the hotel was lovely, room nicely appointed. Lobby offerings for coffee and snacks were very nice. Nikki in particular was friendly, informative, and helpful. I wanted to book a massage at the spa, and was told by the spa, they are not part of the hotel and require 48 hrs notice, as therapists are on call. So 1/2 the reason I stayed there was for that, which is not advertised that way. at about 3:45 am I was awaken by someone trying to get in my room. Figuring it was a mistake, I yelled out wrong room. about 30 sec later, they tried again with more vigor. I called the front desk, and colin said he'd go check it out. he called me a few min later said he saw no one. while on the phone with him a stronger attempt was made by ”no-one”. I let out a scream, and told him he needed to help me. I said I was packing my stuff up and wanted an escort out of my room. he came up about 5-10 min later and I went to there lobby, about 5:00 am. Where I waited until about 8:30 am until it was light out and could go somewhere. Safety there is an issue. staff does not know how to handle such an event. Police should have been called after 2nd attempt. ”this has never happened before” is not the proper response. My trip was ruined, and a good hotel went bad in a hurry.

We love staying here when visiting Fantasy Springs ******. It's less crowded and quiet. The only thing is that it's a hit and miss with their service. The last time i stayed, everyone was so nice. This time, not so much. The breakfast area wasn't refreshed as it should, cold stuff. It used to be so much better! The lady started taking everything out one 930 hit. On the dot. It seriously isn't that serious. Someone grabbing a sausage link at 9:34 should be okay. The front dest ladies seemed in a bad mood. Im a reward member, and checking out late time is really never given to me. They always have an excuse as, why not. The hotel is really clean though and the rooms are very spacious. The only horrible thing is that the AC unit makes such a loud noise, keeps me up most of the night until i knock out! Book it...

호텔이 아주 새것이고 매우 깨끗하다는 점은 감사하게 생각합니다. 하지만 다시는 그곳에 머물지 않을 겁니다. 제가 머물렀던 호텔 중에서 가장 시끄러웠고, 그게 많은 것을 의미합니다. 사람들이 위를 지나다니기 때문에 전혀 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 복도에서 사람들이 걸어다니는 소리, 변기 물 내리는 소리 등이 들렸습니다. 벽에는 단열재가 전혀 없었습니다. 또한 아침 식사는 9시 30분에 끝납니다. 체크아웃은 정오이고 특히 주말에는 아침 식사가 오전 늦게까지 제공되어야 합니다. 그곳에 머물게 된 이유 중 하나는 포함된 아침 식사였지만, 제 가족은 모두 9시 30분 전에 일어나서 먹을 준비가 되지 않았기 때문에 놓쳤습니다. 체크인 직원과 체크아웃 직원 모두 친절하지 않았고 매우 차갑고 건조했습니다. 결론은 깨끗한 호텔이지만 다시는 가지 않을 것입니다.

전반적으로 매우 깨끗한 아침 식사는 훌륭했고 직원은 훌륭했으며 에어컨은 매우 시원했고 객실은 매우 잘 관리되어 확실히 훌륭한 경험이었습니다. 강이 길 건너편에 있어서 데이트하기에 완벽했습니다.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Location was great, near the downtown area and we really appreciated the airport shuttle (they even adjusted their shuttle time so we could make our flight). Facilities were nice, we enjoyed the grapefruit trees, pool/hot tub, and loungers. Bathrooms and other amenities appeared slightly outdated compared to the refreshed sleeping areas. Tub was slow to drain and there was a piece of the shower head contraption broken so we couldn't change the water flow to just the shower head. Very much a refreshed motel feel, which seems to be the vibes of the entire town. Walls were rather thin so we could hear neighbors/other guests as well as traffic noise. Bed and linens were comfortable, we appreciated to pool towels. Would stay again if in town.

방은 매우 넓습니다. 매트리스와 베개는 매우 편안합니다. 야외 수영장에서 보는 전망은 훌륭합니다. 불행히도 주차 요금은 별도로 지불해야합니다. 아침 식사는 평균입니다. 서비스 직원은 매우 긍정적이지 않습니다.

The most spacious staybridge we stayed at. Its Norco so the location could be better but overall experience was great

Our first time staying downtown Palm Springs and we loved it! The hotel was gorgeous (just like the photos!) Walking distance to the main ***** with lots of restaurant & shopping options, a weekly Thursday night street festival/market and even a Grocery outlet across the street where we were able to stock up on some low cost snacks/drinks. When checking in the staff saw we were staying for 6 nights so ensured we had a quiet room, away from the street - which was thoughtful and appreciated. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. The pool and pool bar with Happy Hour has us feeling like we were in Mexico. As you can probably tell, my fiancé and I loved our stay and will most definitely be back again!

모든 서비스가 훌륭했습니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 매우 쉽고 순조로웠습니다. 체크인할 때 제공된 객실에 작은 문제가 있었지만, 다시 한번 서비스가 훌륭해서 그에 맞게 잘 처리해 주었고, 제가 만족한 좋은 객실로 안내해 주었습니다. 오래 머물지 않았습니다. 하룻밤만 묵었지만, 꼭 다시 예약할 겁니다.👌🏽👌🏽 계속 좋은 일 하세요.

시설은 조금 낡았지만 꽤 독특하고, 호텔 로비 복도에는 1970년대 이전 가수들의 사진이 가득하다. 호텔 위치가 좋고 가격도 저렴하며 뒷마당에 골프장이 있어 가족 여행에 더 적합합니다.
