It is not easy to rate this establishment. Its not that its not good, just it may be good for a small segment of travellers. The B&B is in a renovated old building with some very nice architectural artefacts. However, the design of the use of space is not too friendly to a traveler, especially if you plan to stay there for a few days or more. Let me first talk about the things I like about this B&B: 1. Beautiful old building, 2. very good room size for the room I rented, including a huge bathroom with bathtub. The room is bright with two big french door and window. Areas that I think it would improve to make staying there more enjoyable and convenient: 1. There is no closet or to put your clothes, so we have to lay out all our clothings on a big coach. If you have clothes, pants and jackets you want to hang, you may be out of luck, since there is very little space for hanging clothes, and the hangers supplied could not hang pants. So we lay our pants on the big couch. 2. The night tables are very small and not too much space to put a tablet and a phone and a glass of water there.We have to put the table lamp on the floor in order to make space for other items. 3. The toilet is in a different room outside of the bedroom area, and away from the bathroom. Unfortunately, there is no sink in the toilet area, and each time after going to toilet, one have to walk over to the bathroom to wash your hands, a bit inconvenient. 4. On arrival, we were asked what kind of bread we want in the morning, we indicated chocolate croissant, and we were given that for the 5 days we stayed there for breakfast. I think it would have been nice if they have offered other choices each morning. 5. There is no menu for the breakfast, and person looking after the breakfast would come and ask what you want. Unless I know of all the items that they can provide, I could only ask for the familiar items. I thought a simple menu with different offerings would be useful for clients.

호텔은 기차역과 트램/버스 정류장에서 바로 건너편에 있습니다. 두 가지를 제외하고는 좋은 숙박을 했습니다. 첫째, 수도꼭지/샤워 물이 너무 뜨거웠습니다. 호텔 직원이 물 온도를 조절하는 방법을 알려주었고 프랑스에서는 다 이런다고 했습니다. 물론 저는 동의하지 않습니다. 저는 이 메르큐르에 체크인하기 직전에 파리와 낭트의 이비스 호텔 두 곳에 머물렀습니다. 저는 유럽을 30년 동안 여행하면서 수많은 호텔에 머물렀지만 이런 ”뜨거운 물” 문제는 한 번도 겪어보지 못했습니다. 어쨌든 해결책은 뜨거운 물이 다 떨어질 때까지 물을 매우 오랫동안 틀어두는 것이었습니다. 그런 다음 온도를 조절할 수 있었습니다. 저는 사람들이 깨끗한 물을 소중히 여기고 이를 용납할 수 없다고 생각하는 곳에서 왔습니다. 이 호텔은 외국인 손님을 받기 때문에 이 ”뜨거운 물” 문제를 처리하는 방법에 대한 공지/지침이 욕실에 있어야 할 것입니다. 둘째, 객실에 제공된 커피는 기대 이하였습니다. 4성급 호텔이라면 이보다 더 나을 것입니다. 하지만 객실에 주전자가 있어서 다행이었습니다.

넓은 객실과 편리한 대중교통 접근성을 자랑합니다. 환경적인 이유로 호텔에서 일회용 컵을 사용하지 않았으면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다. 호텔 직원 교육이 좀 더 필요할 것 같습니다. 관광지에 위치하지 않아서 4성급 호텔치고는 가격이 저렴한 편입니다.

모든 예산에 맞춰 다양한 상점과 레스토랑이 있는 보행자 거리 한가운데에서도 조용하지만 무엇보다도 역사적인 장소 한가운데에 있으며 부르스 광장(Place de la Bourse)과 오래된 돌이 있는 가론(Garonne)을 따라 이어지는 긴 산책로와 매우 가깝습니다. 보르도의 다리! 따뜻한 음식과 차가운 음식, 빵과 페이스트리, 브리오슈와 케이크, 오렌지 또는 레몬 물, 다양한 과일 주스, 캐니스터 커피, 커피 원두, 차 등으로 구성된 조식 뷔페. 그리고 분명히 보르도 환대의 전통인 까눌레 한 접시!!!

Хороший отель с отличным большим номером, расположение около вокзала со своими преимуществами и минусами относительно центра.

위치가 매우 좋고 호텔 옆에 작은 호수가 있고 IKEA, 슈퍼마켓, 비즈니스 구역, 레스토랑이 있으며 시설이 매우 좋습니다. 객실 크기가 매우 좋고 지원 시설이 완벽합니다. 체인 호텔의 서비스 수준과 조식 뷔페 수준은 상대적으로 보장됩니다. 주차장에는 주차공간이 넉넉하며, 입주민은 무료주차가 가능합니다. 보르도 중심부에서 차로 10분 거리에 있어 적극 추천합니다.

