이곳 환경은 정말 훌륭합니다. 고급 아파트 단지에 위치해 있으며, 4층에는 휴식을 취할 수 있는 옥상 정원이 있습니다. 신축 건물이라 엘리베이터와 복도 모두 새것처럼 깨끗합니다. 객실과 욕실은 아파트 수준으로 잘 갖춰져 있으며, 밤에는 조용합니다. 세탁기는 무료로 이용 가능하며 세제도 제공됩니다. 바로 옆에 빨래를 말릴 수 있는 발코니가 있어 매우 편리합니다. 1층에는 냉장고와 전용 식사 공간이 있으며, 바로 앞에 편의점, 홍산쇼핑몰, 지하철역이 있어 교통, 식사, 쇼핑이 매우 편리합니다. 강력 추천합니다.

위치: 호텔은 지하철역에서 도보로 약 10분 거리에 있어 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 쇼핑가와도 매우 가깝고, MixC 바로 밖에 있어서 밤에 숙소로 돌아가기에도 안전합니다. 서비스: 호스트는 매우 친절했고 체크인도 빠르게 진행해 주었습니다. 응답도 빠르고 세심하게 해 주셨고, 체크아웃할 때는 짐을 아래층으로 옮겨주는 것도 도와주셨습니다. 객실: 객실은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었고, 매번 숙박할 때마다 침구를 교체해 주었습니다. 룸메이트들도 매우 친절했고, 욕실에는 냄새가 전혀 나지 않았습니다.

First Impressions and Facilities: 2/5 Advertised as a newly opened hotel, but by late 2025, it didn’t feel fresh or modern at all. The lobby is unusually located on the 7th floor, accessed via an elevator that’s just beside a larger neighboring hotel. The lift area felt dim and outdated compared to the brighter, more upscale vibe of the bigger property nearby. The lobby itself is compact, dimly lit, and lacks any welcoming or luxurious atmosphere—more functional than inviting. Room: 4/5 The room size was surprisingly generous for the price point in Shenzhen, where space often comes at a premium. It was very clean overall, with a large, comfortable bed topped with four plush pillows, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The big flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and the bathroom was decently sized with a good shower and separate toilet area. No complaints on comfort here. Service and Issues: 3/5 The major downside was a frustrating check-in experience. Using the hotel’s systems, the receptionist assigned me to a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet, it still reeked strongly of cigarette smoke and clearly wasn’t ready. I had to trek back down to the lobby (7th floor elevator and all) to get a new key and room assignment. This kind of mix-up feels avoidable and soured the arrival. Final Thoughts Nothing particularly stands out or excels at Future Hotel Shenzhen—it’s serviceable and clean in the rooms, with a solid location and value for money, but the dark, dated common areas, misleading “newly opened” vibe, and the room assignment error make it underwhelming. I wouldn’t skip Shenzhen altogether, but I’d definitely choose a different hotel next time I’m in the city. Suitable if you’re on a tight budget and prioritize location over polish.

이 호텔은 정말 기분 좋은 놀라움이었어요! 하이야 쇼핑몰까지 걸어서 몇 분밖에 안 걸려서 쇼핑과 식사가 매우 편리했고, 신안 공원 지하철역과도 가까워서 이동이 정말 편리했습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 매트리스가 너무 부드러워서 일어나고 싶지 않았고, 침구는 상쾌한 느낌이었으며, 일회용 세면도구도 모두 제공되었습니다. 리셉션 직원은 정말 친절하고 신속하게 응대해 줘서 필요한 모든 것을 즉시 해결해 주었습니다. 다음에도 꼭 이 호텔을 다시 선택할 거예요!

The location is great. When you go out, you will easily be greeted with a lot of food and restaurant options. Train is also accessible. The front door is located infront of the street with cars so when you use didi, you can directly be dropped off into the front door. When we first came, we were confused cause the elevator can’t go up to 14th floor. Apparently, there are 3 elevators in the first floor but only 2 on the left can be used to go up to 14th floor. The right elevator wont open at the 14th floor because it is where the reception of the hotel is placed. When we went, we were asked if we are okay with one computer only. As someone who wasn’t planning to use the PC, I said it’s okay. However, when we went to the room, having 1 computer also meant we got the smaller room cut. I was so frustrated cause I read all reviews of a lot of hotels and really searched for a big cut room because we have big luggages and we were there for Christmas. I pipped on a room that was vacant when we checked in and it was a lot bigger than our room (same room type, just no pole and have 2 PCs) Mostly because our room also has this huge building pole that consumed a lot of space also. The reception was nice and friendly though. She helped us carry our bags. However, the room itself was clean but you can smell the particles/dust of smoke that the previous user left. It isn’t direct smoke smell but as someone who is very allergic to smoke, our nose can pick up the particles itself like the dust that came from the cigar specially in the computer chair. So it didn’t smell like cigar but the particles left made us allergic and sneezing for the entire stay. I told the reception the next day and they cleaned and used a device to remove smoke in the room. I really appreciated this since it lessen out sneezing throughout the night. However, the smoke smell was evident when you go out of the room. Most probably because other guests are smoking outside or at the reception itself. Kind of sad because it says in the listing that this property was a non-smoking room. Which if they said that someone is able to smoke, I wouldn’t even consider the property in the first place. Contrary to other reviews, I saw a robot in the basement that was able to deliver food by itself. I’m not sure if it can go up to the hotel because we didn’t try but the robot was functioning and was able to deliver food in other floors. Overall, the stay was great. Amenities were there such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers, bathrobe and others. Just frustrated because we got a smaller room cut (the image looks big because of mirrors) and smells like cigar even though I also noted in my booking that I have a very bad allergy towards cigarette. Oh, and the other reviews were right, if you are sensitive to noise, you need to double think before booking because the cars and the street noise can really be heard in the room. For someone who is not sensitive to noise that much, it wasn’t a concern for me. The pillows and bed was great and comfortable :) There’s also a refrigerator in the room.

