It is not easy to rate this establishment. Its not that its not good, just it may be good for a small segment of travellers. The B&B is in a renovated old building with some very nice architectural artefacts. However, the design of the use of space is not too friendly to a traveler, especially if you plan to stay there for a few days or more. Let me first talk about the things I like about this B&B: 1. Beautiful old building, 2. very good room size for the room I rented, including a huge bathroom with bathtub. The room is bright with two big french door and window. Areas that I think it would improve to make staying there more enjoyable and convenient: 1. There is no closet or to put your clothes, so we have to lay out all our clothings on a big coach. If you have clothes, pants and jackets you want to hang, you may be out of luck, since there is very little space for hanging clothes, and the hangers supplied could not hang pants. So we lay our pants on the big couch. 2. The night tables are very small and not too much space to put a tablet and a phone and a glass of water there.We have to put the table lamp on the floor in order to make space for other items. 3. The toilet is in a different room outside of the bedroom area, and away from the bathroom. Unfortunately, there is no sink in the toilet area, and each time after going to toilet, one have to walk over to the bathroom to wash your hands, a bit inconvenient. 4. On arrival, we were asked what kind of bread we want in the morning, we indicated chocolate croissant, and we were given that for the 5 days we stayed there for breakfast. I think it would have been nice if they have offered other choices each morning. 5. There is no menu for the breakfast, and person looking after the breakfast would come and ask what you want. Unless I know of all the items that they can provide, I could only ask for the familiar items. I thought a simple menu with different offerings would be useful for clients.

약간 기발한 현대적인 장식이지만 방은 꽤 크고 모든 것이 항상 도움이되는 직원과 함께 매우 깨끗합니다 (여기에서 메리어트 서명을 느낄 수 있습니다). 레벨 9의 Gina 레스토랑은 비교적 제한된 일품 메뉴이지만 전혀 나쁘지 않습니다(레스토랑은 매우 좋은 조식 뷔페가 제공되는 아침 식사 장소이기도 합니다). 9층에 실내 수영장도 있는데 염소 수준이 꽤 높았지만 겨울에 좋습니다(원하는 한 오래 몸을 담그지 않습니까?). 체육관은 이용하지 않았지만 장비가 넉넉하고 상태가 좋지 않은 것 같습니다. 보르도 시내에서 차로 단 10분 거리에 있는 매우 훌륭하고 현대적이며 기능적인 호텔입니다.

호텔은 기차역과 트램/버스 정류장에서 바로 건너편에 있습니다. 두 가지를 제외하고는 좋은 숙박을 했습니다. 첫째, 수도꼭지/샤워 물이 너무 뜨거웠습니다. 호텔 직원이 물 온도를 조절하는 방법을 알려주었고 프랑스에서는 다 이런다고 했습니다. 물론 저는 동의하지 않습니다. 저는 이 메르큐르에 체크인하기 직전에 파리와 낭트의 이비스 호텔 두 곳에 머물렀습니다. 저는 유럽을 30년 동안 여행하면서 수많은 호텔에 머물렀지만 이런 ”뜨거운 물” 문제는 한 번도 겪어보지 못했습니다. 어쨌든 해결책은 뜨거운 물이 다 떨어질 때까지 물을 매우 오랫동안 틀어두는 것이었습니다. 그런 다음 온도를 조절할 수 있었습니다. 저는 사람들이 깨끗한 물을 소중히 여기고 이를 용납할 수 없다고 생각하는 곳에서 왔습니다. 이 호텔은 외국인 손님을 받기 때문에 이 ”뜨거운 물” 문제를 처리하는 방법에 대한 공지/지침이 욕실에 있어야 할 것입니다. 둘째, 객실에 제공된 커피는 기대 이하였습니다. 4성급 호텔이라면 이보다 더 나을 것입니다. 하지만 객실에 주전자가 있어서 다행이었습니다.

Central location, check-in was smooth and reception was very helpful. The only downside was the size of the room, which is fine for just one person but it could be too small for two. The door of the bathroom closes right in front of your face when sitting down, making a trip to the bathroom very uncomfortable.

위치가 매우 좋고 호텔 옆에 작은 호수가 있고 IKEA, 슈퍼마켓, 비즈니스 구역, 레스토랑이 있으며 시설이 매우 좋습니다. 객실 크기가 매우 좋고 지원 시설이 완벽합니다. 체인 호텔의 서비스 수준과 조식 뷔페 수준은 상대적으로 보장됩니다. 주차장에는 주차공간이 넉넉하며, 입주민은 무료주차가 가능합니다. 보르도 중심부에서 차로 10분 거리에 있어 적극 추천합니다.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location. It is in downtown and a few steps from the tram B. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and the quality of the bed. My room was very quiet, although pretty small. I won’t recommend it for two people. The staff is gentle and professional. What was disappointing was the unavailability of a business room for work at the needed time. I had to go out to find a place for my business call at 9:00 AM.

La struttura si trova in ottima posizione per visitare la città anche a piedi, ma vi è anche un garage ed un parcheggio pubblico per chi è in auto, inoltre è vicino alla fermata di autobus e un centro commerciale. Le camere sono silenziose, spaziose e complete, letti comodi, piccola cucina e bagno funzionale con vasca e doccia. Personale cordiale e possibilità di fare in loco la prima colazione. Le pulizie ed il cambio asciugamani successivi all'arrivo sono da richiedere e comportano un supplemento La soluzione ideale per visitare Bordeaux

Хороший отель с отличным большим номером, расположение около вокзала со своими преимуществами и минусами относительно центра.

Hôtel agréable mais plusieurs dysfonctionnements avec une climatisation inefficace et une tv fonctionnant sur l’iptv qui pixelise sans arrêt… bref, très dommage. Heureusement, le personnel est extrêmement agréable.

완벽한 위치에 있는 호텔, 매우 편리한 짐 보관, 친절한 직원, 트램과 가까움에도 불구하고 조용한 분위기였습니다. 아쉽게도 객실 청결도는 다시 한번 점검해야 할 것 같습니다. 이틀 밤을 묵었는데, 방은 청소가 되어 있지 않았고, 침대 시트는 거의 다 젖혀져 있었으며, 침대는 거의 정돈되어 있었습니다. 화장실 청소도 안 되어 있었고, 카펫은 진공청소기로 청소되지 않았으며, 수건도 없어서 리셉션에 가서 받아야 했습니다. 4성급 호텔에 대한 점검이 필요합니다. 그 외에는 아주 좋습니다.