We booked 2 nights here at a weekend, easy to get to from the city centre, just jump on the c route tram, stop is just along the road. Intermarche is at the roundabout for supplies. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Easy check in service. Foyer has a variety of tables and chairs with more tables and chairs in the dining area. Key card operated lift for better security. Corridor had a drain smell which was off putting. Room was clean with a comfortable bed, duvet and pillows supplied. Air conditioning was fabulous, Hubbie likes the room to be ice cold but it was easy to turn off too! Window also opens wide if required, net curtain helps to keep room private as over looked by block of flats. Kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, hob and microwave with good selection of cooking equipment plates etc. coffee machine in the room with one pod supplied, further pods are 1€ each, no milk supplied. Good selection of lights but limited sockets and no usb sockets at all. Tv has the ability to stream direct from your phone with simple instructions on the tv. Good sized shower room with mirror above the sink, shower gel supplied. Hairdryer fixed to the wall was adequate. Breakfast was continental with crepes, assortment of bread, yogurt, fruit, ham and cheese with scrambled eggs and a toaster available. Tea, coffee and juices available. Almond milk and gluten free bread was also visible.

Perfect! Right opposite the train station and bus stop for airport meaning a trip without a car was smooth. I see a few comments about the rooms and it wasn’t the Marriot in terms of room standard but it was local and authentic. Spotlessly clean, everything in the room worked , it was comfortable and the right temperature. The breakfast was  very good and well worth the small cost. The staff were so very helpful and gave advice about a day trip to the Dune du Pilat and how to walk to the restaurant area in the city centre and gave me a city map. Highly recommended, don’t hesitate to stay. They also offered me a left luggage facility while I went out for the day after checking out. Note that the railway station is very large. Depending which door you come out of it’s to left of the centre of the station as you come out. Just a few meters from the station. Perfect!

Hello, I'm going to write in English and French. Here's the pro about apparteo (Good location next to the bassins a flot, really nice view during my stay which you could see a beautiful sunset 🌇 , bus station just in front of the hotel and not too far away the tram station cité du vin which is only 5 Stations away from Center of Bordeaux, you have also Les hangars not far away which is one of the most peaceful place to walk day or night, I mean Apparteo position is actually really good, everything looked clean except a few things but doesn't bother, it is a also a residence of students) Now about the cons, if someone didn't help me, I couldn't have entered the building nor having access to do the check-in, in fact you need a pin code that I Never received which the card of your room is inside with other card which can be a little bit odd, anyway can have access to it, the office was close each time I try to check someone no matter the time, the smell in the bathroom was really unpleasant but I could manage to get over it from opening every window and little perfume, but it come back if I keep the door close of the bathroom The table where I was eating was moving a lot, but honestly other than those few cons that can be managed, it was a really pleasant stay, I enjoyed a lot and could sleep really well, calm, peaceful, nice view I highly recommend this place as the few cons can be solved easily, just wished to see someone at the reception and it would have been even better. Voici les bons de l'établissement Apparteo, celui-ci est vraiment très bien situé proche des bassins à flots, la chambre qui m'a été attribué avait une excellente vue avec un couché de soleil vraiment magnifique et apaisant, il y a une station de bus juste devant l'hôtel et la station de tram cité du vin n'est pas loin, celle-ci est à seulement 5 Stations du centre de Bordeaux , pas très loin il y a aussi les hangars, belle promenade de jour comme de nuit, honnêtement Apparteo est très bien positionné, tout été assez propre malgré de légers défauts, Apparteo est aussi une résidence étudiante. Maintenant pour la mauvaise parti, heureusement qu'une personne qui séjournent dans l'établissement m'a aider sinon je n'aurai pas eu l'accès à celui-ci ni eu la possibilité de récupérer ma réservation de chambre, surtout qu'il y a besoin d'un code pour ouvrir la boîte où se trouve enveloppe pour la carte de chambre, le problème ici c'est qu'il y a aussi les réservations d'autres personnes accessible, je pense qu'il faudrait sécurisé un peu plus l'accès à ses informations, du coup ni a mon arrivée ni a mon départ je n'ai pu croisé de réceptionniste, il y avait aussi une odeur assez désagréable dans la salle de bain / toilette, ouvrir les fenêtres et mettre un peu de parfum à pu atténuer l'odeur mais celle-ci revenez si je fermé la porte de la salle de bain, la table à manger été assez instable mais en dehors de cela , le séjour été vraiment agréable, belle endroit, assez calme, fan des bassins à flot, la vue incroyable, bref excellent de se côté là Au final je recommande totalement Apparteo malgré les petits défauts qui peuvent être résolu assez rapidement avec de la volonté, vraiment dommage que je n'ai pu croisé personne a la réception. 방은 매우 작았습니다. 우리는 싱글 침대를 요청했습니다. 그러나 우리와 함께 3 마리의 개가있었습니다. 새벽 3시에도 다른 손님들로부터 꽤 시끄러웠어요! 리셉션의 신사는 훌륭했습니다. 내 프랑스어는 50년 전의 학교 프랑스어일 뿐이므로 영어를 구사합니다. 너무 도움이 됩니다. 깨끗하고 안전한 정류장