아파트 근처에 식당이 많습니다. 교통: 매우 편리하며, 화창베이 옌난 지하철역이 가깝고, 화창베이 전자 시장까지 택시로 10분 이내 거리입니다. 청결도: 소파, 바닥, 침대는 깨끗해 보였지만, 욕실에 작은 좀벌레가 몇 마리 있어 청결 상태가 완벽하지는 않은 것 같습니다. 편의시설: 칫솔 등 기본적인 세면도구가 제공되며, 냉장고와 세탁기가 있습니다. 총평: 특히 아파트형 숙소라 연로하신 친척분들과 함께 여행하기에 편리합니다.

서비스가 너무 좋았습니다.이그제큐티브 트윈룸을 예약했습니다.프런트에서 아침에 연락이 왔습니다.전날 손님들이 말다툼을 해서 침대와 도어락을 부수었기 때문에 1.5m 더블베드 2개로 바꿔주도록 도와주었습니다. 같은 층에 있는 방. 체크인할 때 1.8미터 더블 베드룸으로 업그레이드해 주었습니다. 유일한 문제는 아파트 건물에 위치해 있기 때문에 방 한쪽에 창문이 있다는 것입니다. 복도에서 담배를 피우면 연기 냄새가 실내로 퍼져 오랫동안 남게 됩니다. Laojie 지하철역과 가까워서 위치가 좋습니다. 도보로 단 몇 백 미터 거리에 대극장, kkmall, Lychee Park, Maoye, 1234space 및 Dongmen Business District가 있습니다.

This is a honest review about Jufuyuan Apartment. The location is around 10 minutes away from Dongmen Pedestrian Street and the grocery store but there is a 24/7 convenience store located downstairs. Upon check in I asked the lady boss why there was no sofa compared to the pictures on the website as she told me different rooms have different layouts. There was a problem with the AC on the living area that is why the guy boss had to adjust the room temperature for us to sleep comfortably. It can sleep 4 people as we were billeted on the 31st floor. The guy boss was so kind as to help me order items from taobao as I needed to order items from the app and my alipay wont connect to the taibao app that is why I asked him to use his app and he ordered for me. He also helped me to look for a key duplicating store on the last day as I stayed there for 5 days. But I can't say much about the lady boss(his wife) as we asked her for help on the last day to book a didi taxi since I don't know how to use the app. She didn't help me and told me to ask someone downstairs to book it yet the guard didn't know how to either. We can speak mandarin but I find the attitude of the lady boss not so good compared to his husband who was so kind to help me out. Good thing a taxi stopped by and we were able to catch a ride to the port going back to HK. It was raining then so we had to take a taxi back to the port. Location wise it is okay if youre not with seniors as my parents had a hard time going to the Pedestrian street(30 mins walk from them). There was typhoon for 2 days so we didn't go out. My parents were sick but the good thing is there was a hospital in front and a pharmacy besides it, wherein I bought medicines and food for them. Subway is around 200 meters but you need to carry your stuff going down as there was no escalator going down only up. 4 Restaurants were across the apartment. There were several small roaches that they really need to disinfect the room as I saw them crawling on the wall. Most units then were not occupied as it was lean season but saw some units have a balcony wherein ours didn't have any. If not for the kindness of the guy boss I would say I still had a pleasant experience staying there. The apartment is more of an Airbnb type that you have to provide everything. No water or tea was provided during our stay. There was a washing machine besides the bathroom which helped us to wash our clothes when we were there.

고급 호텔이 아니고 기숙사나 아파트 형태의 숙소라서 100% 깨끗한 환경은 아니지만 가격에 비해 좋은 숙소입니다. 침구도 깨끗했고 편의시설도 문제가 없었습니다. 주변에 식당도 많고 밤엔 야시장도 매일 열리고 지하철역도 가까워서 매우 좋은 환경입니다. 2주 후에 선전에 다시 가야 하는데 이 숙소로 또 예약했습니다. 사장님도 친절하십니다.

객실은 매우 좋고, 침구는 손님마다 교체해 주고, 처음 들어갔을 때 거실이 정말 넓어서 발코니에 앉아서 맞은편의 야경을 구경할 수 있었습니다. 방에는 위아래 선반이 있지만, 매우 넓습니다. 저는 매우 친절한 룸메이트 두 명을 만났고, 심지어 샴푸도 빌려주었습니다. 집주인은 약간 어리석었지만 매우 흥미로운 사람인 듯했습니다. 그는 나에게 아이스크림을 사주었지만 불행히도 나는 아무것도 먹지 못했다. 화장실도 매우 깨끗했고, 모든 사람들이 매우 친절했습니다. 다음에도 싱지에 다시 머물고 싶습니다. 정말 좋은 홈스테이 경험이었습니다. 그런데 선전의 야경은 정말 아름답습니다.
