The staff at Paolyn Hotel are all very accommodating and truly know what their guests need. It’s not just a beautiful place, but also the kindness of the people that makes the experience unforgettable. The place is simply perfect, and I highly recommend staying here.

두 번째 Vela Terraces 예약 때, 어린아이를 데리고 계단을 오르지 않아도 되도록 아래층에 배정해 달라고 요청했는데, 안타깝게도 예약이 꽉 차서 4층에 있는 방을 받았습니다. 직원들이 짐을 모두 옮겨줘서 큰 캐리어 두 개, 커다란 백팩 캐리어, 그리고 무거운 작은 가방 여러 개를 옮겨줘서 그렇게 나쁘지는 않았습니다. 도움에 정말 감사했습니다! 후기를 통해 계단이 있다는 걸 알고 있었기에 불평할 게 없었습니다. 예약이 꽉 차서 무료 업그레이드는 없었지만, 처음처럼 침대는 매우 편안했고 서비스도 처음과 마찬가지로 좋았습니다. 다만 욕실은 처음 방문했을 때 묵었던 패밀리룸만큼 좋지 않았습니다. 샤워실의 절반을 유리로 덮은 오픈형 샤워실인데 물이 계속 뿜어져 나왔습니다. 욕실 조명이 계속 깜빡거렸고 개미도 몇 마리 있었습니다. 그래도 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 에어컨도 잘 작동했고 생수도 제공되었습니다. 더 좋은 객실을 원하시면 2층 패밀리룸을 예약하세요! 정말 특별해요! 호텔은 여러 음식 가판대가 있는 아기자기한 다욘 카모 푸드 파크와 가깝습니다. 음식도 맛있고, 라이브 음악도 좋고, 분위기도 최고예요!

그것은 우리 자신의 방식으로 우리에게 완벽한 기본적인 몇 가지 장식 호텔입니다. 고속도로에 있지만 흥미롭게도 조용합니다. 방은 내가 말했듯이 편안하고 단단한 침대와 깨끗한 적당한 크기입니다. 기본입니다. 방에서 시간을 보내기 위해 Coron에 오는 사람은 누구입니까??? 직원들은 우리의 문의와 요구 사항에 정말 도움이되고 수용합니다. 그냥 인간처럼 대하십시오 ... 나는 심지어 존경심도없는 일부 여행자를 발견했습니다 ...이 사람들은 열심히 일합니다. 어쨌든, 장소는 말 그대로 Tapyas 산 기에 있으므로 2 명의 은퇴 한 과체중 노인을위한 도전적인 하이킹이었습니다. No elevator. Even going to their rooftop. You have to climb to 6th floor to go to their rooftop bar. Not advisable for senior citizen and PWD. A lot of stairs, even going to the man lobby, you have to climb stairs.

이 호텔에서의 숙박은 정말 최고였습니다! 긴 여정 끝에 저희 이름을 미리 알고 있던 운전기사가 공항에서 픽업해 주어서 도착 절차가 훨씬 수월했습니다. 너무 일찍 도착했는데도 직원들이 매우 친절했고, 체크인을 기다리는 동안 호텔 내 시설을 이용할 수 있도록 배려해 주었습니다. 긴 여행 후 수영장에서 수영을 하는 것은 완벽한 휴식이었습니다. 아침 식사도 맛있었고, 직원들이 스쿠터 대여도 도와줘서 정말 편리했습니다. 전반적으로 정말 좋은 경험이었고, 꼭 다시 묵을 의향이 있습니다. 5/5점 만점에 5점입니다!

The hotel location is lovely and we saw some beautiful sunsets. The boats transporting guests to and from the town were always punctual and they were willing to take us very early in the morning when we checked out, free of charge. The staff are very nice and helpful, but I get the feeling they're each doing about two people's jobs. The restaurant isn't very good. Half the menu wasn't available and the food quality was average, with the exception of the squid (when they finally restocked it). Coffee is terrible. Also, they advertise happy hour, but when we wanted to order cocktails, we were told that there was no barman on duty and we could only have beers. The facilities need an urgent upgrade. The rooms are fine, but from the outside, it resembles a dormitory or, to be morbid, a mental institution. Also, they advertise snorkeling, but we were advised against going in the water and the pool has very chairs next to it. Not sure if we'll book again.

Overall, average hotel. I was disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again. Room: stayed 5 nights. The room has a mold smell upon entering that persisted even with the bathroom door closed. The toilet also flushed very slow and sometimes required 2 flushes. Room was spacious, and otherwise quite clean and comfortable. Quite dated and furniture had lots of dings/scratches which doesn’t really matter. Staff: I always try to be friendly to service workers because I know their work is hard. The staff I encountered seemed grossly disinterested. On the day of check in, I asked for some water (as I had to wait a few hours till check in), and was asked to pay 65 php for a bottle, but I witnessed another guest receive one for free. Not sure what happened. Also had some communication issues regarding laundry that I had done with the hotel. Perhaps the staff is overworked.. I didn’t experience the friendliness that other reviewers speak of. I do want to shout out Mou, the activities/tour coordinator! She was very friendly, and helpful in planning my activities. She helped address an issue I encountered with my tour very promptly and efficiently. Thank you Mou! Also thank you to the security guards who helped me call tricycles! I wouldn’t stay here again, nor would I recommend anyone to stay here. Suggestions: I think communication needs to be improved. If a staff member is busy, it is OK for them to let the guest know that it will be a moment. Would also recommend addressing the mold smell in room 320.

The hotel is in a great location. You can easily walk to all the restaurants within 10-15 mins. The hotel itself is okay. The staffs are nice and the room is comfortable. The bathroom are great and shower has good water pressure. In terms on cleanliness, that could be improved. Our bedsheet and pillow cases have some stains but nothing too bad. The towel doesn’t smell so fresh but again, not a big issue. In general, an okay hotel to stay in coron, definitely convenient and comfortable. Our room and the rooftop have a nice view as well.

모든 것이 낡고, 죽었고, 더럽습니다. 2층에는 개미, 큰바퀴벌레, 쥐가 있었어요!!! 위치는 선착장 바로 옆에 있었고 뜨거운 물도 잘 나왔습니다. 그 밖의 모든 것은 조용한 공포였으며 에어컨은 잘 작동하지 않았습니다.

저렴한 가격에 최고의 전망을 자랑하는 멋진 호텔! 위치가 매우 편리하고, 메인 스트리트와 가깝지만 시끄러운 곳은 아닙니다. 도보로 10분 거리에 있으며, 30분 간격으로 운행하는 호텔 셔틀을 이용할 수도 있습니다. 아침 식사는 다양하고 맛있으며, 팬케이크와 오믈렛은 주문 즉시 조리됩니다. 수영장을 찾으신다면 이곳은 피하세요. 물이 너무 따뜻하고 염소가 많이 나옵니다. 호텔은 새 건물은 아니지만 전반적으로 모든 것이 괜찮고 매일 청소도 잘 해줍니다! 정말 감사합니다. 정말 즐거웠습니다 😍
