We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

We upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

장점: - 좋은 위치 - 거대한 방 - 말레콘과 가까움 단점: - 너무 붐비다 - 소음 - 점심을 위한 유일한 실제 옵션은 뷔페 장소입니다. - 수영장이 깨끗하지 않습니다 - 시간 공유 - 직원들이 조금 더 친절할 수 있습니다. - 뷔페가 너무 바쁘거나 혼잡합니다. 우리는 아침 뷔페가 포함 된 방에 대해 Trip.com을 통해 지불했습니다. 체크인 직원은 지불이 완료되지 않았으며 여전히 방과 뷔페를 별도로 지불해야한다고 말했습니다. 2시간의 혼란과 1세 아이와 기다리다가 마침내 해결됐다. 직원들은 실수에 대해 전혀 미안하거나 사과하지 않았습니다.

이 호텔은 아름다운 환경과 사려 깊은 서비스를 갖추고 있어 가족 휴가에 적합합니다. 우리는 올인클루시브 서비스를 선택했습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았지만, 점심과 저녁 식사는 매우 평범했습니다. 어쩌면 우리는 음식에 대한 높은 기준을 가지고 있을지도 몰라요. 쇠고기는 나무 장작으로 요리되었고, 선택할 만한 괜찮은 해산물은 사실상 없었습니다. 블렌디드 와인은 농축된 주스와 와인을 그대로 통에 담아서 마시기 매우 어려웠습니다. 맛있는 음식을 맛보고 싶거나, 맛있는 음식에 대한 기대치가 높다면, 모든 음식이 포함된 패키지가 아닌, 조식이 포함된 패키지를 선택하는 것이 좋습니다. 해변 모래는 고운 모래가 아닙니다. 이 지역에서는 흔한 일이고, 아무런 문제가 없습니다.

I don't usually post negative comments, but if this will help another traveler make an informed choice, I thought I'd let you know a couple of things. First, I booked a junior suite with an ocean view. The rooms are very nice and spacious. However, our ocean view was actually of telephone poles and wires and the thatched roof of the club across the alley. I admit, the ocean was in view, beyond these obstacles. Our original room was on the 4th floor and the first night our roof sprung a fast leak due to the downpour outside. It was mostly cleaned up and we were told to let the front desk know in the morning that we needed to move rooms. I would have thought that due to the inconvenience of having to re-pack everything, that they would have given us an upgraded room. Instead, they gave us a junior ocean view suite on the 3rd floor with a closer view of the wires and rooftop. This room also had only one patio chair so even if we wanted to sit out on the patio, we wouldn't have been able to together. The resort itself has nice amenities.

Perfect location to walk into town! Highly recommend booking the oceanfront rooms, as the others open out onto the pool. Miguel did a sterling job serving us drinks every day on the beach! I can't rate him highly enough! Live music every night, the food was varied every meal, and we received a complimentary upgraded meal, which was delicious. Loved the all inclusive deal! The beach staff were very helpful to provide beach chairs, umbrellas and tables (thanks Emilio!). The front staff allowed us a later checkout, and the cleanliness of the resort is exemplary! I would definitely come back again! A wonderful experience!

리조트 자체는 아름다웠습니다. 그리고 우리는 일몰의 놀라운 전망을 가지고 있었다. 음식과 레스토랑 옵션이 더 다양했으면 합니다. 놀랍게도 멕시코 레스토랑은 그렇게 훌륭하지 않다고 생각했지만 이탈리아 장소와 해산물 레스토랑이 마음에 들었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 어떤 이유로 베란다 레스토랑의 더위는 항상 숨이 막히고 식사를 불편하게 만들었습니다. 복합 단지에는 더 많은 엘리베이터가 필요하며 결국 많은 곳에서 기다리고 있습니다. 또한 더 많은 엔터테인먼트가 있었으면 합니다. 춤은 너무 재미있어서 매일 밤이어야 했습니다. 전반적으로 나는 나의 체류를 즐겼다.

La app fue facil de utilizar. Sin embargo llegando al hotel, me dieron una habitación que no correspondía a lo que yo habia reservado, siendo esta mucho mas sencilla. Fui a solicitar una aclaración y el hotel dijo que no tenia informacion por parte de trip.com respecto al tipo de habitación que a mi me se me habia confirmado e incluso mencionaron que el codigo de confirmación era incorrecto. No recomiendo trip.com porque no son claros entre lo que tu reservas y lo que se te entrega

We arrived for our 10 day stay and at the check in we were informed that the Family pool was closed for renovations and that all guests were using the Adult Only Pool. (which is considerable smaller. Needless to say the pool was packed with children with water toys etc, jumping splashing ( having lots of fun) It was difficult to sit by the pool as all the chairs were taken very early in the day and getting into the pool to relax was not possible. If we had known we would have booked somewhere else as this really affected the enjoyment of our vacation. Also the front lobby staff tried to tell us on our last day lunch was not included. I showed them the email that you had sent. They were not very accommodating and reluctantly let us have lunch. Left a bitter taste
