I was unexpectedly stranded at Shenzhen North (Shenzhenbei) during the busy holiday season and urgently needed a place to stay. After comparing several listings on Trip.com, this hostel stood out based on its reviews, and it fully lived up to my expectations. The photos are accurate and reflect the property exactly as it is. The host prepared the bed sheets and pillowcases right in front of me, which immediately reassured me about the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodation because I value my health, and I felt completely comfortable staying here. I saw no pests or anything unhygienic, so if you’re concerned about that, you can rest easy. The host speaks basic English and was very welcoming. Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building. For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet. Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers. There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests. The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated. The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall. The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great. For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. 이 호텔은 정말 기분 좋은 놀라움이었어요! 하이야 쇼핑몰까지 걸어서 몇 분밖에 안 걸려서 쇼핑과 식사가 매우 편리했고, 신안 공원 지하철역과도 가까워서 이동이 정말 편리했습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 매트리스가 너무 부드러워서 일어나고 싶지 않았고, 침구는 상쾌한 느낌이었으며, 일회용 세면도구도 모두 제공되었습니다. 리셉션 직원은 정말 친절하고 신속하게 응대해 줘서 필요한 모든 것을 즉시 해결해 주었습니다. 다음에도 꼭 이 호텔을 다시 선택할 거예요!

Fantastic location in the midst of downtown with plenty of amenities (restaurants, cafes, malls etc.) and extremely close to the Luohu border crossing with Hong Kong. Room is clean and spacious, highly recommended

What you get goes according to the price I think. Nothing glamorous and cleanliness wise not excellent. My comforter had hair of the previous guest. But again, it’s very cheap. I recommend for a short stay. It’s right in the center of nanshan, very good location (5 minute walk to the metro ) and who I assume was the owner was very nice. He went to the metro to help me carry my luggage and offered to help me again when I left.

This is a honest review about Jufuyuan Apartment. The location is around 10 minutes away from Dongmen Pedestrian Street and the grocery store but there is a 24/7 convenience store located downstairs. Upon check in I asked the lady boss why there was no sofa compared to the pictures on the website as she told me different rooms have different layouts. There was a problem with the AC on the living area that is why the guy boss had to adjust the room temperature for us to sleep comfortably. It can sleep 4 people as we were billeted on the 31st floor. The guy boss was so kind as to help me order items from taobao as I needed to order items from the app and my alipay wont connect to the taibao app that is why I asked him to use his app and he ordered for me. He also helped me to look for a key duplicating store on the last day as I stayed there for 5 days. But I can't say much about the lady boss(his wife) as we asked her for help on the last day to book a didi taxi since I don't know how to use the app. She didn't help me and told me to ask someone downstairs to book it yet the guard didn't know how to either. We can speak mandarin but I find the attitude of the lady boss not so good compared to his husband who was so kind to help me out. Good thing a taxi stopped by and we were able to catch a ride to the port going back to HK. It was raining then so we had to take a taxi back to the port. Location wise it is okay if youre not with seniors as my parents had a hard time going to the Pedestrian street(30 mins walk from them). There was typhoon for 2 days so we didn't go out. My parents were sick but the good thing is there was a hospital in front and a pharmacy besides it, wherein I bought medicines and food for them. Subway is around 200 meters but you need to carry your stuff going down as there was no escalator going down only up. 4 Restaurants were across the apartment. There were several small roaches that they really need to disinfect the room as I saw them crawling on the wall. Most units then were not occupied as it was lean season but saw some units have a balcony wherein ours didn't have any. If not for the kindness of the guy boss I would say I still had a pleasant experience staying there. The apartment is more of an Airbnb type that you have to provide everything. No water or tea was provided during our stay. There was a washing machine besides the bathroom which helped us to wash our clothes when we were there.

고급 호텔이 아니고 기숙사나 아파트 형태의 숙소라서 100% 깨끗한 환경은 아니지만 가격에 비해 좋은 숙소입니다. 침구도 깨끗했고 편의시설도 문제가 없었습니다. 주변에 식당도 많고 밤엔 야시장도 매일 열리고 지하철역도 가까워서 매우 좋은 환경입니다. 2주 후에 선전에 다시 가야 하는데 이 숙소로 또 예약했습니다. 사장님도 친절하십니다.

이 숙소는 장점과 단점을 모두 가지고 있습니다. 예를 들면 다음과 같습니다. 장점: 위치: 버스와 지하철로 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다. 편의시설: 길 건너편에 여러 식당, 작은 마켓, 약국이 있습니다. 시설: 세탁기가 제공됩니다(QR 코드 결제 필요). 빨래를 말릴 수 있는 발코니(다른 방에서 출입 가능), 식탁 두 개, 전자레인지, 화장실 네 개, 정수기, 헤어드라이어가 있습니다. 주방은 거의 사용되지 않으므로 개인 용품을 지참해야 합니다. 단점: 투숙객이 많아 방이 어수선할 때가 있습니다. 짐 보관은 4시간 무료이며, 이후에는 하루 10위안의 요금이 부과됩니다. 인터넷 속도가 특히 밤에는 느릴 수 있습니다. 체크인: 주인이 객실 출입 비밀번호를 보내주지만, 플랫폼을 통해 보낸 이메일이나 메시지에 대한 고객 서비스 답변이 없으므로 직접 전화해야 합니다. 이는 불편할 수 있습니다.
