This inviting retreat is a private unit inside a home. You'll have your own private entrance and space (almost like a duplex).It's nestled among towering trees with lake views. If this rule is not abided by, there will be a $40 fee per unapproved visitor.-Fire/Smoke: It is a property rule that there are to be no candles, smoking or burning of any kind in the property. This does include not having any fires in the fireplace. We charge a $200 fee if there is any indication of any form of burning/smoke in the house. (This is for the safety of our guests and to protect the property.)-Excessive mess: If the property is left excessively dirty there will be a $100 fee for extra cleaning.-Late check-out fee: Late check-outs are allowed only if explicitly approved.-Guests must provide a working telephone number. If the telephone number does not work, then the reservation can be canceled without refund.-We will always go above and beyond for you. To that end, if you have a complaint about any aspect of the property (amenities, cleanliness, etc.) upon sharing the complaint to us or vrbo you are authorizing us to come into the property to fix it.
