One of the best home stays we have stayed at in our lives. So clean and nice and everything thought off. Ozgur our host was a remarkable gentleman who guided and took care of us every step of the way. It was just a brilliant stay. Rooms were large and perfect. Wish we had stayed longer but hopefully another time. The only issue would be the location for those without their own transport as it is away from town in the hills. But if u do have ur own transport u will not find anything as good as this in perhaps all of Türkiye. We are on a road trip and I can guarantee u will not be disappointed here. We stayed in July 2025. Hopefully they keep it this way. Fantastic breakfast freshly served and made for each guest. It just doesn’t get better. Great job and wish the owners all the very best always. Thanks for the wonderful stay. 🙂🥂

Great and cozy hotel with very friendly and polite staff. The design is beautiful, and the breakfast area is very cute and pleasant. The location is excellent, it’s protected from the wind and noticeably warmer than other parts of Bodrum. The room includes a small coffee machine, as well as shower gel, shampoo, and bathrobes. The shower itself is great, and the water gets properly hot, which is not always common in touristic places. The only thing I would recommend is requesting a room on the second floor if possible when booking. The hotel is located in an old historical building, so if you stay on the first floor you may hear people walking in the rooms above.

3 star budget accommodation when you just need a base. It was clean, water was hot, aircon heat was included, kettle for tea/coffee - a nice kitchenette, large balcony, breakfast was a delicious Turkish plate with lots of tea. The location is great - 5 minutes walk to the main *****. The Best Part of the Hotel was the Family - we had a bit of a fisco with our car and they went above and beyond on a Sunday to get it fixed for us - for which we were very grateful. We will return the next time we visit maybe in the summer. Thank you Stone House Hotel for your Hospitality and assistance to us.

나는 호텔을 좋아했습니다 - 단순하지만 아늑하고 깨끗하며 믿을 수 없을 정도로 세심한 직원, 절묘하지 않은 아침 식사도 있지만 모두 맛있는 요리 계란, 여러 종의 올리브 오일, 오이, 토마토, 그린, 과일, 소시지, 치즈, 빵, 작물 및 다양한 보충제, 커피/차 등 작은 사람들을 위해. 당신은 찻주전자, 커피와 티백, 안경, 가락을 가지고 있었습니다. 냉장고는 작고 명목상 냉각됩니다. 수건은 3일에 한 번 갈아입고, 늑대는 3일에 한 번씩 고르지 않게 나타났다) 이해하지 못했다. 인근 상점, 카페, 특히 Royal과 같은 거의 모든 것이 맛있습니다. 해변 도보 5분, 우리는 해변 카페 사쓰마를 선호했습니다. 유쾌한 사람들과 맛있는 요리도 있습니다. 모든 장소에 10개의 산책로가 있으며 호텔 자체는 조용합니다. 비치 타월 덕분에 따로 요청했고 친절하게 제공되었습니다. Conder는 잘하고 있었고 침대에서 불지 않는 최대로 위치를 설정할 수 있습니다. 그리고 예, 호텔에는 많은 단계가 있습니다 :) 그러나 우리는 여행 가방을 도왔습니다. 발코니에서 바라보는 전망은 바다에서 시크합니다. 장소 추천!

Phenomenonal stay at Roas hotel. The location is perfect, overlooking the sea. The jacuzzi room we stayed at was lovely, staff so accommodating and friendly. Serkan at the restaurant helped us find amazing tours and activities in Bodrum and even helped with getting taxis. The food at the restaurant is yummy with a large spread for breakfast. Just left the Labranda TMT hotel. What can I say, he certainly does not pull at 5 stars and close. I paid for two for 140 euros a day in early October 2025 and for that kind of money I, in principle, is not so offensive. It is more expensive. Immediately about the good - we accidentally got the best hotel room - a two -room room with two bathrooms and balconies, on the ground floor and a view of the sea (apparently there was an overbooking). The pool without heating and swim is very cold (we knew that). Water in the sea is warmer than the pool. Ponton is new, there are a lot of sun loungers, but of course almost everything in the morning is Met and occupy. SPA is one name, you should not count on it. One sauna warms up, the second room in the tile and stinks of mold. Hamam, whom I was looking forward to standing with an open door and there they will scrub and soap people for money, there is no couple at all. From the children's at the hotel, only 2 slides (work by the clock), a couple of tables in a restaurant, a non -room and miniDisko (children's food are not provided at all). We go to an important one - the hotel is ideal for vegorians! The meat can be found with great difficulty and then it will be a chicken or turkey. Once there were microde beefs in the mountain of stewed vegetables. Grill fish was overdried. Free potatoes and pasta, soda, rolls, chemical juices around the clock. I tried alcohol only beer (excellent) and white wine dry (my head fell ill). I didn’t dare anymore, I drank my proven rum. The waiters, the maids of all fellows, traditionally want money in the spa. I did not notice the animation in 4 days - only once there was charging in the pool, but very incendiary and karaoke in the evening. Music yells up to 23 hours stably, so the doors vibrate. They smoke everything and everywhere (as in the whole of Turkey). The contingent are ordinary ordinary people, more often not youth, many Poles, Germans, there are Russian ones (there were no instadards). The location is very good - we walked to the castle and back on foot. Near the hotel there is migros and shock. A taxi stand in front of the hotel. We left for the airport for 1600 lire. In general, if you are not tempted by chic hotels with seafood, animation and cocktails in the pool, then you will definitely like it.

Отличное расположение отеля. Буквально минута и вы на пляже. Сам отель очень уютный, чистый. Ночью было тихо. Матрас жёсткий, но для меня это то, что нужно. Если выбирать на будущее, то однозначно это идеальный вариант. Единственное, вода в душе для меня была холодновата. Great hotel, great staff, great experience! The beach is close (1 min😀). The breakfast on the terrace with a wonderful view!

Очень классное расположение - близко и к пляжу с прогулочной зоной, и к автовокзалу, откуда можно уехать в любом направлении. Завтра вроде разнообразный, но не могу сказать, что вкусный. Сам номер для непритязательных туристов: сильно уставшая сантехника, которая нуждается в замене, довольно темное освещение, из вентиляции иногда тянуло сигаретами, хотя в самом номере изначально не воняло. При всем этом в отеле есть все необходимое: гигиенические принадлежности, горячая вода, удобный матрас и подушки (для меня это было важно), чай/кофе и чайник, водичка в холодильнике, кондиционер. Территория отеля - это отдельный разговор, глаза и душа счастливы были находиться в подобном месте. Обширная зеленая территория, много растений, большой чистый бассейн. В общем, цена/качество соответствуют друг другу, на несколько ночей отлично!
