리리뷰어It is my 3rd. time going back in this hotel. My latest booking is last June 19, 2024 and I was surprised that it is newly renovated. The rooms are clean and neat. The staff are welcoming and accommodating. The hotel has limited facilities but the price is so affordable. The location is convenient, near restaurants and coffee shops.

리리뷰어The room is bunk type with own toilet which is convenient for friends or solo travelers not for families. It's worth the price. The menu is the same for days so I don't know if they are offering other menu for breakfast.

CCheonsa1004The location is good. Near People’s Park and Roxas Night Market. There are restaurants and 7/11 nearby. Friendly staff. Clean is room however the doorlock of the cr was broken. All in all, we had a great stay.

리리뷰어I recently enjoyed a wonderful and comfortable stay at RedDoorz Plus near SM Lanang Davao while attending a work-related event, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! Booking through TRIP.com made the entire process hassle-free, and I truly felt that every penny spent was worth it.
Upon arrival, I was impressed by the security and cleanliness of the property, we also had complimentary bottled 500ml water, and guest kit (tooth brush, toothpaste, shampoo, and bar soap). The friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I loved having access to free Wi-Fi and a TV in my room, which helped me unwind after busy days. The hot and cold shower was a nice touch, ensuring I felt refreshed throughout my stay.
One of the best perks was the convenient location—just a short walk to SM Lanang, making it easy to grab meals and shop. I also appreciated the option to add breakfast, which was perfect for someone like me who had a packed schedule during the summit. Starting my day with a hearty meal was a real bonus!
The only minor downside was the absence of an elevator, but honestly, it was a small price to pay for such a great experience, especially considering how budget-friendly this booking was. If you're looking for a secure, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Davao, I highly recommend RedDoorz Plus. It’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers alike. Don’t hesitate to book—your stay will be delightful!

LljhaykimOverall, our stay was okay but there were some issues that need improvement.
We had to request for an extra towel for the floor because it was not provided in the room setup.
Breakfast was good, and we appreciated the variety and taste. However, our booking clearly stated 4 breakfast inclusions, but upon arrival, we were informed that it only covered 2 breakfasts, which was disappointing and felt misleading.
During our stay, there was an earthquake (magnitude 5.5). Surprisingly, no alarm or safety announcement was made by the hotel, which was concerning. Proper safety protocols should be in place during emergencies.
Overall, good breakfast but some service gaps and safety concerns need to be addressed.

JJean NewGreat location and friendly receptionist! Room was much better than expected (there were a few not-so-good reviews online) - big, clean and cold aircon.
Toilet was also just nice size. Overall, great value given the price and location (10 mins walk to Poblacion and Roxas Night Market, but far enough for peace and quiet at night). Would stay here again if I'm in Davao. Only downside is, there is no free bag storage after you check out. If you want to deposit your bag, you will have to book another night with them.
