'My wife and I went to the Outer Banks for a day and a half adventure that involved needing a hotel room. I chose shutters based on being located near one of the music venues we would be visiting. We are both free pleased with our stay.
It was of course in the winter and off-season so we didn’t have any crowds anywhere which was perfect for us.
It was everything we needed and expected and nothing we didn’t need. It was perfect.'

Enjoy sound front views and sunsets over Kitty Hawk Bay! This is a 1 bed 1 bath guest apartment attached to our home with a private entry, private bath, private outside deck and private living space. Built in 2017. There is a outside shower available to guests, extra pullout couch, and covered parking underneath our house. Guests have free access to bikes, beach chairs, and kayaks off the dock.
Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. 3 minute drive to free public beach accesses (1 mile), Publix is 1/2 mile away, multiple restaurants within a mile, and this is a wonderful neighborhood for biking. There is a sound front boardwalk to bike down, Wright Brothers Monument is a 5 minute bike away, and many of our favorite restaurants are biking distance from our house.
Avalon Pier, Brewing Station, beach road bars, and Publix all within 1 mile.

Two bedrooms with closets & ceiling fans plus your own controlled AC/Heat in every room! One king bed and one queen! One full bath with tiled shower!
Enough parking for 1 vehicle preferably.
If your group is larger then 4 there are two other spaces that are available to be rented separately! Inquire with your host if you are interested in these spaces as well!

Golden Strand Condo's unit G2 is an oceanfront condominium located at milepost 7.6 in Kill Devil Hills, NC. This beachy 3 bedroom/2 bath condo features an extreme oceanfront view, full size kitchen, private balcony, and more! This is a non-smoking / no pets unit.
This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach front Condo is a great family vacation home. The beach is right outside your door - you can't get any closer! The unit sleeps 6 (feel free to bring an air mattress to sleep more). The master bedroom has its own private bathrooms with a private view of the ocean.
The living room has a beautifully decorated living area, flat screen TV multiple end tables and coffee table. The wet bar includes a sink. The dining area has a seating for six. The open well-stocked kitchen, with electric stove, and dishwasher looks out toward the dining and living areas. Along the back wall of the unit is a sliding glass door which opens up to the great private balcony overlooking the ocean. Here you'll find more seating for relaxing, reading or watching the beautiful sunrise in the morning. Casa Las Olas is our charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house in the quaint town of Kill Devil Hills that sleeps up to 6 people. We would be remiss if we didn’t highlight our newly upgraded backyard, where endless fun and adventure await, perfect for creating unforgettable memories during your vacation!
Our living area includes an oversized couch and ottoman that can be enjoyed while watching your favorite shows or movies on our Smart TV or playing board games with friends and family.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes stainless steel appliances, drip and K-Cup coffee maker, pots and pans, toaster, blender, and more! The dining area is perfect for entertaining and comfortably sits 6 people.
The master bedroom is decorated to provide a serene and calming atmosphere and perfect getaway after a day at the beach. The bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Our second bedroom includes a queen sized bed and is decorated with coastal-inspired artwork and accents giving the room a rustic coastal vibe.
For the third bedroom we've created a space that evokes the feeling of the beach and the laid-back surf style. In addition to the staple surf board, this room includes two twin beds and a dedicated workplace for those who need to put in some work even while on vacation.
The hallway leads to a spacious full bathroom that has a shower/tub combo.
In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to the basics including an iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more.

From early-morning sunrises to stunning sunsets to close out a day on the sand, you can take it all in from the comfort of the salt box! Enjoy a beverage and watch your pups play on the decks located on each side of the unit.
The unit features a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The bathroom features a bathtub and walk-in shower. In addition, the unit offers a well-equipped kitchen, two (2) flat-screen TVs, cable and internet, a shared washer and dryer and beautiful patio furniture. The property is a five-minute walk to the beach and provides an outdoor shower.

This home was fully remodeled inside and out last year and is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. It is an ideal beach retreat for a small family of four or two couples. The home features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a spacious king master suite with a private master bathroom. The master bedroom also includes a cozy sitting area and direct access to the backyard and deck.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed along with a twin bed, making it perfect for children or additional guests. Fresh linens are provided on all beds, along with bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels for your convenience.
Laminate and hardwood floors run throughout the home, complementing the modern kitchen, which features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
