The property is located in a quiet alley of Via Giovanni Aurispa in the historic center of Noto. At 100 meters is the Corso Vittorio Emanuele with its beautiful Cathedral rebuilt in 2007, the Palazzo Ducezio headquarters of the municipality and to follow buildings and churches in Baroque style that have made that Noto become a UNESCO World Heritage Site. No car is needed to get around, and in any case the Via Giovanni Aurispa is a street where you can park freely.
