There is a sound front boardwalk to bike down, Wright Brothers Monument is a 5 minute bike away, and many of our favorite restaurants are biking distance from our house. Very popular location with many amenities such as a multi-purpose path along Bay Drive, the famous Front Porch Coffee Shop located just up the street, Boat launch on Bay Drive as well as the most beautiful sunsets the OBX has to offer. All of this and more on Bay Drive. Across the road is the famous Avalon Fishing Pier. Nearby grocery shopping can be found just a mile away. Food Lion, Publix, Target [coming soon - April 2023]. A full movie theater is located as well less than a mile from the house. Wonderful food can be found just a short distance away: Awful Arthur's, Jolly Roger, Boat and Pony OBX and many other great places. Putt Putt Golf and mini race cars are also close by. This family-friendly beach condo offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, bistro table, eat-on bar, dining area, living room, fireplace, free WiFi, and cable TV in every bedroom. There are multiple decks to relax, and a charcoal grill to barbeque and enjoy outdoor dining. This immaculate property sleeps 7 with one King bed, one Queen bed, and fun bunk beds with a lower full size mattress and a twin up top with a pull out twin trundle mattress. We provide clean sheets and towels for your convenience and comfort. The upper level is a large guest suite with a bunkbed and pull out trundle, and a play area with a foosball table. The lower level garage has been renovated into a great entertaining area with a TV, Nintendo Wii, dartboard, a full-sized table and lounge furniture, and plenty of space to play various games. There is a parking space in front of the garage and an extra reserved parking space. This home consists of four levels. Ground floor garage and entrance, second floor consists of the master king bedroom and bath, Queen bedroom and bath, and laundry. The kitchen, dining, living room and half bath are located on the third level, and the forth floor hosts the bunk room and a full bath. This lovely townhome is located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. Biking / Walking distance is just under1 mile to the ocean, and if you choose to drive, there is ample free parking! If you are interested in bike rentals, Ocean Atlantic Rentals will deliver bikes for your stay as well as other beach equipment. There are several must see attractions close by. Be sure to visit the Wright Brothers Memorial, which is within walking distance, Jockey's Ridge State Park (The world's largest living sand dune), The Corolla Wild Horses, The Lost Colony, take the ferry over to Ocracoke Island, and visit our beautiful lighthouses. A day of food and shopping in Downtown Waterfront Manteo or Duck is always a treat! Grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and entertainment are all very close by. We provide a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, liquid dish detergent, a trash bag, and a dishwasher tab to get you started.
