Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Jever" 16 km, sandy beach "Hooksiel" 6 km, grass beach "Horumersiel" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Marina 6 km. Storage room for bicycles is lockable. 3-room apartment 50 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor. Renovated in 2019: upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), DVD. Shower/WC. Top floor: small living room with sloping ceilings with satellite TV (flat screen). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.
