 거리 내에 많은 레스토랑과 편의점이 있습니다.
모든 노르웨이 호텔과 마찬가지로 체크인이 효율적입니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭하지만 선택 사항은 동일합니다.
전반적으로 오슬로에 머물기에 좋은 호텔입니다.

주차장은 호텔 뒤에서 지하로 접근할 수 있으며 호텔 내까지 바로 엘리베이터가 있어 안전합니다.
아침 식사는 요리사가 정기적으로 음식과 식당 직원을 효율적으로 테이블을 정리하는 품질 관리를 수행하는 광대하고 훌륭한 품질입니다.
우리는 레스토랑에서 먹었고 좋은 품질이었습니다. 나는 그의 칵테일 믹싱 기술은 말할 것도 없고 고객 서비스로 우리를 섬긴 청년을 언급해야 합니다! 큰 문제는 없었습니다.
리셉션 직원은 대중 교통을 도와주는 데 정말 도움이 되었고 호텔은 도시 주변에 있지만 트램과 버스 정류장 모두 호텔에서 몇 분 이내에 위치했으며 라우터 앱으로 쉽게 탐색할 수 있습니다.
우리가 접촉한 모든 직원은 도움이되고 전문적이었고 호텔 그룹의 모든 훌륭한 대사였습니다.

XXMHACTCHighly recommended. The hotel is part of an old post office, located right behind a bus stop, 100m from a tram stop and 500m from Oslo Central Station. There are restaurants just downstairs or nearby. The room is large enough and well-equipped, with a washing machine, a big drying rack, a microwave and all utensils. There is a public room for (self-service, super convenient, pretty large space) luggage storage facilities and all the necessites (tea packs, towels, linens, and ear plugs etc., though it is quiet at night) Everything is done on app, including check-in/out and opening the doors.
However, the door-opening function in the app doesn't work sometimes so you have to use code instead (there's no reception). Also, you have to go through some stairs at entrance and a winding passage to reach your room. The room is a little bit dark at night (even with all the lights on) for reading and writing. The TV is located in a weird position.

리리뷰어오슬로 여행의 최적의 위치에 있어 오페라하우스, 뭉크 박물관, 시청, 노밸평화상시상 건물, 왕궁, 요한스거리를 즐기며 분위기 있는 식당을 골라 저녁 먹기에도 너무 좋았습니다. 시설은 청결, 깔끔해서 쾌적하게 잠을 잤습니다. 아침 식사도 무척 괜찮은 편이었습니다. 다음에 오슬로 가면 톤 호텔 오페라에 다시 묵고 싶습니다.

익익명 사용자서비스가 정말 형편없었습니다. ”방해 금지” 표지판이 있었는데도 불구하고, 제가 관광을 나간 사이에 직원이 허락 없이 방에 들어왔습니다. 게다가 제가 체크아웃과 체크인을 정오 전에 하지 않았다는 이유로 장기 투숙 기간 동안 객실 청소를 거부했습니다. 4성급 호텔 서비스 기준에 전혀 부합하지 않는 어처구니없고 황당한 상황이었습니다. 최악입니다.

SShauna McFaulFor our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit.
My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in.
Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go.
We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel.
I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet.
We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

리리뷰어Myself and a group of HE students have returned home from a conference where we stayed in this hotel.
The staff were really helpful and polite. Every morning we would ask for fresh towels at reception and these were either provided there and then or delivered to the room within 10 minutes of the request. The hotel is located around 10-15 minutes walk away from the marina, the tube station, royal palace. The students really enjoyed how central the hotel was to everything.
Check in and out was smooth, and the rooms were clean. There was a QR code in the room to scan if you wanted the cleaner to come in on a daily basis. There was a small selection of snacks in the reception area to purchase. On the other hand the breakfast variety was really good. From fresh waffles and pancakes to cooked breakfast, cereal, yoghurt and fruit, fresh smoothies and juices.
Overall this hotel is great if you want a base to go and explore Oslo. I would recommend this hotel to a weekend away.
