Your cooperation ensures a happy and delightful stay!• MANDATORY SECURITY DEPOSITWe collect a refundable security deposit of Rs. 5,000, 24 hours before check-in time. Any damages to the property, linen or missing/broken items will be deducted from the security deposit amount, otherwise, the full amount will be refunded after the property inspection.• STRICTLY NO SMOKING/ VAPING/ HOOKAH etc. INSIDE THE APARTMENTKindly use the balconies for smoking. Ashtrays will be provided in the balconies. Violation will attract a loss of deposit.• POOL RULESNo SMOKING or Drinking near the pool. Breaking any pool rules will attract a loss of security deposit. Pool timings: 9am to 9pm.• QUIET HOURS/ NO PARTIESPlease obey quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
