I was unexpectedly stranded at Shenzhen North (Shenzhenbei) during the busy holiday season and urgently needed a place to stay. After comparing several listings on Trip.com, this hostel stood out based on its reviews, and it fully lived up to my expectations. The photos are accurate and reflect the property exactly as it is. The host prepared the bed sheets and pillowcases right in front of me, which immediately reassured me about the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodation because I value my health, and I felt completely comfortable staying here. I saw no pests or anything unhygienic, so if you’re concerned about that, you can rest easy. The host speaks basic English and was very welcoming. Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building. For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet. Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers. There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests. The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated. The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall. The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great. For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. 방은 넓고 붐비지 않고 매우 편안하며 깨끗합니다. 제가 세균공포증이 좀 있는 편인데도 위생은 흠잡을 데가 없습니다. 방도 매우 편안합니다. 모두가 규칙을 잘 지킵니다. 규칙을 어기는 사람이 있으면 사장님이 신속하게 처리해서 막아줍니다. 사장님은 많은 사장님들이 못하는 일이지만 이 부분에서 정말 훌륭합니다. 위치도 MixC 바로 맞은편이라 찾기 쉽고 매우 편리합니다. 다른 붐비는 곳들과 달리 방은 넓습니다. 방에는 베이윈도우와 캐비닛도 있습니다. 정말 세심한 배려가 느껴집니다. 사장님도 매우 친절하시고 모두에게 묵어보라고 권하십니다. 사장님의 사업 번창을 기원합니다.

이 호텔 위치 정말 최고예요! 하이야 빈펀청(海雅缤纷城)이랑 신안공원(新安公园) 지하철역이랑 엄청 가까워서 쇼핑하고 돌아다니기 정말 편해요. 근처에 야시장도 있어서 맛있는 거 사 먹기도 너무 좋고요. 방은 깨끗하고 편안했고, 매트리스도 부드러워서 잠도 잘 왔어요. 침구류도 뽀송했고, 일회용품도 다 갖춰져 있었어요. 프런트 직원분들도 엄청 친절했고, 가성비 최고입니다!

1층에 좋지만 비싼 마사지샾이있고 길건너 저렴하고 맛있는 식당들이많아 다양하게 즐길수있고 도보5분거리에 동문시장과 지하철이 있어서 최고의 위치이다. 매일 기본청소와 정리해주며 일회용 얼굴타월과 목욕타월을 보충해주었는데 청소용풍과 타월을 복도에 보관하는것에 충격이었다. 주방과 욕실은 타일 사이 대리석사이가 곰팡이와. 때로 까맣고 욕실 거울장은 고장나있다. 세탁기는 세제비치 세탁만 가능하고 건조는 안됨. 소파쿠션은 세탁안한지 오래되어 냄새나고 뜯어짐. 방은 적당한크기 침대도 이불도 냄새없이 청결하였음. 4인 식탁을 요긴하게 사용하였음. 도착해서 접수라운지는 24층. 주소에 쓰인호실에서 진행한다. 미리 안내가 없어서 당황했다. 직원들은 친절하며 위쳇으로 빠르게 응대해주었다. 5박6일 가족여행으로 청결 상태만 매우 아쉬웠다.

This is a honest review about Jufuyuan Apartment. The location is around 10 minutes away from Dongmen Pedestrian Street and the grocery store but there is a 24/7 convenience store located downstairs. Upon check in I asked the lady boss why there was no sofa compared to the pictures on the website as she told me different rooms have different layouts. There was a problem with the AC on the living area that is why the guy boss had to adjust the room temperature for us to sleep comfortably. It can sleep 4 people as we were billeted on the 31st floor. The guy boss was so kind as to help me order items from taobao as I needed to order items from the app and my alipay wont connect to the taibao app that is why I asked him to use his app and he ordered for me. He also helped me to look for a key duplicating store on the last day as I stayed there for 5 days. But I can't say much about the lady boss(his wife) as we asked her for help on the last day to book a didi taxi since I don't know how to use the app. She didn't help me and told me to ask someone downstairs to book it yet the guard didn't know how to either. We can speak mandarin but I find the attitude of the lady boss not so good compared to his husband who was so kind to help me out. Good thing a taxi stopped by and we were able to catch a ride to the port going back to HK. It was raining then so we had to take a taxi back to the port. Location wise it is okay if youre not with seniors as my parents had a hard time going to the Pedestrian street(30 mins walk from them). There was typhoon for 2 days so we didn't go out. My parents were sick but the good thing is there was a hospital in front and a pharmacy besides it, wherein I bought medicines and food for them. Subway is around 200 meters but you need to carry your stuff going down as there was no escalator going down only up. 4 Restaurants were across the apartment. There were several small roaches that they really need to disinfect the room as I saw them crawling on the wall. Most units then were not occupied as it was lean season but saw some units have a balcony wherein ours didn't have any. If not for the kindness of the guy boss I would say I still had a pleasant experience staying there. The apartment is more of an Airbnb type that you have to provide everything. No water or tea was provided during our stay. There was a washing machine besides the bathroom which helped us to wash our clothes when we were there.

고급 호텔이 아니고 기숙사나 아파트 형태의 숙소라서 100% 깨끗한 환경은 아니지만 가격에 비해 좋은 숙소입니다. 침구도 깨끗했고 편의시설도 문제가 없었습니다. 주변에 식당도 많고 밤엔 야시장도 매일 열리고 지하철역도 가까워서 매우 좋은 환경입니다. 2주 후에 선전에 다시 가야 하는데 이 숙소로 또 예약했습니다. 사장님도 친절하십니다.

이 숙소는 장점과 단점을 모두 가지고 있습니다. 예를 들면 다음과 같습니다. 장점: 위치: 버스와 지하철로 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다. 편의시설: 길 건너편에 여러 식당, 작은 마켓, 약국이 있습니다. 시설: 세탁기가 제공됩니다(QR 코드 결제 필요). 빨래를 말릴 수 있는 발코니(다른 방에서 출입 가능), 식탁 두 개, 전자레인지, 화장실 네 개, 정수기, 헤어드라이어가 있습니다. 주방은 거의 사용되지 않으므로 개인 용품을 지참해야 합니다. 단점: 투숙객이 많아 방이 어수선할 때가 있습니다. 짐 보관은 4시간 무료이며, 이후에는 하루 10위안의 요금이 부과됩니다. 인터넷 속도가 특히 밤에는 느릴 수 있습니다. 체크인: 주인이 객실 출입 비밀번호를 보내주지만, 플랫폼을 통해 보낸 이메일이나 메시지에 대한 고객 서비스 답변이 없으므로 직접 전화해야 합니다. 이는 불편할 수 있습니다.
