리리뷰어We stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles.
Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.

特意避開五一，提前來!
這次伊犁之行最滿意的住宿，完全超出預期。
房間佈置很有格調，床品竟然是康乃馨集團的，特別舒服，一覺睡到天亮。
早餐超豐富，每天不重樣，除了咖啡牛奶雜糧雞蛋，還有老闆親手做的拌菜沙拉，搭配當地特色的羊肉包子、水煎包，煙火氣十足。
民宿還有民族服飾可以拍照，超出片。老闆和管家都特別貼心，服務細緻又不打擾，像住在朋友家一樣自在放鬆。
來伊犁真心推薦，下次來還住這裏！

리리뷰어I stayed here for one night and had a really positive experience. The place was very clean, and the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
What stood out the most was the kindness of the owners. They were genuinely friendly.
Also, a special mention to the beautiful cats they have around the property.
I would definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Yining.

리리뷰어The place is a cute hotel ran by a lovely woman. I didn't get her name but she gave us a fantastic breakfast, and even gave us fresh milk that was prepared just that morning (it was delicious!!!). The standout experience from Yili Blue Lane B&B was the musician / instrument maker that is at the front of the property; he played us music that was so beautiful it made us emotional. Apparently, the owner of this B&B has decided to give him a place ever since his place was gone! Truly, a special place even though the rooms are certainly historic. As long as you don't expect brand new hotel amenities, you will be very happy with your stay.

MM630779****이 숙박 경험은 정말 기대 이상이었습니다! 우선 방이 매우 건조하고 위생 상태가 완벽하며 시트와 침구가 흰색이고 얼룩이 없으며 테이블 바닥이 닦으면 깨끗합니다. 욕실의 건식과 습식의 분리는 철저하게 이루어졌으며 욕실에는 변기 패드가 있으며 샤워 후 외부는 완전히 건조하여 강박 장애에 너무 친숙합니다! 방의 시설은 새것이며 에어컨, TV 및 욕실은 매우 원활하게 사용됩니다. 가장 언급 할 가치가있는 것은 프론트 데스크 서비스입니다. 체크인부터 체크 아웃까지, 미소 서비스, 정중하고 전문적이며 사람들이 특히 따뜻하게 느끼게합니다. 그리고 그들의 아침 식사는 매우 풍부합니다. 음식이 낭비되지 않으면 먹을 수 있습니다. 많은 종류가 있습니다. 특히 맛있습니다. 절대적으로 별 다섯 개 추천!

리리뷰어The accommodation is beautiful and in a nice Uyghur neighbourhood, Kazanqi area. The buildings are pretty and traditional Uyghur style, with open courtyards. It is maybe half an hour walk away from the Kazanqi tourist main area with the shops, and the large bazaar. There are some shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. It feels like you're staying in a more quaint, traditional town area, although there are horse drawn carts taking tourists around for a traditional Uyghur experience. The hotel is on the corner of an intersection. My room was not part of the main building where reception was, but was around the corner across a laneway. It is a very spacious and nice room with windows and a lock on the door, and a separate bathroom that was shared, and was modern. I only stayed for one night. The lady at reception was very kind and although she didn't speak much English we managed with gestured and translate apps. She gave me tea while I waited to check in and there was free fruit. I had issues paying my taxi driver and she kindly helped me pay and I paid her back. I asked about whether the accommodation served breakfast since I read something in previous reviews about people eating breakfast here but she said there was not. There was a kitchen in the main reception area with dishes that I was able to use. There was also a washing machine which the host helped me to use and she kindly helped me by hanging my clothes as I took a while to return to the washing machine. I would definitely stay here again.
