Our stay at Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) in Baguio was truly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. They were consistently polite, attentive, and always willing to assist, which really made a difference in our overall experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. Rooms, hallways, and common areas are spotless, and you can tell that housekeeping takes pride in their work. The rooms are well-kept, comfortable, and provide everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Another highlight is the location. The hotel is conveniently situated—close enough to the heart of Baguio for easy access to popular spots, yet far enough to enjoy a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It’s a great balance for both relaxation and exploring the city.
The unlimited breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The food was tasty and filling, giving us the energy we needed to start our day of sightseeing. A bit more variety in the menu would be nice for guests staying multiple nights, but overall, it was a great perk.
What we really loved was the view from the hotel—absolutely beautiful and one of the things that makes this stay memorable. Waking up to the cool Baguio breeze and a nice view is definitely a bonus.
Overall, Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) exceeded our expectations. Clean, well-located, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and great views—everything you’d want in a Baguio getaway. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

익익명 사용자We recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee.
Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv.
However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it.
One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations.
Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary.

CChrish_OG우리가 얻은 패밀리 룸 # 2는 매우 넓습니다! ! 실제 집보다 큽니다. 위치는 꽤 좋으며 많은 택시가이 지역을 운전합니다. 주요 도로에 가려면 호텔까지 오르막(Burnham Park에서 도보로 이동하는 경우)과 내리막길을 걸어야 합니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮 았습니다. 그들은 전날 선호하는 아침 식사를 요청하고 아침에 문을 두드리고 몇시에 먹고 싶은지 묻습니다. 안락한 방도 크고, 온수샤워도 고맙게도 잘 작동합니다. 수하물을 보관할 수 있을 만큼 넓은 옷장도 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 수용적이었습니다. 하지만... 물론 우리가 머무는 동안 단점이 있었습니다. 먼저 방에 들어갔을 때 방은 고양이 오줌의 아주 약간의 힌트로 코를 때립니다. 고양이 주인의 경우 고양이가 카펫이나 커튼에 오줌을 깔 때 냄새가 나는 것을 알고 있습니까? 그리고 바로 청소되지 않았습니까? 방황한 고양이가 방에 들어가서 표시를 하거나 새끼 고양이 한 마리를 배달한 것 같습니다. 고양이 오줌 냄새가 매우 미묘하기 때문에 냄새가 사라집니다 ... 또는 내 두뇌는 냄새를 잊어 버립니다. 🤣 또 다른 것은 2 개의 싱글 침대를위한 별도의 방이 있다는 것입니다. 우리 중 누구도 다른 방에서 자고 싶지 않기 때문에 우리는 더블 침대에서 완전히 잠을 잤습니다. 더블 침대는 우리 취향에 조금 단단했습니다. 체크 아웃 시간이 너무 빠르며 11 : 30am-no 연장입니다. 우리는 오전 8시에 체크 아웃하고 (투어가 있기 때문에) 프론트 데스크 로비 앞에 짐을 맡겼습니다. 모든 손님이 먹어야하는 레스토랑 / 식당이 있기 때문에 룸 서비스도 이용할 수 없습니다.
다시 여기에 머물 것인가? 아마 예, 그러나 내가 방 # 2에 다시 배정되면 아마 다른 방에 머물러달라고 요청할 것입니다. 🤣

JJanice우리는 2월 15일 오전 10시에 도착했습니다. 메요 나파가가 ng konti. 방은 5인용으로 좋으며 두 방 모두에 발코니가 있습니다. 말리니와 잘 관리된 나만 포앙 유닛. namang recep을 수용하지만 호스트는 해외 nasa pa daw sabi ng 접수원 이후로 저에게 연락하지 않았습니다. 행복하고 만족스러운 naman kami ng 가족 ko. Wi-Fi naman, kaya happy mga bagets. Netflix는 작동하지 않습니다.

NNight crawler3명의 여성 리셉셔니스트는 매우 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 객실에서 개선할 점은 엘리베이터가 없고, 담요가 더 두껍고, 3층에 묵는 경우 물과 히터가 더 강해야 한다는 것입니다. 전반적으로 강력 추천합니다. 가족과 함께 여행한다면 거의 모든 곳에 매우 가까운 위치에 있습니다.

리리뷰어The staff are very accommodating, the only issue I encountered was the amenities. Slippers are not enough we are 5 at the room they only got 2 for us, ad also the soap there's only two.
In the other hands when the heater broke they fix it immediately and there's a free coffee.
Overall it was a nice hotel and affordable.
Will book again if there's a chance.

But that is not true. The price for the room I selected was for a single bunk bed only. This is what we were told after arrving. The double bed was P200 extra a night. We paid but complained at Trip.com. We got P400 credit for the next booking. How to call this practice from the hotel? Not honest. Advertising something that is not true. I will make sure Trip.com
change that.
Hotel near a road with a lot of traffic. Walls very thin, can hear people next room. Same for the floor...could hear people walking above.
