선셋 플라자 비치 리조트 & 스파(Sunset Plaza Beach Resort Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive)

Very limited dining choices with below average food quality. Vendors constantly offering their fares near the lounging area facing the beach. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Food was only ok generally. Bacon, beef at bbq, fish soup, all inedible. Fish was good (mahi mahi). Occasional bad sewage smell from the ocean - brown scum - (don't swim here!). Pools good. We'd give this one a 3 out of 5.

Resort was quiet, clean and had great amenities. However, if you are looking for a nightlife, you are pretty far from it. The pier is far but walkable. If you are looking for a quiet place to disconnect, this this is the place for you.

Anjelica at the spa was excellent. Nicholas have great service. A lot of areas not working. Room lights not working. Rooms not cleaned well or items not replaced after cleaning. Food was average.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The property has lovely well kept grounds. Every room is ocean view with a large balcony. Quiet and relaxing.

Prices for all inclusive were cheaper for this than our normal hotel and everyone was very kind especially Mario! The main issues were overcrowded beaches, loud music until late night one night (lots of guests had young kids) and room service food was so bad it was almost consumable. The hotel is going through Reno’s which wasn’t loud just run down looking. The staff were accommodating and it’s a great place for kids! Kids club staff were amazing and it was a small resort so you can feel comfortable letting your kids run around . It’s a great place if you’re not looking for anything fancy!

We stayed over Christmas and are used to all-inclusives. This was underwhelming. The rooms were nice and the people were mostly very nice, but there was only really one restaurant and the food was really mediocre. One pool. It was nice but after 2 nights I was ready to move on.

Miguel was an amazing butler, so helpful and kind. Overall, I had a great experience here, meant so many nice people I definitely would go back.

I don’t have much positive to say about this hotel. Food has no flavor and their mixed drinks are undrinkable. On top, I got food poisoned after having my first dinner at the hotel. I spent the next day in bed and when we told the staff, they just replied that can happen and didn’t offer any assistance for medication etc. the staff seems not happy to work there, as they were not smiling and didn’t greet the guests. We decided to check out three days before our reservation ended. This is the first time I have checked out earlier because of a bad experience. It was no surprise, they didn’t offer any kind of compensation I really don’t understand how they have obtained their average rating points…
