Our room flooded, customer service sucks especially if youre not white. Super limited dining, everything get taken. Buffet food isnt good. Honestly would not recommend.

The hotel was immaculate. Our room was larger than expected. The entire property was well kept and clean. We enjoyed all of the amenities but loved the French restaurant the most. Huge shout out to Santos, Wenceslayo, and Felix! Thank you for your service to us while we were there!

The hotel rooms itself was very nice, looks like the rooms were recently remodeled. The “adults only” area was horrible. People up all night long screaming then the pool begins blasting music at 8am sharp. Could not use the pool one time because people wake up at 4am and put out a book or towel to “save” a pool chair for the whole day even if they don’t go to the pool for a minute and the staff does nothing to regulate this. The food was really horrible in the restaurants. Room service is very expensive, they give you only two drinks for your fridge a day and you have to practically beg for them to bring them to you. The beach vendors were OUT OF CONTROL. They come up to you literally every 30 seconds even though there is a “rope” that they are supposed to stay behind they come right up to your chair and face. Very rude. Don’t try to take a nap because they will wake you up for sure! From the plates to the amenities to running out of towels, just so cheap with everything. For half the price I paid I would have been accepting since I had to eat outside the resort everyday but I paid the same price as I did last year for a 5 star restaurant (which was also a hilton btw). This has really changed my opinion of Hilton. If you want to relax at all don’t come here, it has more of a spring break 1998 vibe.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before ans was excited to come back but I was disappointed this trip. The food was terrible, my first room didn’t have a lock on the door, my friends room didn’t have a safe, another friends room was one bed when booked a room with 2. We were constantly told these things would be fixed and never were, i also requested a blow dryer multiple times and it never showed up until the last night when I was already out for the evening. Also ordered room service twice and it never showed up. Very disappointed in the service this trip.

Beautiful resort, we stayed in the adults only area and enjoyed using both resorts for 4 nights. Food was excellent with lots of options. The room, pools and grounds were clean & spacious. A few perks to note are the daybed's in the adults only area, rooftop infinity pool & a quick taxi ride into downtown.

Everything is great about this place and we had an amazing week but most importantly, it was the staff. Jose, Luis, Carlos, Cesar, Antonio, and so many more. Welcoming from the start and always going the extra mile to make everyone happy

I loved the ambiance and that it was adult only. It was all inclusive so I wish they allowed to book more than just one restaurant in a day, other than that I will come back again. Room was clean and so nice and food was top tier, especially the chilaquiles!! Definitely stay at the hacienda.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hacienda. The only thing I would suggest is for the front desk to get more help. I waited quit a bit to get help with only 1 person working the front. Also she seemed over whelmed and wasn't very welcoming. The place is very clean and for the most part everyone was very nice.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. The staff were very friendly and the accommodations were amazing! We will definitely be going back!
