매우 좋은 아파트호텔입니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 이 호텔의 위치는 부에노스아이레스의 주요 도로에서 불과 200m 거리에 있으며 여러 명소까지 도보로 이동할 수 있습니다. 호텔 주변에는 슈퍼마켓이 많아 생활이 매우 편리합니다. 호텔 프론트 데스크의 잘 생긴 남자들은 매우 효율적이고 친절합니다. 이 호텔을 다시 예약할 준비가 되었습니다.

Localização excelente, foi um bairro bem seguro e tranquilo. quarto tbm foi muito bom. Apenas tive um problema com wifi do meu quarto.

저는 이 호텔에 하룻밤만 머물기로 했고, 제게 딱 맞는 선택이었습니다. 현재 리모델링 중인 호텔이에요. 사실, 그날 설치를 위해 새 것으로 들여왔다는 미니바가 있었는데, 문제는 제가 사용할 수 없었다는 것입니다. 제가 들은 바에 따르면 제 예약에는 미니바가 포함되지 않았는데, 솔직히 예약할 때는 기억이 나지 않습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 의심할 여지 없이 이 호텔의 가장 좋은 점은 도시 전망을 볼 수 있는 레스토랑에서 제공된다는 것입니다. 방은 넓고 작은 발코니가 있었어요. 저는 흡연을 하지 않지만, 흡연하시는 분들은 좋아하실 것 같아요. 천장에 작은 거미가 있었는데, 제가 쫓아내야 했습니다. 도심과 가깝습니다. 택시 운전사에게 ”삼바 빈티지 호텔”의 전체 이름을 말할 때는 조심하세요. 그들이 실수로 저를 먼저 데려간 삼바 호텔이 또 있는데, 차로 5분 거리에 있습니다.

The room is equipped with kitchen appliances and all necessary tools for cooking. Overall the stay is wonderful, the location is perfect, easy access to tour buses, uber, train station and walking distance to few local attractions. The area is touristy with numbers of restaurants and bars nearby. You can also find many groceries stores nearby if you plan to cook. The check in and check out was easy with codes. The room also equipped with bathtub and bidet. I could say the best if you are travelling in group or looking for the best of value. They don’t have room clean up daily but they do come daily to check on you if you need anything such as toilet paper etc, alternatively it is quite easy to ask them for it if you need anything. Highly recommended hotel here. They don’t speak fluent English but overall I am able to communicate with them. Also to mention, the view from balcony is excellent. However, it is very important to ask in advance the requirements and your expectations because it is not considered a hotel, but more on apartment style.

Despite on my booking request for a quiet room, especially no low frequency noise, first I got a room with a very loud outside part of the Aircon. I asked to change, they called the floor staff, and she knew exactly which rooms are not noisy and she confirmed the problem in my first room. I'd be happy if they were more considerate from the beginning. The staff is very nice and helpful though. The curtains are not blackout. The bed is comfortable even for a person with back issues. Clean. I needed this particular location close to the port, but San Nicolas, which is in a walking distance, is nicer and a bit less touristy. Porto Madeira barrio is still not noisy at all during the night, at least you can't hear anything from the hotel room. Just the streets are much more crowded and less clean than in San Nicolas. Good security at the lobby. The elevators which close the inner door automatically. Generally, take your own shower cup etc with you when travelling in Argentina and Brazil.

I'm always so happy to stay in the Top Rentals Downtown hotel in Buenos Aires. Very good location in the heart of Buenos Aires. Very clean and comfortable rooms with so beautiful views of the city in the high floors. I really would like to say my thankfulness for Nelson, Rocio, Agostina, Indra and all of other Team of the hotel. They are all very warmly, friendly and such a helpful and strong team. The breakfast in the Saint Moritz Restaurant is so fantastic. One of my favourite hotels in the Buenos. Strongly recommended

위치, 위치, 위치. 길 건너편에 훌륭한 Punto 카페가 있고, 모퉁이에 Western Union 지점이 있고, 2~3블록 아래에 경찰서가 있고, 주변에 식료품점이 많이 있고, San Telmo 시장까지 도보로 이동할 수 있는 거리, 위치가 Babel Studio의 가장 큰 장점입니다. 위치에 관한 또 다른 점은 아르헨티나의 심야 파티 문화이며, 밤에 숙면을 취하지 못할 수도 있습니다. 깨끗하고 넓은 객실, 안정적인 AC, 온수 및 수압 등 숙박 시 기대할 수 있는 모든 것을 충족합니다. 제가 바라는 유일한 개선 사항은 샤워 헤드 홀더를 조정하는 것입니다. 저는 키가 6피트이고 편안하게 닿을 수 있지만 키가 작은 사람에게는 늘어날 수 있습니다. 또한 모노크롬 디자인은 모던하고 매력적이지만, 화이트 조명은 방을 눈에 거슬리게 만든다. 따뜻한 조명은 공간에 놀라운 효과를 줄 것입니다. 우리는 체크인 경험이 원활하지 않았고 다른 손님이 떠날 때 우리를 들여올 때까지 15분 동안 밖에서 발이 묶였습니다. 리셉션이 24시간 운영되지 않기 때문에 숙박 전에 체크인 정보를 받는 것이 좋을 것입니다. 전반적으로 즐거운 숙박이었으며 적극 추천합니다.
