우티에서의 멋진 숙박! 최근 V 그랜드 호텔 우티에서의 숙박은 정말 최고였습니다. 모든 기대를 뛰어넘는 최고의 경험이었습니다. 부담 없는 럭셔리를 원하신다면 이곳이 제격입니다. 객실은 놀라울 정도로 고급스러웠고, 3성급 호텔처럼 느껴지는 가격에 5성급 편의시설을 갖추고 있었습니다. 들어서는 순간부터 모든 것이 현대적이고 잘 꾸며져 있어 감탄했습니다. 모든 것을 세심하게 신경 쓴 모습이 느껴졌습니다. 객실 내 온수기, 끊김 없는 Wi-Fi를 갖춘 대형 소니 TV, 편안한 1인용 리클라이너 소파까지 모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 게다가 별도의 접이식 엑스트라 베드가 있어 편리하다는 점도 큰 장점입니다. 특히 히터가 없었음에도 불구하고 객실이 아늑하고 따뜻해서 우티의 서늘한 날씨에 딱 맞는 곳이었습니다. 위치적으로도 완벽합니다. V 그랜드 호텔은 차링 크로스와 매우 가까워 우티의 번화가에 바로 위치해 있으면서도 놀라울 정도로 조용하고 평화로운 분위기를 자랑합니다.

VVijayakumar G AFirstly, I was given a room in an extension block that seemed to have been built recently. It was modern but lacked the charm and character of a true heritage property. The main building, with its fireplace and historic ambience, was nowhere to be found. This was especially disappointing considering the premium price I paid, comparable to what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.
The lack of attention to detail continued throughout my stay. When I checked in on a rainy day, I had to walk to the extension block without an umbrella despite the muddy road. The staff seemed unbothered by this inconvenience. Additionally, the room didn't have slippers, and the floor was cold, with no heating available (although they did provide a basic room heater when requested).
To make matters worse, I had to call the front desk to confirm my room for the second day, which should have been done automatically as part of their standard procedure. This lack of efficiency only added to my frustration.
The toiletries were also woefully inadequate, with only basic soap and shampoo provided. Power cuts were frequent, and I had to notify the front desk each time, which seemed like a hassle the hotel should have anticipated.
The breakfast buffet was uninspiring and lacked flavour. To make matters worse, I had dinner at their restaurant, which was rated top in Ooty, but my experience was average at best. To add insult to injury, they got our order wrong, substituting Nasi Goreng (fried rice) with Mee Goreng (fried noodles). When I brought this to their attention, they made no effort to compensate for the mistake.
In conclusion, Hotel King's Cliff fails to live up to its reputation as a heritage property or even a 2-star hotel. The overpricing and lack of attention to detail make it a poor choice for travellers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ooty.

리리뷰어The property is good to stay clean and well maintained, but no restaurant except breakfast, city restaurants are too far auto charges 700 rs return for 3.5 km that is too much, zomato and Swiggy is there, less option of restaurant for vegetarians 2 to 3 only,rest all is good no complains, room 101 should have tinted view glass for privacy reasons, that should be taken care off immediately, request to owner to open restaurant as well for guest atleast . staff is very well trained and behaved thanks 👍

What truly sets this resort apart is the hospitality. The owner, manager, and caretakers were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. Their friendly and helpful nature made our stay even more enjoyable.
From the beautiful surroundings to the excellent service, everything about Bella Vista Resort was perfect. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! Can't wait to visit again!

리리뷰어Orchid Square는 우리에게 Coonoor에 대한 멋진 추억을 주었습니다. 편안하고 깨끗했으며 음식은 훌륭했습니다. 그러나 여기에서 우리의 경험을 아주 좋은 경험으로 만드는 데 정말 도움이 된 것은 직원들의 친절과 도움이 되었습니다. 특히 레스토랑 직원은 유머가 좋았습니다. 호텔은 교통을 도왔습니다. 와이파이 연결이 좋았습니다. 그것은 평화로웠고 우리 방은 차/커피, 샴푸/헤어드라이어와 같은 많은 추가 기능으로 넓습니다.
유일한 단점은 10-15mins 여행 시간에 대해 tut-tut가 필요한 도시로의 거리였습니다. 그러나 우리는 평화와 조용함을 가졌습니다.

리리뷰어Rooms' interiors, reception, restaurant and parking facility are good. Below are points where the hotel needs to work. 1. Repair the water leakage in the rooms as well as in the washroom. 2. During peak times, improve the strength of manpower for the breakfast buffet and also maintain something to keep food warm. I felt almost every guest had problems with getting utensils or warm food.
